I've been three times now for waxing services and eyebrow tinting. It was a relief finding this place - the prices are good for the quality of care and they are very efficient / friendly. Initially I found them through a groupon, and continue to go back because their occasional specials and their package deals are great. To be honest, I've only gone in the middle of the week and I have never waited long but I would guess this place is busy on the weekends; you might consider calling ahead for an appointment. I also appreciate how credit card friendly they are for payment and tip, as well as their reward program. They also offer nail services, which I've never tried, and facial services too. The threading was on point, my skin is super sensitive, and she (I wish I caught the owner's name!) was wonderful with it, and the location rocks. I will 100% be back for threading and facials. I came here a month ago for eyebrow threading and tinting - something I'd never done before (the tinting part) and it was great! Ayesha cleaned up my brows and didn't take too much off (always my fear) and the tinting was amazing - seriously if you have sparse spots, tinting is where it's at. It's SUPER natural looking (like - I couldn't tell WHAT was different, just that they looked BETTER). If you're someone who routinely fills in your brows, tinting will give you the option to skip doing that (unless you like a very pronounced look) for a while until it fades. I normally fill in my brows but found I honestly didn't have to for a good while (maybe 1.5 - 2 weeks?). I'm headed back this week to get my brows done again! read more

Didn't catch the name of who was working when I came in, but she was very friendly! Super helpful too when I told her this was my first time. If you want to do mani/pedi right, do NOT go there. I was highly impressed by this place's reviews online (both google and yelp) and decided to get mani/pedi off the Groupon. Oh boy. When I called them to schedule the appointment - they were booked almost every evening. Ok, I guess the place is THAT good that everyone wants it, I get it. I had the reservation for a week out. On the day of I got a call saying that we had to reschedule. I got instantly upset that it has been a week and I absolutely could not wait any longer. They said ok (also there was a major language barrier and I was afraid till the last moment they actually cancelled it). I arrived there expecting the place to be popping and it was empty. I was literally the only person there for duration of two hours where only two other girls stopped by for eye brows. Floors were disgustingly dirty and I got instantly overwhelmed with amount of information written on the posters around it - hard to read and just TOO much information. Place seemed dirty all around. Once I walked in a lady was doing eye brows and with no greetings told me to go pick a color. I had no idea where to go because all nail polish was allllll the way in the back and not visible from the entrance. Once I finally chose the color I sat down patiently waiting for someone to start the services (and being the only person there). I waited for about 10 minutes and was told to pick the color again. I pointed to the nail polish that I'd chosen 10 minutes ago and was finally invited for pedicure. It was not bad nor good. It was just regular. Then we moved to the manicure. Initially I asked the technician if she can do a simple straight line on the ring finger and she proudly said yes. In the middle of manicure, she just walked out to get water, use restroom, walk around - like literally the middle of it - in between cutting cuticle of the third and fourth finger... Once she came back she asked me how many layers of gel she should put. I do my nails once a year and even I know how many there should be, but I would expect it from the professional.... Needless to say that she tried to do line twice and it still either not straight or had too much of gel on it. **UPDATE** I have continued to come back since my first review and things have only improved! I used to work in the area so it was convenient, but now I travel to this location specifically. I won't go anywhere else! I have only availed of their threading services for eyebrows, upper lip, and chin, but the price and service I receive can't be beat. I feel cared for and listened to, plus Deepa is one of the finest Estheticians to have ever worked on my eyebrows and face. She is the real deal! This spa wasn't clean. Floor of the waxing room was really in need of cleaning. The towels are old and tattered. One towel even had old crusted wax stuck to it. There were dust bunnies all over the floor. I only looked under the table to look at the condition of the floor because, after I removed my shoes, my bare feet on the floor immediately felt dusty and like I was standing on debris and dust (because I was). It felt gross. Only then did I even think to look under the table to check the cleanliness of the floor. When I looked, I saw dust bunnies along floor boards and corners. The owner says in response below, "[w]e believe that your experience might have more to do with the fact that we kept our commitment to Groupon's policy" No. No it's not. I'm not a liar, so don't imply I am. But she is. See attached photos. She literally lies in her response below and makes up dates to try to justify her trying to squeeze extra money out of me, and probably has done that to countless other Groupon purchasers. Pic of screenshot photo clearly proves that on March 14, 2018, on that very *same* day, I made appointments for *both* of my 2 spa services (3/20 *AND* 4/24 ) and I got my waxes done on 3/20 and 4/24. I did NOT extend either appointment so, no, I most certainly did NOT pay an extra $20 like the owner FALSELY claims below in her reply. I would absolutely NEVER be manipulated out of even one cent by a business that uses unreasonable, greedy and grimy tactics on their clients. Pros: The woman who did my wax was nice. Cons: Cleanliness of the spa, ambiance of the spa and customer service. Cleanliness: Dust and dust bunnies on the floor of the room that I got my wax done. I have to get bare foot on that floor obviously to disrobe for the waxing service. I could have swept and mopped the floor of that waxing room in about 5 to 10 minutes. The dust bunnies didn't accumulate over night. They must have not cleaned that floor in several days, if not weeks. The towels were tattered and old. One of the ones that I was given to use had a bit of old crusted wax on it. Again, not good. Ambiance: Don't expect a lovely spa environment. I went there 2 times. Both times I entered, it was totally dark inside. The first time I went, there was literally just one person in the place. She was the woman who did my waxing. The 2nd time, there were only her and the owner in there. It's really not a "spa." It's more like an empty, dark salon. Very strange set up to have all that space & it's just dark and no one is even in there and about 95% of the place wasn't even occupied or being used by anyone. Kind of creepy in fact. Customer Accomodation/Service: The wax was pretty good. Decent temp of the wax. Did feel some hairs left over & some wax still on me after leaving, but not too much so that wasn't an issue really. It just wasn't but acceptable. What I didn't like about the customer service was the attempted upcharge the owner pulled. I got a Groupon for 2 brazilian waxes. I called to make my appointments. The owner told me that I had to get both waxes done before the expiration of the Groupon or I would have to pay an extra $10 to schedule the 2nd wax service if scheduled after the expiration date of the Groupon. I have used Groupon for so many years & spa services I can't even keep count & I don't think I can recall a place that wouldn't honor my Groupon as long as the appointmt was made prior to the expiration date, not the actual service. I mean, why not? The business gets its money when it reports to Groupon the voucher code regardless of when the service is rendered so her telling me I had to pay an additional $10 was just her grimy way of trying to squeeze an extra $10 out of me. The day of my second service, I called to see if I could get the service rescheduled for 2 weeks from then (hoping someone more reasonable, perhaps a partner/spouse would authorize the change or this policy was abandoned, as it should have been). Actually, the second time I asked, the demand got even worse! The woman who answered told me that I would have to pay an additional $20 if I wanted to schedule the appointment after the expiration date of the Groupon! Mind you, I already gave them the one Groupon code for them to get all the money for the transaction from Groupon so they already had all the money from Groupon for the 2 waxing services. $20 was the total cost that I paid for each of the 2 Brazilian waxes, so they wanted me to pay twice as much just to have my wax done 2 weeks from then. Please... I hate businesses that prioritize making an extra few bucks rather than providing the best service to a customer by honoring the customer's reasonable needs & requests, especially when it is literally of no extra cost to the business. If you don't value providing reasonable accommodations over squeezing a few extra bucks out of your customer just because you can, then forget about it. I will never patronize your business again. read more

This is a no frills spot to get s super quick (and well done)Brazilian wax. I went with an $18 Groupon, but the regular price is $30. I also got my eyebrows threaded, Fatima did both and did a great job with both. I am always nervous that my brows will be left too thin or the "tail" will be taken away, but she left them as full as I like and the tail is in tact.
