I called one plumber who couldn't come out that day. Mr. Rooter could send someone out the same day. I asked pricing on the phone and explained the situation in detail. They would not give me pricing until the tech assessed the problem. Two techs came and looked briefly, then estimated $395 for the simple repair. They kept promoting the 90 day warranty, which I did not care about. Apparently, there was a coupon, so they gave me $30 off. Later, I found a $75 dollar off coupon online. All in all, I should have rented a motorized snake for $30 from Home Depot and did the job myself. The service was prompt, adequate quality but way too expensive.

Jon came and fixed the issue professionally. The billing rate can add up quickly and expensively but the job got done properly.

Upon bringing me the estimate for plumbing I asked did they install broilers. The plumbing and broiler estimate came to about 16,500. Which I was pleased with that price. They give you a different price when they believe your insurance company will fork out that kind of money. I told them to take out the amount for the boiler install which was 6500 and write a check back to my insurance company. To date, I haven't received the check for my insurance company. Anthony and his co- workers were: personable, communicative, kind, relational, professional, and they worked with you... instead of dumbing you down with condescending "tech talk". Godwin came in for a quote and totally blew it. In our opinion if there was a time when "Godwin's Got it!" that time is long - long gone. We have had several bad experiences with them. The Godwin crew on our jobs were not professional, personable, reliable... the list goes on. In fact we STILL have NOT received a quote for our water heater as they promised, now 2 weeks out...? But Ferrer Plumbing did a fantastic job. Anthony in one quick call, made an appointment to see our situation, he was great. He knew what he was doing, and explained everything in a way that average people can understand. The solution was perfect. Great water heater, at a price that was honest, fair and worth every penny, Anthony and Elijah, treated our home and situation like it was their home, and we will definitely use Ferrer in the future, and we unreservedly recommend them to everyone, especially our friends and family. If you still believe that LOCAL business can deliver the BEST in product, service, installation and follow up... then call Anthony at Ferrer. They represent what is best in business: excellent work ethic, and amazing customer care.

He was actually on his way home to take his wife out for her birthday, and made a stop to help me! That says a lot right there! He saw the pipe and said "no problem I can have it fixed in just a few minutes". It was only about 10 minutes and he was done!!! I was also very happy with the final price. (purchased hot water heaters, furnace, toilets and multiple faucets from them over the years). I had to turn the water off for the entire house as the bathtub doesn't have individual shut off valves like sink faucets. I told them I had the water off and need their help ASAP. This occurred on a Thursday and they told me next Wednesday was the soonest they could have someone out. I tried McDonald Plumbing having seen their trucks around and in the neighborhood. They put me on hold and came back saying they could be at the house in 45 minutes. Sure enough, they arrived and got me out of hot water.(no pun intended) I also had them do a few other things and found their pricing and professionalism impressive. Simply put, McDonald is my new plumber. I've been quite effusive recommending them as a result.
