A friend and I came here for lunch on a summer Friday afternoon and totally dig this place. Love how cutely decorated it is with fresh flowers and fancy teddy bears. And they obviously have an awesome lunch special. I delightfully ordered the mild Thai chicken basil with white rice, which was richly delicious and super flavorful. Oh my I so enjoyed the tendered chicken. I have to say the serving portion was just perfect for lunch. Not too filling but hit the spot. I'd also had the option to choose an appetizer and I got the vegetable spring rolls. Appreciated the dinning experience. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Look forward to dine here again.

I was nearby in the area and was craving some spicy Thai food and found this place. From the outside compared to the shops next to it you might miss this spot but once inside it was pretty. They had some pink decor flowers. We were greeted right away and get to chose our table. Our server gave us the menu right away and and I noticed they had a lunch specials on the menu which stated weekday but I decided to ask and they said it's everyday from 11:30 to 3:00 so we decided to go with some items from the lunch special and it was a great choice. I got the spicy beef pad thai and my friend got the shrimp fried rice and we also got chicken teriyaki, they all came with sides and salad and for a drink I got the green tea iced tea which was pretty good. Overall everything was delicious, the food was fresh it was hot I love that they made it spicy for me but it wasn't super spicy so I really enjoyed the food. Everything was delicious, it was so good I ordered an extra Pad Thai to take home. Overall a little hidden spot I would definitely go back to them if I'm in the area. Staff was super friendly as well.

Now "KRUA". Owner sold to a family member and so. Service was great curry puffs were good. I had the fried basil rice and added on some beef. They gave me a hot healthy portion. It was good I got them to take the chili out. It was good. I've had better , but it was good. Great service

Got DoorDash from here recently for lunch and it was really solid! The order came pretty quickly and was packaged well so no oils were leaking and the food was still hot. As I was looking at their menu, I noticed that they had some really interesting fried rices, such as a green curry fried rice and a tom yum fried rice. In the end, I got a tom yum fried rice and a pad thai. The fried rice was amazing and the pad thai was pretty solid as well. Portions are pretty big. Would love to try their green curry fried rice sometime!

Food is Great.. one of the Best Thai restaurants in Queens we go here regularly. Small restaurant with probably 10 tables so it can get crowded on weekends.. Prices are standard I would recommend checking it out... downside 1 restroom in the kitchen area...

Soooo adorable....the navy blue, the wall fixtures, the accent wall pink flowers features, the chandeliers, the table lamp & carnations. Loved it! Greeting was warm and friendly by the host and staff throughout service was attentive and so friendly. The food was plentiful and dellllicious. My go-to dish is the pad se ew with beef, and the portion was generous (couldn't finish) and sauce and beef was delicious. Not dry and full of flavor. Loved the appetizers (the coconut shrimp and crab Rangoon) - they did not disappoint. Overall reasonably priced! It's BYOB, and the mocktails and other drinks look yummy. I had the lychee lemonade with came in a mason jar and was yummy, not too sweet or sour just perfect.

@thonglornyc is another place that you need to add to your fave Thai place. I wasn't ready for how good this Thai food was. The flavors, the spice, the freshness... unreal. This isn't just a meal, it's an experience. This meal took me somewhere. The flavors felt like a warm hug -- comforting, bold, and beautifully balanced. It's more than food... it's a story in every bite. Featured : - Fried Calamari - Appetizer Sampler - Whole Fish Thai Basil - Spicy Tamarind Duck - Fried Banana with ice cream

First time eating here! I ordered the duck salad and pad se eww. Love love love! I should have order a double order of both to be honest lol! Everything was so flavorful with spice too!!). The restaurant was really peaceful and the service was pleasant and prompt! I was in and out in 10 minutes of waiting for my food. Anytime someone is looking for something to eat in the area, I'll point them here!

Really delicious Thai food! Love that they deliver during lunch time! Creative items on the menu like the iced Thai green tea. I really like their miso salad!

Tamarind red Snapper

Ambiance was cozy and nice. Simple decoration, but warm and welcoming. Service was friendly, on time and and non pretentious. The food was delicious. , fresh and flavorful. We tried a couple of dishes, but the Tamarind whole red snapper was my favorite. We will definitely come back to this restaurant to try other dishes.

Pad Thai Noodle

great service and environment. the portions are very huge for the price, ive been eating non stop for an hour and im still eating idk if the pad thai is infinite but i seriously cant find the end of the noodles its really huge i dont know when im leaving because theres a huge amount of pad thai. the photo is like the pad thai after an hour and 32 minutes, what are the ingredients and why cant i finish the noodles? theyre so amazing but im really confused, but im still grateful. its $17 only for this huge portion im in shock. im still eating as i type this review and im still in the restaurant

The food looks like it's tasty in photos but it's okay. The mocktails have potential in terms of flavor combinations but they taste very artificial. The service was good.

Duck Panang Curry. Missing the avocado but good curry with nicely crispy duck

Short review: Order the duck or fish. The rest of the food is fine. Rating is for the area only. On the Upper East/Queens, this would be a 3. Went here with one of my usual groups a good while ago so I actually don't remember too much. Service was friendly. I had a iced tea which was definitely a bit too sweet compared the usual. There's an abundance of bell peppers on the menu which isn't exactly common in traditional Thai cuisine but the flavors were fine. The Beef Jungle Dried Curry had a good amount of meat with sauteed dried curry, bell peppers, string beans, bamboo, and basil had a good amount of meat and was well spiced. The Vegetable Green Curry with eggplant, bamboo shoots, basil, and bell pepper was alright though a bit sweet. The Chicken Drunk Man Noodle (which is a humorous translation of pad ke mao) with sauteed flat noodles with egg, bell pepper, onion, and fresh basil in a spicy chili sauce was good with a bit of spice. The stars of the meal were the fish and the duck. The Whole Fish Mango Salad with a whole crispy red snapper with a mango sauce had a nice presentation with a very well fried fish. It wasn't fried too much that the fish flavor couldn't be tasted but enough that it was crispy and delicious with the mango salad added some good sweetness and sourness. The best of the night was the Duck Panang Curry with half a duck, bell pepper, and string beans in a Panang/Phaenang curry sauce. Well spiced with a very crispy tasty duck though it was missing the avocado listed. The duck in the Fried Rice Tom Yum with onion, scallion, egg, mushroom, and tomato with chili paste was also similarly well made though the rice could have used more flavor. We went with the Lava Chocolate Cake afterwards which was alright. It was served with matcha ice cream which was a nice touch. Food here is fine. Prices are low and the flavors are fine. If this was in let's say Elmhurst, I'd round up to a 3 but for this area, 3.5 rounded up for prices and service.

I love this place! It's super small, but if you can get a table, it's well worth it!…read more I can't eat fish, so I can't speak to that section of the menu with fish/rice bowls, but I've had everything else. I've had every ramen, and they're all amazing. Really really similar to ramens I've had in Japan. And then they also have some inventive fusion flavors, like chicken tikka masala ramen, which are also amazing. The Japanese curry is so good. I love getting it with pumpkin croquettes, but I've also gotten it with pork cutlet, chicken cutlet, with and without melted cheese on top, and honestly all combinations are great. The portions are perfect so I never leave feeling too full but I always leave feeling extremely satisfied. I've had the bao buns too, each type, and they're all so good. The beef gyudon is my favorite, but I've gotten it with teriyaki chicken too and that was also great. The waitstaff are pleasant, even when I bring my two screaming kids with me into their tiny restaurant, and they always have a smile ready. They don't even say anything when my 2 year old throws his entire cup of water on the floor. They just quietly come over and clean it up (while I apologize profusely), and they even bring a new cup of water over. Great place. I go at least twice a week. Couldn't love it more!

It's just right. Then the filling. The pork was delicious. It was soft and flavorful. Now the broth inside these dumplings. These were the soupiest soup dumplings I've had. This place tops Nan Xiang on Prince St IMO. The soup is just.... Perfection. This is a rich multidimensional flavored broth. I could tell a lot of time went into this. The owners told me they make everything fresh, made-to-order. THEIR CHILI OIL IS AMAZING. The owners are so so nice. Clean beautiful space with lots of seating. Great prices. First time there, pretty good stuff!…read more Naturally always difficult for strict vegetarians at many noodle houses but the staff was very careful to help me rule out any of the dishes that may have been meat/fish based. So we were left with the veg mushroom soup rice noodles bowl - not the mala unfortunately (broth) though it looked way too hot. A really good amount of crazy good shrooms. Added the table chilli sauce but didn't help much. Finished it all except the leftover broth (just way too much to have all of it). The restaurant had plenty of seating on a random SUN 6 PM too got busier as we finished up (always happy to see that). And equally important everything was clean and a nice decor without being overboard. Thought pricing was pretty darn fair as well.
