Ryan was really friendly, was able to solve the problem in a simple way, and show me how to adjust it myself next time. He worked late to fit us in, which was very nice of him. read more

Thompson Plumbing is the worst experience I have had with a contractor. Ryan came to look at my broken shower pipe and told me he was available to fix it the next day. I made the mistake of paying him up front. He never showed up the following day and only sent text messages with excuses. It has now been over a month, and my shower is still not fixed and I have not been refunded. After I posted a negative review, Ryan reached out and said he would repair my shower line if I took down the review. I gave him that chance, but once again, he never showed up. I am reposting because this plumber is completely untrustworthy and dishonest. Find a different plumber, this one will take your money and disappear. read more

This company never showed up. 3 separate appointments were made and I missed several days of work waiting for them to arrive. I do not reccomend this company. read more

Called around to get some quotes from several local plumbing services. The quotes ran all over the board . I went with Thompson plumbing because he seemed quite honest and reputable over . He showed up to do should've been a less than one repair. Turned into a five hour ordeal when he found numerous things wrong with our downstairs toilet connected to the . His work is meticulous and thorough, polite, and . His rate was beyond reasonable for the amount of time he spent . I highly recommend Thompson, plumbing you won't be disappointed. read more

I shared additional information and photos with Thompson Plumbing. They scheduled time for a free estimate. They did not show up and they did not call to reschedule. Thompson Plumbing, in response to your reply to my initial review. As I recall, I sent you a text when you did not show up inquiring if you were still coming over. You replied the following. I did not hear from you after 3pm. 'Hello we are surrender installing a commercial water heater and that takes some time we want to come By today if for some reason it gets to late may we come by tomorrow? We will know by 3 is where we are' Your statement that that got back to me at 3 to reschedule is not true. I hired someone else for this project. read more

Reached out to Thompson Plumbing late evening on a Saturday due to not having any hot water. They came out the next day, did an inspection only to find out we needed to replace our water heater. They gave us a straight forward honest and upfront expectation on cost and the work involved, and the owner even took their time on a Sunday, to stop by and give us an extra piece of mind! They got to work immediately, while also professionally face masked and socially distant, and at the end of the day we had hot water again! For new homebuyers, we were already disappointed about these immediate issues after dropping a ton on a home, but these guys worked with us, and we couldn't have been any more grateful and happier with Thompson Plumbing! Highly recommended!! read more

Thompson was really quick to respond to my request. We had an emergency water leak at around 9pm and Thompson came by as soon as he finished with another customer and not only fixed the issue but also explained what happened and what he did to fix it. He's responsive, reliable, professional, and delivers quality work. I highly recommend reaching out to him if you have any plumbing issues. read more

We have been having problem with the sewer from time to time, and this time we decided to try with a different company. Ryan's team was very responsive and came to us very quickly. They did thorough inspection on the problem and ran the snake to clear things out from all possible outlets. It was helpful that they explained what came out and what could be the cause of the stuck while they were working on fixing it. I would say their work is amazing because they would go the extra mile to make sure things won't happen again! I would definitely love to have them helping me on any plumbing issue in the future! read more

Ryan had to come back - only four months after someone who worked for him did not install a bathroom faucet properly, it was loose, leaking underneath- a mess. My post from last March was unfortunate - having the opportunity to speak with Ryan about it today cleared the air and more understanding. As always he fixed the problem today and made sure everything was in working order. He is very meticulous about his work, cleans up his working space -you'd never know he was here. Thompson Plumbing is the real deal. Support our local small businesses. I highly recommend them. Thank you Ryan for coming out and making things right. read more

Great people to work with. They responded quickly to my request , were the only plumbing people to show up thoroughly examine and provide an estimate on the work needed . They then went to work and not only fixed the problem but also cleaned up and did preventive work around the problem area at no additional charge which was really nice of them. Followed all safety protocols, were polite, pleasant ,professional and estimate matched actual final cost. They also took the time to move things back into place after they were done. Ryan and Karla went above and beyond what I had expected. My go to plumbing company from now on. read more

I had a leak coming from an unknown source in my backyard. The home warranty company referred me to Thompson Plumbing. I spoke to the owner by phone and he was very responsive to my limited availability for scheduling. The owner himself came out at 11pm to assess my leak, and was able to repair the problem within 45 minutes. He was super knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile. I highly recommend Thompson Plumbing. This is a business you can count on! read more

Ryan came out very late in the evening on Sunday for a what seemed like a simple clogged sink. It was not simple, he fought through a very persistent clog that was only made worse by some sub standard plumbing work that had been done before we bought the house. Ryan went the extra mile and fixed the problem regardless of the late hour. He was also very clean and thoughtful of not leaving any mess behind when he was done. Very professional and thorough. I would recommend Thompson Plumbing to anyone. read more

We just moved into our home and found multiple things that needed to be addressed. This included our water heater, a gas leak, furnace and water line. We first reached out to pg&e, roto rooter and other plumbing companies, none were able to help us or would not be able to come out for a few days. We finally found Ryan. He was very responsive and able to come out the same day. More importantly he was able to get the job done. I would highly recommend. read more

Ryan at Thompson Plumbing was very quick to respond and he squeezed us in to his schedule as our job was really easy and simple. We just don't mess with gas. We are very thankful that we have hot water again today! But he found that there's a non compliant installation and he fixed that for us too! He also tightened all the safety straps around the water heater. And all for the same hour price. He will for sure get the water softener installation job next. read more

2/22- Scheduled an appointment with Thompson Plumbing from 10am-12noon. No one showed up. No one called. Sent an email. They replied that there was a mixed up in scheduling. They asked me if we can reschedule. We said yes for 2/25 (10-12). They confirmed thru email that new schedule is a go. 2/25 - Appointment was set from 10am-12 noon. Thompson Plumbing sent an email at 9:45am saying that they changed their mind won't come for the appointment nor provide a quote. We could have done something productive this morning if they cancelled the appointment YESTERDAY. Very, very disapponted with this company. I normally will not provide negative feedback to any business. But this one really crossed the line! read more

Thompson Plumbing was great to work with. Their price was very reasonable and I appreciated the fact that they treated my home as if it was theirs. They made sure the work was done to a high quality and cleaned up and took the extra steps to make sure every last detail was completed correctly and to their own satisfaction, again, as if it was their home they are working on. Thompson was very easy to work with and I would use them again for future plumbing needs and would recommend them to my neighbors and friends. If you want to support a local business, or just to have a good quality, trustworthy plumber working on your home, give Thompson a call! read more

Our downstairs toilet was leaking and overflowing and flooding the floor. It wasn't your normal leak! I emailed a few plumbers off of Yelp! and Ryan replied right away. I called him at 10:30 pm and he showed up at 11:30pm. He was concerned about keeping our family up! It turned out to be a clog in the outside drain! He fixed it quickly and didn't charge an arm and a leg! read more
