Eugene is awesome!!!…read more Professional, on time, courteous and trust worthy. Had two clogged sinks, two leaky pipes, a toilet that wouldn't stop running and another with a handle that wouldn't go back into place, along with a kitchen faucet upgrade. Handled all these jobs with ease and at a very reasonable price. Great plumbing service. The best in the area in my opinion. I will definitely hire NEP again for any needed repairs. A+++++++++

Came across Straight Flush...Anthony promptly answered and came by within the hour. Communicated what the options were and was up front with not changing unless he could resolve the issue. I went to the store to buy the replacement part, got home, realized I needed a larger wrench, went back to the store, and still couldn't get the old fill valve removed. I called Roto-Rooter, but they canceled because the technician decided to go home. I then spent the next hour calling plumber after plumber, only to get AI answering services or companies that weren't interested in helping on a Saturday night. I finally called Straight Flush Plumbing around 9:30 PM, and Anthony was at my house within about 20 minutes. The repair itself took less than 10 minutes, but what stood out was the customer service. After a long and frustrating evening, it was refreshing to work with someone who was professional, responsive, and genuinely focused on helping. Anthony was knowledgeable, efficient, and easy to work with. More importantly, he treated me like a person, not just another service call. In a world where it's increasingly difficult to get a real person on the phone, that level of service stands out. Straight Flush Plumbing has earned my business going forward, and Anthony will be the first person I call or recommend whenever someone needs a plumber. Thank you for turning a stressful Saturday night into a quick and painless fix.

Zero communication after initial contact…read more I called Chase Rooter to confirm they service my area and detailed the work needed: fixing a water leak and pipe connection, along with a few minor non-urgent additions (replacing spigots and adding a pressure regulator to the house). I was told to text photos of the project areas for a quote, which I did immediately. Though the messages were read, I never received a response or estimate. I followed up three times--three hours later, the next morning, and again later that day simply asking for a courtesy update if they weren't interested in taking on the job--and received zero reply. If a job is too small or your schedule is full, a simple "we're unable to take this on right now" goes a long way. Ghosting potential clients and screening calls is unprofessional and a huge waste of time.

We had gone through Home Depot, and they sub-contract to URV Projects - but they were so quick and had good reviews so I thought that I would also put in a good word for them too. I appreciate that Roman could install so quickly and get it done in an efficient manner. He ever checked the water pressure and adjusted the aerator to make sure that it was maximized. I had also asked him around an estimate around some valve work, which they provided in a couple days. Definitely seems like they provide a great service, and seem fair. Will probably use them again independently when I need plumbing services!

Before even coming out, he took time to try to help us troubleshoot the issue, which we really appreciated. After arriving, he was able to clearly explain the situation, walk us through our options, and provide quotes for several jobs. We ultimately hired him to remove the extra pipe and reroute the dishwasher water supply to the kitchen sink, and he did a great job. He was professional, informative, honest, and very helpful throughout the whole process. When our motion sensor kitchen faucet started giving us trouble at the end and the hot water would not stop running, he went above and beyond by contacting Moen for us, helping get a replacement part sent out, and then coming back to install it and make sure everything was working properly. He was also very respectful of our home, including wearing boot covers, and his pricing felt fair for the quality of work and service he provided. It's not always easy to find someone who is skilled, responsive, and genuinely helpful, but Daniel was all of those things. We really appreciated his professionalism and follow through, and we highly recommend Cardona Plumbing.
