One word: YES!!! This place has BOMB micheladas. Micheladas are my favorite drink and this place knows how to make it right and for a great price. They are huge and only $10! I will 100% come back here any time I am on the Riverwalk, no question. The michelada was perfectly balanced and super delicious. I have no complaints at all. There's tons of options on the RiverWalk and this was the first place we went when we arrived. They had a variety of frozen drinks and it was a quick walk from the hotel. The drink we got was $34 for the tall park police it came with a shot of rum and came garnished with a orange slice and a Jell-O shot which was too tarte for me but was still yummy . It was a cool place inside. you have to walk across the street from the theatre and go down the stairs and it is right there. We had a little trouble finding it. The inside had a DJ and they were playing twerking music and fun songs but when we walked back by to leave they were playing mexican music so I'm sure they have a variety. There were people inside dancing and having a good time. No restrooms and they also took Apple Pay. It was a good place overall but the drinks were pretty high. While the drinks were pretty good tasting and seemed to at least have some alcohol in them, the drinks are way too overpriced for people just visiting the area. If you live in town and can come back, then it's worth the money for their reusable cups because you get a huge discount the second time around. My favorite go to is Mango & Lime topped off with Strawberry. Love the look empty handed people give you when they see you sipping and strolling lol. "Hey, where'd you get that?" My family to the Thirsty Aztec since it had so many different options for everyone. They had beer, wine (not the fanciest... at all) alcoholic slushes, non-alcoholic slushes and gelato. I wouldn't say that it's kid friendly but if you bring your them or if you have an Airman straight out of basic they have something so they don't feel left out. There is a DJ with a video screen, and a few random TV's around. The jello shots were fantastic and $2. But a beer for 6.50? Domestic? Woof! The regular lime margarita seemed to be the strongest. Its located below the Aztec Theater and thankfully there was an elevator nearby on E. Crockett. Note: the toilet is down the hall and you need a ticket to get in. The young lady explained the pricing, flavors and that we would receive $10, refills for am ENTIRE YEAR with our souvenir funnels. Wouldn't recommend this at all, the drinks were awful and the service was even worse. Visited in the evening on a Thursday night. Place wasn't busy. Employees were too busy on the phones in the corner to pay attention to customers. One employee was picking her nose. The employee who waited on us seemed to be bothered that we were even there. She started waiting on someone else after we put our order in and she had started making our drinks. Not even sure we got what we were supposed to get. The "jello shots" were gross as was the "shooter" don't waste your money. Go up to the next place and get better drinks and better customer service. read more

We have stopped in many times, the latest time, post pandemic to find out all drinks are served in the long plastic 32oz reusable jugs that cost $26 each. We are grown adults, just stopping in for a normal sized 14-16oz drink that do not want to be forced to buy more than we want. We asked if we could get a frozen drink in the 14-16oz cup we saw in the holder but were told that those glasses were only for the Micheladas. I always come here every time I come to San Antonio their drinks are very colorful and fun and I love that they have Jell-O shots and test tube shots to add to your drinks we had the park police the Texas lemonade and the Red Bull margarita lime flavored. They are very heavily colored and also very sweet you have to drink these before they melt or there's no getting through them. The price for the drinks is not bad and you pay a lot for the atmosphere as well service was very fast I never had to wait in line to get my drink. I recommend this place as a fun stop on your Riverwalk tour and will come back next time I'm in town! I'd also like to add that they will refill other margarita glasses for $12 that you buy elsewhere on the Riverwalk this is a plus! read more

We only came by to get some drinks and walk around the river walk. We came in a Sunday night so it was pretty empty and fast to order our to go drink. The place was fairly small located within the Aztec theatre and it seems to be a weekend hit as a little corner smelled like vomit... faint but still. Not too bothersome as I imagine they prob clean well during the week. If you check in on yelp you get a free jello shot so remember to check in when you come. I would probably not come on a busy night as it is a pretty small venue, but it was indeed perfect for a quick drink and go. The prices for the size of the drink were pretty fair.
