Saw this place on S.A.Foodie IG page and decided to meet my wife here after work. Happy hour 4-9. Nice spot tucked off in The Collonade shopping center across from Zushi Sushi. Mario is very welcoming and takes bride in the drinks he prepares. I always have a whiskey on the rocks (nothing entertaining) but it was a good pour. My wife had a Lemon Drop Martini that she loved. Perfect balance of sweet and sour. They do not serve food but you can bring food in to enjoy with a great cocktail. It was only a few of us there upon arrival but more people started flowing in. Good selection of beer either on draft or in a bottle/can. Even greater selection of liquor for mixed drinks. My date and I had a few drinks; they ranged from good to great depending on the order. For drinks, I would probably say 4 stars out of 5. Prices felt reasonable. Service/ bartender would be one or two stars. Our bartender was Laura, and she seemed upset as soon as we sat down at the bar. For our second round, I asked her about a new drink on the seasonal menu and she brushed off my questions with rude responses. She really was not helpful in figuring out the drink profiles. Hence, why the place was called "URBAN" Cocktail, I assumed. Well lately, whoever has been in charge of the music needs to be replaced. I started hearing a lot of Cardi B, Bad Bunny, and some of that other new school crap that I assume is reggaeton or banda or whatever the hell it is. On top of that, they cranked the volume up where you can hardly hear each other talk. There are like a hundred other bars like that in SA!?! I loved that it was a bar that had a different vibe and music. Well now it is like every other bar in SA.
