Jue Let is a fun spot for happy hour and small bites, especially if you're looking for a lively atmosphere. They have some tasty options, but it does get VERY packed, and seating can be hard to come by. The caviar spread was okay, but honestly, I felt it was overpriced for what you get. Jue Let is exactly what happy hour should be. First of all, can we talk about the fact that they looked at the economy and collectively said, "Fine. Everything's five bucks." I respect that level of optimism. Their happy hour runs Monday through Friday from 4-6 p.m., and somehow they squeezed an Old Fashioned, an Espresso Martini, house wines, drafts, deviled tea eggs, French onion dip, and Chex Mix into the same price point. "In this economy?!" isn't just on the menu--it's all of us. The espresso martini was exactly what I wanted it to be: silky, balanced, and topped with the obligatory three coffee beans that make everyone pretend they're sophisticated for thirty seconds before taking a picture. Speaking of pictures... If you're a bottle nerd, pull up a chair. I found myself staring at the back bar almost as much as I stared at my drink. This isn't just a wall of liquor--it's a thoughtfully curated collection. There are bottles that bourbon and Scotch collectors genuinely get excited about: Pappy Van Winkle 23 Year, Russell's Reserve 13 Year, Russell's Reserve Single Rickhouse, WhistlePig 10, Barrell Bourbon, Weller, Macallan, and Laphroaig 10, alongside an impressive lineup of Japanese whiskies, rare tequilas, and traditionally made mezcals. Translation? Someone here actually cares about spirits. You don't accidentally end up with a collection like that. And then there were the deviled tea eggs. Listen...I ordered them because I was curious. I stayed because they were legitimately good. The tea-cured whites have this gorgeous caramel color, and instead of scooping the filling back in with a spoon, someone decided, "Let's pipe this like we're decorating cupcakes." It turns a humble deviled egg into something worthy of a cocktail menu. Creamy, savory, just enough chive, and honestly...kind of adorable. The whole place feels like someone obsessed equally over the cocktails, the typography, the lighting, and whether your coaster should be cute enough to steal. (Hypothetically. I would never.) Then I noticed one of my favorite details in the entire place: tucked behind the draft taps sat a tiny yellow rubber duck. Thousands of dollars' worth of rare whiskey...and one little duck standing guard. That's Jue Let in a nutshell. They clearly take their cocktails seriously without taking themselves too seriously. Would I come back? Absolutely. Mostly because there are still about fifty bottles behind that bar quietly whispering, "You haven't met me yet." I dinged the stars because the bartendress wasn't overly friendly but she wasn't mean either. So-- enjoy the silence and move to another bar when you're ready to party!
Such a lovely space with super friendly service. Want a yummy cocktail? Jue Let never disappoints. Plus, it's conveniently located at the Pearl where there is so much to see and eat. Stop by Jue Let pre or post dinner. Did you know that Best Quality Daughter is owned by the same owner as Jue Let? Perhaps dinner there and drinks at Jue Let after?? Promise you won't regret it. Want my cocktail recommendations? If you want something straight and to the point. The How Do You Like Them Apples martini is great! Plus, you get a little glass full and an extra pour brought out over ice for your "second" drink. If you want something yummy and makes you feel like you're at the beach somewhere, Divine Intervention is my go to favorite. So delicious AND you get a little token that you can use at their fortune telling machine. Such a cool touch, by the way.
We came for happy hour. I guess we thought it would be more inviting than it was. Great deals no complaints there. Staff was waving us down to pick up drinks when we were not very far away. When informing us that they had some of the ingredients they had been missing to be able to serve the bar snacks. It just didn't seem very friendly. I would still give it one more go because it was one of the best espresso martinis I've ever had. Small seating area for a hot happy hour day. I could see in the evening the patio opening it up a bit more. Very cool bathroom too ,makes for great ceiling mirror pics.
Dropped in on a Friday evening with my best friend after seeing this place on Instagram - we planned a date to check it out. The security team set the tone right away; friendly, welcoming, and engaging. Upstairs, we met Pony, a bartender, on the second floor and ended up chatting about our annual trip to Japan. He delivered not only excellent service and refreshing drinks, but also shared helpful tips and advice for our travels. We had an amazing time overall, and I absolutely loved the interior design.
I'm glad we came here for my after-birthday dinner drinks! The drink menu as well as the bar has great options. I went with the Divine Intervention which also came with a coin for The Cabinet of Changes; which is a fun little fortune telling machine. The servers and bar tenders were friendly. When we got there the music wasn't the best but asked to see if we could get the music changed and glad we did because the music definitely got better and enjoyed the evening more. There is a patio as well that we sat out on for a while but came back inside to cool off. This is a great bar to come to if you're in the Pearl area - I'm looking forward to coming back to this spot!!
Jue Let is one of the hottest new bars in San Antonio and it's for good reason! Great cocktails, great vibes, and a retro inspired aesthetic that's to die for. (make sure you peep the chicken foot disco ball gracing the ceiling y'all). I'm a whiskey girl and was a big fan of both the "My Denim Jacket" and their take on the "Mint Jue Let." Both are delicious and the Denim Jacket is more spirit forwars if that is your preferred flavor profile. The food menu is on the lighter side...this isn't really one of the places you won't to go to when very hungry but if you're just feeling snacky you're in luck! I've tried a few different items and the Baozone is definitely my favorite and a perfect little savory something to enjoy with your cocktails. AND if you're in the mood to belt your heart out after getting a few cocktails in - make sure to check out one of the karaoke rooms. This may just be my new favorite spot to grab cocktails in the Pearl. Check them out.
I had to check out this place and since I was going to a show at the stable hall, it was the perfect time. We arrived to full house. There were people dressed up and some dressed down. You could tell some people were celebrating Christmas events and some people were just walking around and decided to stop by. They have inside and outside seating. They also have a second story. To access the second story you do have to go up the stairs through the outside. I didn't see it, but I was told to have a karaoke remove upstairs. We got lucky and someone had just left, so ended up sitting inside on a comfy couch and chair. We had waiter service at the area we were sitting at. Everyone was super friendly. Everything was super quick as well. They do have some snacks you can buy to go along with your drinks. The also have a full service bar upstairs I had the Chex mix and it was so good that we ordered a second round. It had the best flavor. I had mint jue let. It's a mint julep. It was very strong with a great minty flavor. My friend had the divine intervention. I feel like that it is a great summer drink. Very refreshing and you can choose the spirit you want. The divine intervention does come with a coin that you can use at their cabinet of changes machine. I'm sure that people just get that drink for the coin and I would have too if my friend hadn't given me hers. Parking is typical for the Pearl where you have to pay unless you find street parking at the hours where the meters are not running.
The food was amazing!! I got a shrimp cocktail & they were thick! lol and I got the divine intervention cocktail that comes with a token that you can use for a fortune :)) I would recommend seating inside for better service...outside is chill but sometimes gets forgotten...
Went bar hopping at the pearl, my wife and I decided to try this one as it was recommended by a friend. The inside was nice, dim lighting, but it was super packed and there was no seating anywhere so we had to sit outside. My wife got mint jue Let and I got the emerald dragon beer. Both drinks were good nothing above and beyond but not bad. The server was nice and attentive

Jue Let is the up and coming project from San Antonio superstar chef Jennifer Hwa Dobbertin who created Best Quality Daughter! It's had a lot of hype in the San Antonio culinary & cocktail bar scene up to its open on November 22nd and I'm happy to say... it FULLY delivered!! I had the 'Mossy Rocks' & the 'God Loves Figs"! Both were excellent but the God Loves Figs blew me out of the water! The service was excellent & seemed to handle the busyness of its initial opening! The atmosphere is incredible! It's so inspired, cool, and an overall great place to get a drink in San Antonio!
3 times a charm! I had previously tried to visit this place and each time it was packed and we were told both time it would only be a certain range of time to wait and that wasn't the case. Example once we were told 20 min and it turned out to be 50 minutes we had left at that point. If you're down to wait slay if not there is other places around you can get a good drink. Finally after work I went straight here to avoid the crowd it was packed but found 1 seat at the bar. That was one of the best hours. The bartender was so attentive and answered all my questions about the drinks. I got two cocktails and they were chefs kiss! Strong flavorful and fun! I HATE sweet drinks and both of these drinks were absolutely delicious! Definitely will go back to get them again. The ambiance is loud but vibey, shout-out to whoever did their interior design it's really nice! For my two cocktails plus tip it was $47. If your down for that great but if your not it will be an investment but like I said drinks where delicious and strong. If you go during peak time most likely will have to wait a min.

This place is a must visit location, make sure to make reservations or anticipate to wait. Everyone wants to be there (night time)! Later I discovered they have karaoke, I will be returning! Super intstagramable. read more

We, check out JueLet on international women's day when we were just hanging out at the Pearl. The theme of this place is very 70's esthetic. Rad place to grab a drink they were strong. We had the mint jue let and traditional Makers old fashioned. We got to make our own perfumes and cologne that day which was a really cool experience that was unexpected. Will definitely go back to this place. read more

Listen closely. This is the best bar happening right now if you are lucky enough to get Rico as your bartender, you are in for a professional and fun time. Spend some time at the pearl and then make your way to Jue Let, one of the newest and best additions to the Pearl portfolio. Cheers ! read more
