3 times a charm! I had previously tried to visit this place and each time it was packed and we were told both time it would only be a certain range of time to wait and that wasn't the case. Example once we were told 20 min and it turned out to be 50 minutes we had left at that point. If you're down to wait slay if not there is other places around you can get a good drink. Finally after work I went straight here to avoid the crowd it was packed but found 1 seat at the bar. That was one of the best hours. The bartender was so attentive and answered all my questions about the drinks. I got two cocktails and they were chefs kiss! Strong flavorful and fun! I HATE sweet drinks and both of these drinks were absolutely delicious! Definitely will go back to get them again. The ambiance is loud but vibey, shout-out to whoever did their interior design it's really nice! For my two cocktails plus tip it was $47. If your down for that great but if your not it will be an investment but like I said drinks where delicious and strong. If you go during peak time most likely will have to wait a min.

I had to check out this place and since I was going to a show at the stable hall, it was the perfect time. We arrived to full house. There were people dressed up and some dressed down. You could tell some people were celebrating Christmas events and some people were just walking around and decided to stop by. They have inside and outside seating. They also have a second story. To access the second story you do have to go up the stairs through the outside. I didn't see it, but I was told to have a karaoke remove upstairs. We got lucky and someone had just left, so ended up sitting inside on a comfy couch and chair. We had waiter service at the area we were sitting at. Everyone was super friendly. Everything was super quick as well. They do have some snacks you can buy to go along with your drinks. The also have a full service bar upstairs I had the Chex mix and it was so good that we ordered a second round. It had the best flavor. I had mint jue let. It's a mint julep. It was very strong with a great minty flavor. My friend had the divine intervention. I feel like that it is a great summer drink. Very refreshing and you can choose the spirit you want. The divine intervention does come with a coin that you can use at their cabinet of changes machine. I'm sure that people just get that drink for the coin and I would have too if my friend hadn't given me hers. Parking is typical for the Pearl where you have to pay unless you find street parking at the hours where the meters are not running.

Went bar hopping at the pearl, my wife and I decided to try this one as it was recommended by a friend. The inside was nice, dim lighting, but it was super packed and there was no seating anywhere so we had to sit outside. My wife got mint jue Let and I got the emerald dragon beer. Both drinks were good nothing above and beyond but not bad. The server was nice and attentive

This place is a must visit location, make sure to make reservations or anticipate to wait. Everyone wants to be there (night time)! Later I discovered they have karaoke, I will be returning! Super intstagramable.

We, check out JueLet on international women's day when we were just hanging out at the Pearl. The theme of this place is very 70's esthetic. Rad place to grab a drink they were strong. We had the mint jue let and traditional Makers old fashioned. We got to make our own perfumes and cologne that day which was a really cool experience that was unexpected. Will definitely go back to this place.

Jue Let is the up and coming project from San Antonio superstar chef Jennifer Hwa Dobbertin who created Best Quality Daughter! It's had a lot of hype in the San Antonio culinary & cocktail bar scene up to its open on November 22nd and I'm happy to say... it FULLY delivered!! I had the 'Mossy Rocks' & the 'God Loves Figs"! Both were excellent but the God Loves Figs blew me out of the water! The service was excellent & seemed to handle the busyness of its initial opening! The atmosphere is incredible! It's so inspired, cool, and an overall great place to get a drink in San Antonio!

It's in a neighborhood, so I had a quick "am I in the right place?" moment. Two steps inside and I was like oh yeah, we're good. This place is made for a photo op. Flower wall with a swing, pink throne chair, cute couch moment, even a pole in the center. The whole place gives cute and fun energy. Drinks Caught the tail end of happy hour (3-8), which is a win. My Moscow mule was about $7, strong with a good ginger kick. Exactly what you want. Music Started off more upbeat, kind of techno, then switched to R&B after 8. Way more my speed. Service Bar service was nice and quick. Not overly packed, which made it easy to just relax and enjoy. Overall Great spot to grab a drink and vibe with my girlfriends in a fun, chill atmosphere. Someone in our group had heard this was the place, so we walked over and hoped for the best. As soon as we walked in, we were immediately impressed by the vibe. The space is very cool and feels like a beautifully repurposed old factory. It has a lot of character and energy without feeling overwhelming. Our group of eight easily found a great spot near the fireplace, with some of us on the sectional and others in chairs, and we were comfortable right away. Despite being very busy, the service was quite good. Drinks came out promptly and the staff was friendly and attentive. We stayed for a few rounds and really enjoyed ourselves. This place turned the night around completely. Great space, great drinks, and great service. I will definitely be back the next time I am in San Antonio, and would even consider staying at the hotel just to be close to this bar. 5 stars.

Our other drinks were yummy too don't get me wrong as each of them has key components that made them taste amazing while I did forget the names just know that each one of them was yummy! On this particular night they had a mentalist wondering around doing magic he was fun and added to our evening here so that was a nice touch! Our bartender was awesome and quick to get us our drinks and I must say everything was mixed very well! Overall awesome spot for date night we both enjoyed our time here and hopefully we get to make it here again at some point because you can't go wrong with a chill speakeasy!

I know it and I…read morewas super excited to see Slow Ride come up as an option for me and my sister to pop in and catch up over some drinks. Parking along the street is free (along the fence line of Sam Houston) and was not an issue even for a holiday. There is a paid parking lot that is secure and available too so note that if ever you have an issue finding a good spot. Walking into Slow Ride is like walking into your tio's (uncle) or a grandpa's cool, 70's/80;s vibey, and home-y bar. This is the kind of spot where every picture you take of yourself, or your friends, will look like you took it in the 80's! This is not a bad thing either. Seriously. It IS A VIBE here! Cushy seats at the bar was my favorite spot to hang out while we had some cold beers and a shot to go alongside it too. They have beer and shot combos here around $8. You get plenty of choices on beer and liquor of choice. I opted for a tallboy Lonestar and a small shot of the Mexican Candy. My sister got a Live Oak Hefe in a can (she likes Blue Moon so this was the closest thing to it and she liked it!) and later a Shiner in a bottle. I also decided to close out with a daiquiri that was super delicious and offered in nice glassware. Patio out in the back is spacious and a great spot to hang out with a group of friends. The back space is taken care of and has a modern look to it out there. I can see it being a nice vibe outside on a pretty day too. Jukebox is legit! All great music selections from all genres on CDs and pretty cheap too to play 5-8 songs. The artwork around here is worth a look around too. I love all the unique Garfield toys surrounding the bar area too. All of the back bar is so great with the wooden shelving and lighting too. You can see many honorable nods to those who currently or have served. It's a great thing to see especially so close to Sam Houston. One thing I have a pet peeve on is any service bar who has to keep my card on file. I am the worst person who won't remember so I have to be extra careful when bars keep my card. I usually walk and don't mind paying the 20+% tab walk fee but I do want my card back so I have to get everyone who is with me to remind me to go get it. That's why I am giving it 4 stars. I am looking forward to coming back in the future and bringing some more family and friends, though. This spot is so nostalgic and their social is super active and will promote DJs and sets happening that week and into the weekend. Go check them out and play some pool. You're gonna feel like you are in a Matthew McConaughey movie when you do. Tell me I am wrong!!!
