The technician spoke with the occupant and advised him about the treatment as a precautionary measures. A direct treatment was made into the nest by the entry points and a broadcast treatment around the front of the house, cracks and crevices to avoid a recolonizing situation or future stinging insect nests. My Family unfortunately brought back bedbugs from a family vacation in June that contaminated our…read moremaster bedroom. The bedbugs were contained to one room, our master bedroom, and we contracted Orkin in Manassas to kill the bedbugs. After 2 full treatments, one month apart, we still have bedbugs. During the 2nd treatment, Orkin performed an inspection and claimed that the bedbugs were dead and we could "return to our normal life." We waited an additional 3 weeks before returning our bedroom to normal and found bedbugs again. This has been going on for nearly 2 months and we have spent over $600.00 in services. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you do not use Orkin services and find a different pest control company who deserves your money. I am requesting a full refund from Orkin for failing and hope that you will make a better choice in pest control services than I did.
