I told him I could easily go up in the attic for a look at the inside and he simply told me what to look for. Turned out not to be what either of us thought. I called him back, telling him i was ready to sign for service or regular visits or whatever; I was so grateful for help, just over the phone. But he said he wasn't going to take my money; the thing I discovered was a dead nest and I could easily remove it myself if I as willing and able. I still haven't paid him a cent.
