Justin called me back on the day when I put in a service request via their website. While I had to wait a bit that day to get a response (this is not a big firm with lots of sales agents and so forth), I spoke with Justin (an exterminator) himself. I didn't have to waste my time speaking to some sales agent. Just asked me to send some pictures of the bees. He immediately told me they were not carpenter bees, which do not sting, but hornets which do! He came the next day to take a look around and recommended taping up the hole in the drywall. This solved the immediate problem of hundreds of bees getting into the attic. Despite Monday being a holiday, he said he was available.
