What I didn't expect was the level of care, responsiveness and support from the BB&B crew. They've come through for complimentary follow ups and work until it's taken care of. They're kind, considerate and have come through at any hour I've needed them to be here. Charlie and everyone has gone above and beyond, texting me all the time to talk through options, calling my out of state landlord to keep her in the loop, returning just to check out other rooms in the house or do a touch up if I've been paranoid, working with my unpredictable artist/educator schedule and on top of it all keeps it relaxed during a stressful situation. Discovering we had bed bugs shortly moving into our new home was incredibly traumatic. After doing some research online on how to get rid of bed bugs, I decided I did not want to take the chance with any DIY projects. If I could give them more stars I would! Charlie and Rocky were absolutely AMAZING during this stressful time. They made me feel comfortable and more at ease about the whole situation. They both took the time to explain everything in detail and were able to answer all the questions my roommates and I asked. We first noticed we might have bed bugs due to bites some of my roommates received sitting on our couch. We called them and the came out the next day and were able to start treatment the day after that. Luckily we caught it early and it was isolated to the living room and one bedroom. Charlie and Steve offered among the best customer service I can remember receiving in a long time and made the horror of bedbugs about as pleasant as it can be. They counseled me over the phone free of charge at least four times for a combined total of at least a couple of hours and patiently and empathetically answered my million questions and even followed up with texts later to check in. These guys are the real deal. They saved my sanity, skin, and relationship with my roommates. Steven came to our house last night. He spent quite a bit of time looking at every piece of furniture that I suspected had bed bugs. He was amazing!!! My kids followed him around like a puppy and asked him approximately 5,000 questions and he answered each and every one of them with patience and kindness. Charlie and his partner Rocky were the best of the best. My roommates and I had been living in our rental for just a few weeks when I found a bed bug in my bed. Living frugally has its benefits: I can change my own oil, hem my own slacks, and make my own laundry detergent. And then my DC apartment got bed bugs. Not being satisfied with this poor service, I was happy to bring in David from Bed Bug and Beyond, who did a phenomenal job and extremely through job inspecting my place, and found many pieces of evidence that the other company (who had 2 shots to find this) had missed. After much hard work on David and Charlie's part providing us documentation and working with us, I was finally able to convince the apartment building that they had an infestation and it needed treatment quickly.
