I have been using Think! since I opened my salon almost 2 years ago. The staff is helpful and energetic. The Tempe office is very conveniently located not far from my house, which I love. The quality of flyers that I get are great, the price is the best I have found in town, they throw in free extras like posters and my order was ready within 24 hours. One time I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to pick up my order and they offered to drop them off to me, no extra charge. Another plus, I was grabbing a drink for happy hour and one of the owners was there as well and came up to say hi. I like that it is locally owned and operated, just like my business! read more

Their staff is incompetent in all but misdirection and flat-out lying. If you're going to run a business, do what you say you're going to do when you say you're going to do it. So I've been doing business with Think! For about 6 yrs now. From flyers, to cards, banners and web design and have never had an issue with any of their service. Except just recently. Placed a 10,000 card order and was contacted in less than a week that it was finished. Picked them up and they were UV instead of matte finished. No big deal, i call them up and gave them the story. They took a minute to review my order and saw it was an error on their part. No questions asked they offered to replace entire 10,000 card order with correct finish at no cost. Within a week i had correct cards with absolute no issue. There's a reason I do business with companies like this as many of you know time is always critical and quality surpasses none other. For me that is all it takes, I don't expect any business to be perfect and when I wrote my review I wasn't sure anyone there really cared about what they were doing. Now that I know the owner cares I will happily continue to use their service. I placed 2 orders one on a Monday and the other on Tuesday. The Monday order was Ready by Wednesday and well the order placed on Tuesday did not. Now the order that I picked up on Wednesday was done wrong. I asked to have all the information printed on the back of the shirts, well they were printed on the FRONT!!!! Anyway, so I called on Wednesday to find out when it would be ready since I knew thanksgiving was on Thursday. Jacob stated it would be ready on Monday. So on Monday I called and spoke with Jacob and he stated my order is ready, I asked if I can have them deliver the order to the Phx location since Tempe was too far. He said yes however it would take it an additional day, I told him that was fine. He stated that they would be ready for pick up on Wednesday anytime. So today is Wednesday I call just to be sure before I go down to pick my order up only to be told that I would get called back because they are trying to find out what was going on with my order. Now please keep in mind that was about 10:30am. At about 1:51pm I have yet to receive a call and I am sure that 3hrs of time was enough to figure out about my order. I then called again this time to Tempe location to talk to Jacob. The Mgr. Randy answered the phone and stated that he would be able to assist me. Once he pulled up my order he stated that he found my order however during the inspection phase one apron did not make the quality control check. So of course at this point I am pissed! I explained that I called on Monday and spoke with Jacob who assured me that my order would be ready for pick up Wednesday. I explained that Customer Service would have been GREAT to have received a call from their office explaining to me that due to the inspection one of my aprons failed and had to be redone!!! I told him that earlier when I spoke with the Phx office the Owner supposedly was supposed to be checking with Jacob to find out what is going on with my order and well that was hours ago!!! BUT DID I GET THAT CALL, NOPE NOT AT ALL. SOMETHING TOLD ME TO CALL AND CHECK THIS MORNING....THESE GUYS HAVE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE VALUES AND DO NOT SEEM LIKE THEY REALLY CARE ABOUT ADVISING A PAYING CLIENT OF AN ISSUE THAT MAY HAVE COME UP EVEN AFTER I WAS TOLD AND GUARANTEED THAT MY ORDER WOULD BE READY TODAY!! SO YEA POOR, POOR BEYOND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, NOT TO MENTION HORRIBLE WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN THAT IS FOR SURE! read more

Second time using this shop for shirts and definitely my last. Placed ordered, (2 men's and 2 women's shirts), received order confirmation. Following day, received email that women's style shirt I selected was not available and if I wanted different style. I responded the same day and requested image of new style. I received no response, so I called. Spoke to gentleman and reviewed my order and confirmed women's shirt change. I asked that my image be adjusted to fit across the chest just as my original order (went from v-neck to deep v-beck), he said yeah no problem, we will adjust to match your original request. He apologized again for not having normal v-neck. Today, I picked up the order and the women's shirt, the logo was printed on the stomach area of shirt not the chest. I asked to speak to someone about order and kid at front desk said no one in production is available. That I would need to return. I don't get it, where is the customer service? Clearly, the promises made to me via our phone convo didn't make it to production. I do not recommend this place. Not the best quality. Lack customer service and commitment! read more

To whom it may concern: I will NEVER use this company again! I spent two weeks going back and forth in emails and phone calls before I finally drove down to the office to place my order. They apparently don't know how to work a computer because they couldn't open my files, but magically when I was there the files opened perfectly. They stated that because of all the work I went through they would rush my order and have it done by Friday. I called on Friday and they stated that they haven't even started the job but it will be done by five. So I waited around in the area for 3 hours because I live an hour away. At 4:30, I went back to the company hoping they would be done early, nope. They stated they were not finished and would not be done till at least 5:30 but maybe not even then. They asked me to come back on Saturday to pick them up. I had to arrange for a friend to pick them up on Saturday instead. This company is completely unprofessional and I would not recommend them to anyone!!! They waste your time and then don't even have the product ready when they say they will. I paid a significant amount of money to have my shirts done and am completely disappointed. I spent a significant amount of time, energy and money traveling to try to get my order. read more

They way over charged me for a small job and didn't communicate accurate job deadlines- one person told me one thing while another told me something different. The reality is anyone can do graphics and printing. Sure there are professionals who will know the difference, but not the general public. BUT, not everyone can do customer service and THINK surely can not do it. Don't be fooled by their promises to meet deadlines. They missed the deadline they promised. Also, don't ship from their location because they seem to not be able to coordinate shipping. When bringing this to their attention, there was no response. For weeks I was given wrong dates and continued to be disappointed by them being behind schedule and not delivering on time. I was even hung up on when things got to busy.. No call back. & when you do have them on the phone, you get rushed off the phone quickly. They don't value your time, business, or building a relationship. Tried to use their web site to design a few shirts that I needed done within a week for a party. Wasted hours trying to manage through the web site design studio bugs, hanging every time i tried to checkout or change product. Finally called them to place the order manually - i had done the design myself so they had it available. The day I was supposed to pick up the shirts, call them multiple times and it was obvious that they hadn't done anything with the order. I had to call multiple times because it seemed they didn't have a graphics designer to finish the order. Finally was told (this is just as they were closing for the day) that the design couldn't be done on the black shirts ordered. Which they should have known at the time the took my order and $. Asked for my $ to be returned and that's it, ended up without the shirts... trusted the company because they were local, but not again. Should've checked Yelp reviews before using them. While the person taking the orders was courteous and trying to help, it was obvious that this not a well organized/coordinated business. 1 star for offering me 25% on my next order... which btw, if i wanted to use it, I feel they won't have anything on record to that regards... read more

I called them to have a small run of stickers printed on a Monday. I let them know I was in a rush to get it done. The artwork was sent immediately. There was no communication for three days from them, so I assumed they started the job. Nope. They never did anything. Zack, my contact person, never sent me an email confirmation with their invoice. Apparently you need to pay up front with these guys. When I spoke to him again, I gave him my credit card and told him that I was now behind schedule. This was on Thursday. I told him I was going out of town for a few days and needed it for the following Tuesday. On Monday at 3:55pm he sent an email saying they needed an adjustment to the artwork - this was Monday, at the end of the day, while I'm out of town, when I needed the stickers the following day. On Tuesday morning I called them about the adjustment and asked how long it would be once I made the correction. They said 3-4 days. I said no thanks and asked for a refund. No one really cared enough to try and rectify the problem. Just excuses. I was looking for a long term vendor, which is why I start with small runs. Now they lost my business for good, along with any referrals I could have given them. read more

The people at "Think!" Graphic and Printing Solutions have always been a value for my printing needs. As a president for a competitive recreational sports team, getting the flyers, embroidering on jerseys, t shirts or anything else I've ordered done and at the quality I expect is important to me. Randy, the owner, has persoanlly worked with me to make sure I'm getting what I've ordered. He, and his associates have even offered opinions and designs that are better than I could have thought up and saved me money. For instance, I ordered training tops for warm ups originally the Adidas brand. He offered the option of going with a different brand (Badger brand tech shirt) which ended saving about $15 per top. Then on top of that I had to reduce my order by half after the tops had arrived. Instead of charging me for the full order since the tops were in and about to print, he sent back half order and made sure that the last order was the correct one before printing. That type of service and the owner reaching out to me makes the difference in who I choose. He could have let me buy the Adidas brand as I ordered but in talking with him he knew I was looking to save money where I could. His recommendation reduced his profit on my order but his primary care is making sure I'm getting what I need and customer service. His other employees are always friendly as well. read more

Its a good thing you cannot upload pictures here so I could show you the horrible job this company did on the screen printing of my shirts. The screen printing of every single one of the shirts is very noticeably crooked (more on this below). If you would like to see the shirts, shoot me a message and I will send you the images of the shirts and you can see for yourself. I had 9 shirts that I wanted to have THINK print my 7 letter website URL on the back between the shoulder blades. Mind you I prepaid in full for their services when I dropped the shirts off (big mistake). I went in on a Friday and Zach stated that I would have a proof (possibly that afternoon) but for sure by Monday and the shirts would be done and ready to pick up by Wednesday (for an event we had Wednesday night). Monday came, no proof. Tuesday came, no proof. Finally on Wednesday around 930am when they opened, I called them to find out where the proof was because I was planning on picking up the shirts around 12 noon on Wednesday and knew they weren't going to print until I had approved the proof. Zach stated at 930AM on Wednesday, "oh our machine is down and the tech is supposed to be out here to look at it this afternoon". Long story short, after 2 days of not being able to get an answer on when the shirts would be ready they finally screened them on Friday at around 130pm and I picked them up around 230pm. Upon quick glance I said they were okay and went back out to the car. Upon further examination in the car, every single one of the shirts had been printed crooked (on an angle). I took the the shirts back in and brought it to Zach's attention and I got every excuse in the book from "oh these shirts have been warn and washed" to "the cat hair on the shirts caused a problem", to "where did you buy these shirts, Goodwill". Mind you, there was never any mention of a pre worn, pre-washed shirt causing any problems when I dropped them off. If I was told by Zach when I dropped the shirts off "hey, these shirts have been pre-worn and pre-washed, and the likelihood of an improper screen print is very high", I would have never left them because I wouldn't want the shirts ruined with a bad screen-print. About 15 minutes into me pointing out the poor screen-print, the extremely professional screen printer (sarcasm) came back to the shop and got into the conversation. He came up with a whole myriad of other excuses as to why the shirts were crap etc.... never once admitting that the lettering was crooked, even after I asked for a ruler and showed them how crooked it was. All in all, not only was I out the $40 for the extremely poor screen printing job, it has in essence ruined all of the shirts (about $20-$30 a piece) which will never be worn because of the crooked letter that looks like it was done as a 2nd grade art project. This is my experience and I encourage you to look at all the reviews including the ones that are "filtered", because the lack of professionalism, poor customer service coupled with the horrible product they produced are revealed in the "filtered" reviews as well. I caution you to "THINK" twice before trusting your money with this company. Buyer beware. read more
