At 10:00 a.m. on Monday, the owner called to say he had something urgent to take care of and could not come, so we rescheduled for Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. However, on Tuesday, he never showed up--even after I waited until 5:00 p.m.He did not call, text, or provide any explanation for missing the appointment. The screens on both doors did not work properly, the weather stripping ribbed off and one of the handles on the doors was stripped. Right after installation we recognize the poor customer service. We called, we emailed, we basically pleaded for them to help us with our concerns, however, the typical response from Salon was "let me look into it and call you back". And then he never would called back. Two years of poor customer service, it has been frustrating.
