What an adorable store in downtown Campbell and I love the name of it! The sales clerk was too busy rearranging merchandise to barely say hi. I love the socks and the books are really cute and unique. They have Sugarfina products.and tons of clothing!

IMHO Want a fun shopping diversion when in downtown Campbell? Step into the Therapy Store. It's chock full of whimsical gifts and tchotchkes, books, clothes, touristy linens, jewelry, soft plush toys, Hydro Flasks, artwork, candles, humorous socks, etc., etc., etc. You won't be bored here. You'll find something to smile or laugh at, and maybe you'll pick up a fun gift for yourself or someone special.

Love their children's books selection hee

I always love going in the different therapy stores. They always have cute, funny eclectic things that are perfect for anyone's birthday or present. They have a handful of local items and unique things that you can't find a regular stores, maybe via Amazon, since everything's there, but then it doesn't sound as unique. I love their clothes in the back of the store also fairy boutique style, although they're on the rather expensive side. They have really nice bralettes and if you can catch them on sale. It's a really great deal! I will definitely be back!!

Potty-training book for kids, but so funny for adults (I read the whole book while in the store and I don't have kids, lol)

This is a cool and quirky gift shop in downtown Campbell, so if you're familiar you know the surrounding area has a good vibe, mostly street parking, and a lot of eateries nearby. In fact, I often come here just to look around while waiting for food from one of the nearby restaurants. Yes it's a store (a small chain actually that started in SF), but I consider it more an attraction in the south bay, a place you gotta visit to have the experience. They sell such unique items that are entertaining, funny, and/or conversation starters. So I always have a fun time when I come here. It caters to all ages, from babies to adults. They have all kinds of things, including clothes, candles, electronic accessories, pet items, games, toys, kitchenware, and books. But it's not the typical stuff you would find at Target; the Therapy Store has clever and hilarious quotes and bold comments on their different items, or quirky presentation of items, ie. socks shaped like sushi that could be given as a gift.. and not a lot of these things can easily be found elsewhere. Then again, even if you could find something here on Amazon, you'd still miss the entertainment aspect of coming here and exploring everything in person. I've purchased many items from the Therapy Store in Campbell over time -- gifts for friends, nephews, nieces, and even for myself. The staff is friendly and attentive, and is great at providing recommendations for gift-giving. This cute little boutique is definitely worth checking out.

My favorite store in the San Jose area. Very specialized like a museum gift shop, it's kind of like Urban Outfitters with less outfits, like a novelty store without the embarrassing bachelorette section, mature like an Anthropologie without the headache-inducing overpowering blowers of perfume. It's a true "gift" shop, full of stuff like collapsible straws, funny luggage tags, or wacky socks, the kind of stuff you might be more likely to buy for someone else. It's knick-knacky but well-organized, with sections covering travel, outdoors, cooking, cosmetics, candles, key chains, hats, jewelry, a clothes, lots of books (most of which are light and whimsical, silly, pop-cultured or inspiration books of reference, lists, etc.), and, unless my hands are freakishly mammoth, baby stuff. Bonus: a photo booth, it's in beautiful downtown Campbell, and it sells my favorite scent MISTRAL, which I lovingly call Mistrial.

I love that it offers a true boutique shopping experience without the boutique price tag, and I can usually count on finding something I love. Unfortunately, my experience today (3/18) fell short of what I've come to expect over the years. When I walked in, I wasn't greeted, which is something I've always appreciated in the past--it really sets a welcoming tone. Jocelyn eventually helped me into a dressing room, but along the way there were several missed opportunities for basic customer service. I was browsing with my arms full, and at no point was I offered help holding items or starting a fitting room, which would have made shopping easier. When I was ready to try things on, I was asked to sort and count my items due to the 6-garment limit. I completely understand and respect that policy as a way to manage inventory in a small business. However, during that process, a few items fell behind the counter and weren't addressed at the time. Once in the dressing room, there was no check-in to see how things were fitting or if I needed different sizes or colors--something I've consistently experienced and appreciated during past visits. I did ask to swap out items, and Jocelyn was helpful and pleasant in doing so. At checkout, the items that had fallen behind the counter were brought up again, and I was asked if I wanted to try them on. Since I was already dressed, I declined, but it would have been helpful if those had been handled earlier. There was only one other customer in the store, who had already checked out by the time I was in the fitting room, so it didn't seem particularly busy. I've always associated Bombshell Boutique with attentive, thoughtful service--being greeted, having items held, and receiving support in the dressing room. That level of care makes a big difference and is part of why I've been a loyal customer for so long. This visit just felt a bit lackluster in comparison. I'll definitely be back, but I hope this was just an off day.

They always have a great sales rack out in front and their prices aren't too extreme even though inflation has been ridiculous Some of the styles fit differently, so sometimes I need a small, and sometimes I need a large, but that doesn't really matter as long as it's cute, right? This particular day I got a great deal on some high waisted leggings, I take it they were from winter, but they were on the sales rack for $12!! The lady at the register was incredibly helpful and friendly and told me she also has to dress that match the leggings with the same leopard style print in black! I also love all of their Nikki crop top/bra style shirts? They are so incredibly comfortable. You can wear them as a bralette or as a shirt themselves, and not have to worry about anything showing! Hee I will definitely be back here again and again!

There's also a men's area towards the back of the store also, so make sure to check that area too! There were two employees working, when k went in on that weekday, make sure you bring coins or just pay via credit card to park, since all of Jtown charges for parking. I will definitely be back! $50 for an outfit I love! I can't wait to go home, wash it and wear it! They employee said if you post a pic of you in their outfit, to tag them on IG to be entered into some drawing for monthly coupon or something- I forget, but I'll be posting soon enough!!!

But I went in to find a birthday present for a Chinese girlfriend with really good taste in fashion and maybe buy a cute hair clip for myself. A clerk started giggling at me as soon as I walked into the store. Another sales lady walked up to me with a highly disapproving look on her face. "We don't have anything here in your size," she said. I could just tell she was envisioning me ripping the seams out of one of her $180 skirts trying to zip it over my fat ass. I'm well-acquainted giggles and rejection from clothing sales clerks in Thailand, Hong Kong, China, and Japan. But I wasn't expecting it here. Oh well; they lost my business.

My issue has been the attitude of the one specific person who was working each time I went. Pushy as heck every time, following me around and talking at my back as I look at products- if I wasn't in need of gifts I would've walked out immediately. I don't need to be hounded as I shop. Couldn't answer simple questions based on what she tried to explain to me: Me looking at a resin platter. Salesgirl: it's so pretty isn't it? Me: it is but it is uneven when laid flat and the handles are different on each side. Her: Oh it can be "warmed up and flattened so it isn't uneven" if u "leave it in the car" Me: umm huh? Her as she quickly walks away: yeah or heat it up in the oven and like press down on it on the countertop. Me: Ok so what temp can it be safely heated to? Her from behind the cash wrap: just heat it idk. So do you want it or not? Me: no thanks for that price ($200) I would want to know what "heated" means. Sounds like it isn't very possible to make it lay flat without knowing the specifics. Her: well then don't buy it. Me: yeah i definitely won't. I expected a nice reply like "Oh let me check with the Maker and get back to you" or "sorry I don't exactly know what i'm saying but our return policy is.. and here is how to contact the Maker." Still bought about $300+ of products on that visit but wrote this review in my head before leaving as she shot me eye daggers as she rang us up. Won't be in again if she is working.
