Now you see an employee near the door, stuck on their cell phone. Not a good look! Just imaging if someone was a mystery shopper from UA or someone from the company visiting. This location is somewhat smaller to the ones located in the malls. I noticed that the selection for woman is a lot smaller. I love UA graphic tees but at this location was was very limited. Clothing is expensive and sales are very minimal. The Freedom shirts which are my favorite. Ran for 2 for $30, however you must buy 2 shirts to get the deal. If you buy one. You will have to pay the full price for a tee, ($25). My most recent visit, when I was in the womens section, a nice female employee greeted all the customers that entered and offered her assistance. Though I was looking at sport bras, she tried helping me find one in my size, and it was out of stock, she went to find out which nearby stores had it. The best time to come is during the week. The weekends are the worst time to come. Lines are long!

The team member didn't say her name (nor did I think to ask) on the phone call, but did inform me that the outlet store sells the masks, at the same 2/$40 promotions currently being offered at non-outlet stores. She also offered that the Anne Arundal Mall UA location also had the same inventory stock on the masks as the Clarksburg location and that due to supply and demand, the colors of masks (other than the charcoal and black ones with chrome logo) are not as available. It was a short, but comprehensive phone call, and I am grateful for the attention I received from the team member!

I didn't realize that I needed the original order information (email, etc.) so I unfortunately had to contact the person who gave me the gift to obtain this information. The staff there were all very friendly and very helpful not only to me but also to the other customers in line that required assistance. They did some paperwork for my bag and provided me with a copy. I received emails showing me updates on my bag (received at warehouse, shipping back to me) and my bag arrived repaired and back home in a short number of weeks. After driving 45 miles to get to this store, I was greeted by a young gentleman who was very dull and unwelcoming. I looked around the store and noticed signs everywhere for 30% off sale. I approached the aloof greeter/salesman and I asked him for more details regarding the 30% off sale. He looked up at the ceiling and just walked away from me without addressing my question. He walked over to a co-worker and started a personal conversation on the sales floor. Seems like the staff at this store prefers to huddle and chat with each other rather than help customers. This is unacceptable behavior. AllSaints HQ should properly train these young adults on providing excellent customer service.
