The store is well organized and color sorted. The manager rang me up and was very personable, patient, and attentive with my questions. Specific items are steeply discounted, and other items are closer to regular prices, and sometimes they're both covertly placed to one another, so you have to read (and reread) all sale signages and verify prices because most (if not all) items are final sale. One star deduction due to the other sale associates not being as helpful and friendly in assisting me, but overly watching my every move in that store...iykyk.

I shop here often as I live close by, and they have a good selection of clothing, but someone should train Noah on service- especially if he will be left as the acting manager on duty. I now call him "Mr. Unfortunately we cannot do that." I was shopping and liked a red shirt, however, the smallest size on the rack was S. I'm an XS. Upon paying for the items I wanted, I noticed that the mannequin was wearing the last red XS. I asked the pleasant lady who was checking me out if I could take it and she said she would ask her manager-Noah. Noah said he could not give me the shirt on the mannequin because they are doing inventory. He said any other time it would be ok, but not today. (His story changed later on that inventory was not today, but before the weekend). So I said ok, can I leave my name and reserve the red shirt for when "inventory" is done? & he responded "Unfortunately, I cannot do that." That's when I got upset and had to say something... I asked if he could call a proper manager, but "unfortunately, they don't do that." I explained to him that I always come here and have items reserved, and it's totally fine, and the staff usually has it for me when I come back. We got into an argument with him eventually agreeing to get my name so he can call when I can pick up the shirt. I usually have no problem with this store, and it's usually so easy to reserve items, but Noah is either lazy, full of excuses, or just should not be an acting manager until he is trained with customer service. Normally I wouldn't come back upon experiencing this kind of service, but I like banana rep clothing and I live in the area!!! Such a bummer considering it was a slow weekday. I almost left without my items, but I spent too much time in there not to. Bummed customer!

Everyone was so kind and helpful throughout the stressful process. My dresses weren't fitting due to the fact my waist is much smaller than my hips and they did all the alterations for free and the dresses fit like a glove. You really get your money's worth. Everyone doesn't stop giving me compliments about how nice everything looked. I 100% recommend.

Now that I'm in the office daily, I need to update my wardrobe and this is the perfect place that won't break the bank! I found a few things and some at clearance prices. Woot! The store could have been better organized but in these types of stores, patience is key! The customer service was fair. I won't go out of my way to come here but I'm glad I stopped in. Now I have a cute outfit for work tomorrow and one to go out this weekend.

I counted out 8 items, took a card, and went into the fitting room. As I tried on the first 8 items, I removed some pieces and brought in the next 8. Throughout the process, I kept showing the employee the 8 hangers as I was switching items. At some point, the employees switched, and another woman came out and seemed to be saying that the cart had to be outside of the fitting room area, even though it already was. She also had a very thick accent, so I was having difficulty understanding what she was saying. Her tone was also very rude, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. Then, without really explaining anything, she grabbed my cart and pushed it into the aisle. At that point, I was completely confused about the fitting room process and how I was even supposed to try on the clothes. I ended up leaving the cart and going home. I get that they don't want people stealing but at this point it feels like they don't want you to buy anything. The whole experience was unnecessarily frustrating. There's plenty of other stores that don't treat their customers like thieves. The store itself is nice, but unfortunately, the staff made the experience extremely frustrating. I like purses by this brand and as soon as I saw they had an outlet store, I knew I had to visit…read more The purse I had needed to be replaced. I got it from a gift shop in Rockville. This store only had 2 other purses that were similar to the one I had, so there was not much selection as the colors were similar to each other. I looked at purses, but most were not the same (this is just based on preference). I was informed that the outlet stores won't carry much of the selection I had. I ended up getting a blanket that was deeply discounted. I only get Vera Bradley items when they are on sale as the regular price is always too high no matter which store you purchase items from. Overall, they had great selections and a wide variety of items. The employee that helped me was amazing.
