I must have posted to wrong store. store manager is lenard... zero help. he had three employees who could not do a return without a receipt. he would not help them... took 20 minutes for new employees to figure it out. They need to spend time training new employees... and those that do know the process should help customers.

Parking is plentiful, but no matter where you park, you'll be walking, because the place is extensive. There are some accessible elevators and elevators, but beware, they're typically out of order at any given time. You'll also find great deals here if you take your time and search, and can find some really great items. The food court, however, is seriously lacking in choices. Im actually quite surprised! But there also a lot of dessert and specialty shops that compete with the eateries in the food court, but I don't think that's an excuse. So after all that shopping, don't place your heart on good sit down eating at the outlets. Service typically depends on the store, but I do feel like this place has a bit of racial discrimination and bias. Like there is an uneasiness among everyone, and some people excessively watch people of color, especially if you're shopping alone. They're not as "brave" if you're with a group of 2 or more ppl. But Ive never experienced or witnessed any overt hatred or aggressive behavior. So it's not like these outlets are unsafe. Overall, I recommend..and it's located nearly off the highway.

I shop here often as I live close by, and they have a good selection of clothing, but someone should train Noah on service- especially if he will be left as the acting manager on duty. I now call him "Mr. Unfortunately we cannot do that." I was shopping and liked a red shirt, however, the smallest size on the rack was S. I'm an XS. Upon paying for the items I wanted, I noticed that the mannequin was wearing the last red XS. I asked the pleasant lady who was checking me out if I could take it and she said she would ask her manager-Noah. Noah said he could not give me the shirt on the mannequin because they are doing inventory. He said any other time it would be ok, but not today. (His story changed later on that inventory was not today, but before the weekend). So I said ok, can I leave my name and reserve the red shirt for when "inventory" is done? & he responded "Unfortunately, I cannot do that." That's when I got upset and had to say something... I asked if he could call a proper manager, but "unfortunately, they don't do that." I explained to him that I always come here and have items reserved, and it's totally fine, and the staff usually has it for me when I come back. We got into an argument with him eventually agreeing to get my name so he can call when I can pick up the shirt. I usually have no problem with this store, and it's usually so easy to reserve items, but Noah is either lazy, full of excuses, or just should not be an acting manager until he is trained with customer service. Normally I wouldn't come back upon experiencing this kind of service, but I like banana rep clothing and I live in the area!!! Such a bummer considering it was a slow weekday. I almost left without my items, but I spent too much time in there not to. Bummed customer!

The employees here don't give a flying F about you…read more We had originally found a suit at Nordstrom but could not justify paying Nordstrom prices for a suit my fiancé was virtually going to wear once. We called and they said that they had some suits in stock but didnt specify what they were like - just that they were black so we drove down from VA to check them out. The employees greeted us with a simple hello and nothing else. Didnt ask us if we were looking for anything in particular or just that they were available to help if we had any questions. We browsed on our own and then asked to use a fitting room. There were two employees working who again could care less. Every time we asked them a question, they would give us one word answers. They really just seemed unsure and not willing to help even after we showed interest in buying the suit. They just stayed behind the counter on their cellphones and airpods in. When we did ask them to help us find something as the pants were mismatched from the suit jacket, they half assed it and picked out a different suit because they couldn't find the matching jacket. Granted it was close to closing time but I don't think we were giving them a hard time, we really just needed help finding the size. You would think if you work there, you should at least know the basics of men's sizes and clothing items. Very different type of customer service compared to department stores. We ended up purchasing a suit as it was extremely cheap compared to department store prices but I really wish their employees were more helpful and friendly.

TJ MAXXs, Marshalls or Ross may have them but it's not as good. They are a little more pricey. But these days. It's hard to find a comfy bra that does not shift or have a bra that pokes you. Same with panties. I love their undies with the thick elastic band that says Calvin Klein. It's durable and doesn't move around. Though I recommend hand washing them so they last longer. I got 3 sets. They have Mostly monochromatic colors. Rarely you'll see bright colors. Very nice associates to help. Today they had 30% off, then another 20% off. Then because I'm a member another 15%. I wish they would do one big bulk discount, it would draw more customers. Clean fitting rooms. That's a plus! Very clean and organized store. Definitely shopping here more.

Had a wonderful experience here…read more This is the Calvin Klein outlet that is at the Clarksburg Premium Outlets in... you guessed it... Clarksburg. I was almost immediately greeted when I entered the store and was asked if I was looking for anything in particular. The store associate showed me a couple of options for what I was looking for, and then when I searching through the stack of pants, another store associate came over and asked if I needed help finding a particular size. I found the size, but not in the color I wanted, and she offered to go into the back and see if she had the color I was looking for. Everyone was super helpful and accomodating. The dressing room attendant even asked how everything worked out and took the items I didn't like in a really nice way. To top it off, I accidentally left something I purchased at another shop in the dressing room by accident, and the dressing room attendant ran out to give it to me. Great service! So I went up to buy some pants and they were like half off what was on the price tag. Maybe I missed the discount sign where the pants were- but it was a VERY welcome surprise when I got to the register. All in all, wouldn't hesitate to shop here again. In fact, I've been once or twice before this particular occasion I'm writing about and found a really cool rain jacket.

I visited the outlet for the first time ever and decided to enter the Ferragamo store after seeing a woman in Tory Burch with their shopping bag. I'm usually a LV girl and was in the market to update my purse wardrobe. It was my first time since working in Bloomingdales that I even thought about a Ferragamo item and I'm now hooked. My plan was to purchase two bags and I ended up purchasing five, including a gorgeous keychain. It was over three visits, as I had to contemplate what items I wanted to purchase. No regrets. They're all gorgeous bags and want to thank all the amazing sales reps, including the manager. I am now a "Ferragamo" woman. My mother would be proud! I'm visiting today to purchase gift items for Mother's Day!

Theory is always sending me emails being like "Right now: 70 percent off of practically everything in our store!" Well... it's like 70 percent off like 10 percent of things. And that 10 percent of things is originally priced at like 400 dollars. So most all of their clothes there I would say go for in between 100-350 dollars. It's not cheap. THAT SAID! A few years ago I went to buy a light jacket and I stumbled into Theory for the first time. I saw this rack that was marked at 80 percent off, and there was this beautiful black jacket on it that I ended up buying. It was the most I've ever spent on a jacket... up until this most recent visit 0.0 BUT! It is easily my favorite jacket, the quality is TOP notch, and it has held up like an absolute champ for all those years with no real serious signs of wear. I believe in the products. Which is why when I was looking for a nice winter coat, one of my first stops was Theory. Luckily... they were having their Black Friday sale... which means I ended up with this BOMB winter coat that has down in it. It is so incredibly comfortable, warm, and you can tell is constructed expertly. I also ended up with this cute little bomber style jacket and a sweater. The saleswoman there were as helpful and friendly as can be. Because it was their Black Friday sale, and SO much of the store was marked at deeper discounts than it's already pretty deep discounts, I spent an inordinate amount of time in that store trying SO many things on. I felt the need to joke to the saleswoman that I'm probably gonna spend so much time in the store that the shifts are gonna change (it was 10:30 in the morning for some context). There was this one absolutely stunning wool coat that I put on and ALMOST bought, but with how much money I was already spending on the other stuff, I really displayed the most meager amount of will power ever displayed by a human being and put it back on the rack. Even though the saleswoman were super nice and were telling me how good I look in it, and don't worry, I agreed. I just couldn't justify that purchase at that time. So... I'll probably go back tomorrow before the sale ends... I mean... if it happens on two separate days... it doesn't count right? Ugh... that coat was so nice. Like stop. Just stop.

I fell in love with one there, but they were out of her size in the store and online. Oh, no! But, they did have a lot of choices in children's and adult clothing. Since, I was on a mission, I didn't shop for myself, but I know I need to stop back and check out clothes for me. The salespeople went out of their way to help me. They were awesome. They checked in the back of the store and online to see if they could get my jacket. That is stellar service! I did have to giggle, that I had bought a lot of the girls clothing for my youngest granddaughter. I had bought out the Toddler section. They do need a little help in the baby section. I took off one star, because the baby section needed some more attention and clothing. Gap Factory had an excellent selection from Toddlers to teens. The salespeople were fabulous. And, the prices were great. If you are looking for young people, I would definitely stop by.
