If you love name brand stuff , this place is for you. Located Upper Level, in the back, above Old Navy. The place is always empty. One the location. It's way in the back. For a discount store Saks, majority of the items here are expensive. Their signs and pricing always seems to be an issue here. They have a nice selection of designer glasses but not for their prices. Employees here, are usually at the registers. I never experienced bad service. They have a small section for perfumes, in which I got a Burberry perfume for a great deal. Tbh, Nordstrom Rack is better, and signs there won't be confusing. read more

Well, the store itself is pretty nice and has a reasonably priced clothing, some of the staff are pretty unfriendly. One of the cashiers at checkout rolled her eyes and was sighing as she was explaining to us that a jacket and pant combo wasn't a part of the same product. It gets the job done. You are here looking for deals and you don't want to be really bothered while you are searching for deals. They do have some sort of organization system going here and they regularly keep it tight. It is mostly because this place does not get a lot of traffic. The outlet itself has been waning down and its practically dead during the weekdays. This makes it easier to hunt for deals because no one is around you. I think this to one's benefit. I like just looking at each piece one by one and figuring out whether it is worth it to buy or not. They have fitting rooms inside, but not that many rooms. They split because mens and womens to about 2 rooms are mens only and the rest are womens. I tend to come here, Nordstrom Rack, and TJ Max looking for deals on clothing. Sometimes you just find some insane deal that it is just too hard to pass. read more

We had a terrible experience with this Saks OFF 5TH outlet store. A woman working in Saks Off 5th, kept on following us everywhere in the store. We just looking around and didn't expect to ask for any help from her. But she kept on following us everywhere, like crazy dog Chasing us in the store. And she is too close for my body. We want social distancing. We never know this store offer "chasing me " service. Unwanted. This store service is so rude. -------- Another issue is, I bought a pair of shoes, but it is Not a pair, one is size small, the other is size large, same color with one size different between two shoes. But the store did Not indicate this is Not a pair. I never know this store sell shoes for "different size for two feet". I suppose a pair of shoes, the size should be equal for two feet, correct? They only indicated this is Final sale and could not be returned. So I got "different size for two feet" as a pair, and couldn't return. The store sells defective products. read more

I used to love Saks Off 5th outlets which were spread all over the US. The pandemic has killed so many stores, and outlets are not the exception. Neiman Marcus Last Call only exists now in Texas, and Saks Off 5th have practically disappeared, too. So I was happy to see that the Clarksburg store still existed! So I went in and was appalled. The Saks Off 5th outlets were known for piling up clothes in the racks so tightly that it was difficult to sort through them. This is not the case anymore. The racks were practically empty. Just some sad suits, shirts and pants. Most were empty. I hope that things pick up for the outlets, because I can't see these lasting much more. Thanks internet and Amazon!! read more

Wanted to purchase 2 pairs of Tori Burch shoes for wife and daughter. Sign read 30% off. Get t checkout and when told the price I indicted there was a sign. Cashier said "That's only on boots." I said, "There are signs that read boots and there i one that doesn't." She proceeds to follow me and I show her the sign. She has to ask the manager. He parrots her, "That's on boots." I say "there are boot signs but this one reads "30% off Tori Burch." He proceeds to tell me it's only for the end cap display! Guess with 3 customers in the store on a Friday evening he didn't need $300 dollars to make his number for the day. Stay away....... read more

Mixed reviews for this one. I'll start with the pros: this is a large store and the selection for men is ample. They always have great selections that you'd find in the retail store but at a fraction of the cost. There's always some kind of sale going on too. This is a great place to get sweaters for the winter, and they're currently doing 30% off cashmere sweaters. Got a v-neck today for around $100. Can't beat that! Cons here are that it's hard to get help because they are always understaffed. This is definitely reflected at the register where today there was only one cashier. You need more than that on a Sunday unless you want long lines and unhappy customers. All in all, great place to get designer clothing for reasonable prices but prepare for slow service. read more

Pro: I got a nice cashmere sport jacket at 80% off of the original list price (although who knows how many sold at the original list price). Cons: This store is chaotic. The signs did not indicate which items were included in the BOGO sale, and there was no one on the floor to ask. As it turned out, not even the cashiers knew. The checkout took forever; two people ahead of me had issues that seemed to take forever to resolve. read more

Be forewarned, if you buy a pair of sunglasses and within a week a lense pops out of your sunglass frame and they are unwearable, you will not get your money back. They told me since the sunglasses were not broken when I bought them they would not return them. If something breaks within a week of normal use, I consider them defective. Saks off 5th does not. Beware of spending your hard earned money here. I do not know what other type of merchandise they will not stand behind. A company that makes millions every year would rather short end the lowly customer rather than honoring the quality of its merchandise. read more

Went in to casually shop. Of course there are Signs posted everywhere saying buy this and you get the items for a deal. We go to the register and are notified that the sale doesn't start until Wednesday. The associate is friendly telling this news then proceeds to tell the manager Lisa. Lisa is The Unfriendliest manager I have ever seen. Instead of even having curiosity to tell us it can't happen just gives us the Customers a evil eye and keeps it pushing. Horrible service! Took 1 hr & 15mins to checkout on Black Friday evening due to the very poor mgmt decision to have only 3-checkers working.... and they were slow as molasses (no apologies from store mgr that evening either). On top of that, it certainly seemed as though the prices were jacked up what seemed to be double or more than retail so they folks "thought" they were getting a deal. I don't think I'll head back unless I hear of a mgmt shakedown. read more
