I saw two dresses that were on sale. However, the fit for each wasn't flattering, and one of them looked frumpy on me. Even though the style and colors were very pretty, I didn't have any luck during this visit. They did have a good sale of 50% off most merchandise for Memorial weekend and discounted clearance items. I appreciated that I was acknowledged upon entering the store. That was a nice gesture.

Fantastic location, quality items a great customer service!!…read more Everything was very neat upon arrival, everything was hung up perfectly by size and color. The dressing room was uncluttered and I had plenty of space to try things on. The check out process was fast and friendly. Everything about this visit went pretty well. The only little tiny thing I have an issue with is they charge you 5 cents for a bag. How else will I carry my things? I was informed that all the stores charge for bags they Montgomery County but when I got home, none of my receipts reflected any of the stores charging me 5 cents for bags. Weird right... I would definitely return, but I'm taking my own bag for sure!

There were cute sweaters as far as the eye could see. Many of the items were 40% off. I wear petites and they are hard to find. This store had a wonderful selection. I ended up with black corduroy pants for $29.00 and two tops. I could have stayed longer and done more damage. The sweaters were buy one and get one free. I can't wait to go back. I hope they keep this store stocked as well as it was today. I went with two friends and we all left with a full Loft bag. They do not honor teacher discounts or loft discount coupons. But it was still worth it. The staff was friendly and accommodating. So, if you Love Loft you will surely find a great deal to take home with you.

Who doesn't love Tory Burch items at a discounted price?…read more I happened to pass by here looking for a sparkly pair of sandals to potentially wear with a costume, but instead I found a matching wristlet clutch at a very discounted price. The store is well organized and color sorted. The manager rang me up and was very personable, patient, and attentive with my questions. Specific items are steeply discounted, and other items are closer to regular prices, and sometimes they're both covertly placed to one another, so you have to read (and reread) all sale signages and verify prices because most (if not all) items are final sale. One star deduction due to the other sale associates not being as helpful and friendly in assisting me, but overly watching my every move in that store...iykyk.

This is more of a review for the customer service I received today from Noah, the manager on duty,…read moreand not on the clothes. I shop here often as I live close by, and they have a good selection of clothing, but someone should train Noah on service- especially if he will be left as the acting manager on duty. I now call him "Mr. Unfortunately we cannot do that." I was shopping and liked a red shirt, however, the smallest size on the rack was S. I'm an XS. Upon paying for the items I wanted, I noticed that the mannequin was wearing the last red XS. I asked the pleasant lady who was checking me out if I could take it and she said she would ask her manager-Noah. Noah said he could not give me the shirt on the mannequin because they are doing inventory. He said any other time it would be ok, but not today. (His story changed later on that inventory was not today, but before the weekend). So I said ok, can I leave my name and reserve the red shirt for when "inventory" is done? & he responded "Unfortunately, I cannot do that." That's when I got upset and had to say something... I asked if he could call a proper manager, but "unfortunately, they don't do that." I explained to him that I always come here and have items reserved, and it's totally fine, and the staff usually has it for me when I come back. We got into an argument with him eventually agreeing to get my name so he can call when I can pick up the shirt. I usually have no problem with this store, and it's usually so easy to reserve items, but Noah is either lazy, full of excuses, or just should not be an acting manager until he is trained with customer service. Normally I wouldn't come back upon experiencing this kind of service, but I like banana rep clothing and I live in the area!!! Such a bummer considering it was a slow weekday. I almost left without my items, but I spent too much time in there not to. Bummed customer!

I counted out 8 items, took a card, and went into the fitting room. As I tried on the first 8 items, I removed some pieces and brought in the next 8. Throughout the process, I kept showing the employee the 8 hangers as I was switching items. At some point, the employees switched, and another woman came out and seemed to be saying that the cart had to be outside of the fitting room area, even though it already was. She also had a very thick accent, so I was having difficulty understanding what she was saying. Her tone was also very rude, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. Then, without really explaining anything, she grabbed my cart and pushed it into the aisle. At that point, I was completely confused about the fitting room process and how I was even supposed to try on the clothes. I ended up leaving the cart and going home. I get that they don't want people stealing but at this point it feels like they don't want you to buy anything. The whole experience was unnecessarily frustrating. It was James who kept in touch with me during the process, while BB tried to track it down and get it to me on time. I was planning on using it for a photo shoot. James was exceptional in his customer service every time him and I spoke. He really is a top notch guy and employee that represents Brooks very, very well. I look forward to doing business with him in the future. Long story short, the coat didn't make it on time and I had to make other arrangements; I was disappointed and frustrated to say the least. I understand it was an honest mistake, and the La Jolla store did what they could to keep me in the loop. Duane was incredible in restoring my faith with Brooks. I will be a lifelong customer. Whomever hired Duane is clearly doing something right. Also, Jeremy helped me find a dress shirt in a size I might never have thought of.
