I just want to get in & out. The staff used to be helpful & knowledgeable and now they don't know where anything is when we need help & look like they aren't happy to be there. Bad with tools plus bad memories: Never exactly a good combination. My daughter, however, was insistent. She remembered seeing it on "Shark Tank" and next thing I knew I had a new gold panning kit. It is awesome. For one thing, it's easy to use. The directions make sense and you don't have to freeze your derrière off standing in a river. It also attracts attention. Not in a bad way, like the kind you get when your picture's in the post office. No, I mean the good way, as when you roll up in front of the hotel in a sports car. Everyone wants to know what it is, and once they see how easy it is to use, they ask if they can try it out. (I do not recommend this with a sports car.) Matt simply suggested I buy a $10 Adapter (available at any car parts store) to convert the cigarette lighter to one that works off alligator clips - problem solved !!
