But the ERC team really does live up to their reputation. Wife has tough feet to fit. Not only did the ERC folks take the time to listen and recommend, but they also promised that she could return the shoes she bought if they didn't work out. They didn't, she did and I was impressed at how professional they were. We are not value shoppers, because for us the value is the advice and product, not the dollars. Having shared that, we didn't find the prices objectionable, but we also didn't bargain shop on Amazon. Definitely worth a visit, and they have certainly earned our trust and admiration.

Bought a set of EOS on Black Friday last year (2023) and they seem to be good wheels. I went to buy…read moreanother set of EOS in August 2024 and the most they would discount was $444.00 MORE than the same wheels bought in November 2023. Loren seemed to take offense that I questioned why so much more money for the same set of wheels. I asked about Black Friday and was told that they rarely discount because of the diminished sense of value. I was (educated by Loren) in a condensing way about not seeing the real value of their wheels. Three months later they have Black Friday on all their wheels. Think they could have extended the black Friday to a repeat customer. Apparently not. Their customer service sucks. I bought a set of wheels from a competitor, and they are better, lighter, faster wheels and the company was willing to work with me.

The following is a recent situation I endured with this company…read more Eugene Electric Bike management, I had my E-Lectric bike in for a flat tire. I was given a quote of $60.00 to fix the tire. I was surprised how fast you fixed it, but the charge was $76.00! Although I was not thrilled with the response that there was an additional charge for a new inner tube, I decided to let it pass. Then I noticed my cell phone holder was missing. Your representative said they couldn't find it but would continue to look for the missing part. I had to buy another holder and sent you a text requesting a refund of the cost. Since the cost was $16.00 for anew holder and the difference in the cost of the bill and the estimate was $16.00, I would appreciate a refund of $16.00. Jack, The price you were quoted is the price you paid. The remainder of your phone holder is not at our shop. As you stated, it was a fast turnaround. Your ebike was in one area of the shop and nothing was removed from the handlbars. We are remiss that you lost your item at some point... But have no fault in this. You contacted us for a job, that job was done, that is all. Perhaps it would be best for you to take your ebike to another shop going forward. We wish you the best. V/r, Alexander Eugene Electric Bicycles Oh I will and your service will be noted when I rate you online. You might want to reconsider. Jack Your intent is noted. We simply do not have any role in your missing part of your phone mount. Better that we not have further correspondence as no good could come if it. Please do not message us again as we will not provide any further services for you. Still wish you the best of luck V/r, Alexander Eugene Electric Bicycles If this is how you treat a returning customer, I think others should know what a shoddy outfit you are!
