My daughter had an event here tonight, and wow I'm really impressed with the size of this venue…read more While I only experienced the pool area, it has a lap pool, a lazy river, a few water slides, a rock climbing wall and a smaller kids play area it was quite impressive! The daily fee is $5.50 for kids $6.50 for adults which is pretty impressive and affordable. One thing my daughter complained about, was they kept closing the sliding de area due to poop episodes so that's pretty gross, but I guess at least they close it to treat it?

My last-ditch effort in hopes of finding some pickleball. Nope! Alas, this RECREATION center is…read moreclosed on Sundays. how?? boggles my mind. It's in the middle of a hot weekend day, and people don't gather to play pickleball in the cool indoors. I had already packed my equpiment in my suitcase, hoping to check out the local level, all for naught. Pickleheads failed to mention this facility closes on Sundays. Also desperately stopped by 3 other pb parks on my way to the airport. All the same result. Does no one play pb in north UT??

We had a great experience overall with Uinta Recreation. Originally, I booked a 3-hour unguided…read moretour, which had to be changed to a 2-hour option due to trail conditions and lack of snow. At first, I was frustrated by the change, but after speaking with Adam, he explained that the limited snow could cause issues on the trails and potentially lead to a poor experience if we got stuck or ended up on the wrong paths. I appreciated his honesty and concern for safety. Suggestion - fill out all waivers online prior, read all documents prior and arrive early

We rented an inflatable two-seat kayak. When we opened up the bag and started to get it ready, we…read morerealized the fins were not included in the bag. We decided to still give it a try. We did not get very far as the kayak was so squirrely it was impossible to steer on Utah Lake without the fins. We headed back to shore and realized the kayak had also begun to take on water. We checked that we'd secured the plugs and valves correctly and we had, so there must have been a leak. Extremely disappointed with the product condition. The seats on the kayak were also placed in an uncomfortable way and offered no support when paddling, but that is more of a design flaw rather than the responsibility of the renters. When we took it back, I explained the issues we'd had and the store employee said they don't give out the fins since "they get lost and it doesn't really make a difference in the steering." I disagreed but he said it just depends on the person who's paddling in the back. I also told him about the possible leak and he just said they'd take a look and give us store credit if there was a problem. I told him not to bother in that case as we will not be coming back. I hope others have a better experience, but we were sorely disappointed in the rental product and the customer service.
