I am not a member here but part of a league that is playing pickle ball here…read more I didn't know about the bubble being around the courts for winter which was nice inside it was comfortable. Outside was in the upper 60s the day I went. Not sure if it would be cooler than it was when it's 30 outside. The walk from the front desk to the courts I never would have found on my own. I didn't see any other signs that said what was what way besides the ones my group put up. Everything looked clean and taken care of. I didn't use the locker room or restrooms. They do have a bar attached that was a nice bonus. We only got drinks but they do have food as well. Next time I'll have to try some.

After 2 years of loyalty, I discovered Sports Mall silently charged $635 to my account without my…read moreknowledge or consent, claiming it was a "24-hour cancellation penalty." A policy they never once told us about in two years. When I asked for documentation, they pointed to a small poster on a wall. That's their idea of formal notice. Our reason for cancelling? Our kids were sick. Yet when their own coach cancelled just 22 minutes before a lesson -- after we confirmed that same morning -- we received zero compensation. To make it worse, they charged different rates for the same lesson in the same month with no explanation. Bottom line: * Secret charges without consent * Policies enforced but never communicated * Coach cancellations = no refund. Your cancellation = heavy penalty * Inconsistent billing * Training quality doesn't justify any of it They may look cheaper, and there's a reason for that. Check your statements regularly or risk becoming their ATM. Ask for every policy in writing before you commit. Long-term loyal customers deserve better than this.

I enjoy playing league matches and the tennis instruction at Liberty Park. I play outside for…read moreleague matches, and had a lesson inside the bubble. I'll highlight the tennis lesson. The group lesson I had with Conner last night was excellent. First of all, I noticed how I couldn't stop smiling throughout the experience. Next, he gave us lots of fun drills to practice with that helps our doubles game. Finally, he gave specific tips which made me more confident with my volleys. Thanks Conner!

I've been playing tennis at Liberty Park for about two years and I love it! Everything from the…read morequality of the courts, the staff and coaches, the fellow tennis players, and even the prices are great! The staff is super friendly - there are about three different ladies who are usually running the front desk. If you've played here at least a handful of times, chances are they will greet you by name. They are super friendly, helpful, and always have a smile on their faces. The coaches are great as well - have a lot of experience and work with you to improve your game, whether you're taking a private lesson, at the group workouts, or just chatting it up between sets. The courts and nets are in prime condition. All 12(?) courts are lighted, and 4 courts are in the bubble during the winter so you can play year round. There's usually always court availability unless there is a tournament they are hosting. Only caveat is that there is a fee to use their courts I take private lessons with Lani every once in a while. Lani is the head tennis pro at Liberty Park and she is awesome! she has an extensive and impressive tennis resume, both professionally and coaching experience. I definitely get an amazing workout at my private lessons because Lani pushes me to become a better player. One of the best things at Liberty is that they do group workouts just about every day of the week and for every skill level. They have group workouts for different levels both during the day and evenings during weekdays - absolute beginners to those who play competitively. Sat and Sun mornings they do cardio tennis or stroke workshops. Lots of fun doing drills, playing out points and meeting new people! And like i mentioned before, it's always nice to be able to play tennis during the winter months too! Here are the general fees, but don't quote me on it: Court fees: $6/hr during the summer. It's definitely more when the bubble is up (there are only four courts). I think it's something like $20/hr in the bubble Private Lessons: $60/hr and they have promotions sometimes where you buy 6 lessons for $300 Group workouts: $15 or $75 for 6 workouts

The trick to getting court time is to find a coach and coordinate with them. Great facilities that…read moreare AC in summer and heated in winter.

I grew up in the Wasatch neighborhood. We were members of The Tennis Club for several years, we…read moreoutgrew that, and when my kids didn't use the programming anymore, and more importantly, when my parents started to decline, and I was spending more and more time at their house, I decided to try the workouts at Wasatch. I have loved the pros and the workouts at Wasatch and have attended them now for 8 yrs! Unfortunately, the past few months, I have been blown away by the actions of the front desk manager, it's a simple job he should be gracious and respectful to the community and the players that support the facility The front desk manager should not call a player at home and tell them that they're not good enough to come to the workout (that they've been coming to for over 10 years, that they have already paid for ) that other players are more competitive, the insults just came one after another, why? because he was trying to make room for another player's friend who was in town. (This didn't happen to me, but I saw it) this is so wrong. Nobody should be treated like this. I had surgery in January, my doctor gave me clearance to start playing again. I've been doing PT since January and I've been playing since April. This guy shouldn't be telling me that I need more time to recover (his excuse why I'm still on the waitlist for 11 weeks for the workout that I've been going to for eight years) he knows I attend it with my friends and teammates, and he knows it's my favorite. He's doing it on purpose. I get calls from my friends when the workout aren't full wondering why I didn't come. The front desk manager, who is not a certified pro should not criticize players, yell at players through the fence, they should not step on the court and tell them to go to the lower court embarrassing them because of his mistake The front desk manager shouldn't scream at people and accuse them of being disloyal because they take lessons at other facilities You would think we were all juniors training to be professionals in Florida. For heaven sakes we're all in our 50s. Just trying to keep Tennis in our life getting a workout for an hour and a half, this person is abusive and it's unacceptable the way he treats people The front desk manager should allow everyone the opportunity to buy a punchcard that attends the workout The front desk manager shouldn't be recruiting players when there are people on the waitlist who have called in each week Usta has a rating system that changes with every match and tournament. It doesn't need to be controlled by anyone else. I know how hard it is to keep a tennis facility running, in hopes to just break even. The programming and the courts should be available to tennis players, and if there are players that are being discriminated against, it should be addressed ASAP, this should not be allowed. The actions of the front desk are 100% intentional, and they're malicious, and it's not in the best interest of the very people that are supporting the facility There are dozens of players that have left because of this one person (his actions could possibly be corrected ) and my question is, why has this not changed?
