I asked an employee to check, and she brought my order out right away but unfortunately it was cold. So it seems like it had been sitting there again, and no one came out to the takeout area. It's a bummer because the food itself is really good, but the takeout system definitely needs some work. Whether it's calling out names more clearly or having someone dedicated to takeout orders, something needs to be tightened up. So the food is worth it, and I do want to support them.
