Our fav date night spot from the service to the ambiance, it hits all the marks. The food is to die for. Filet mignon with peppercorn sauce is my go to. I would avoid it on the weekend during snow season!! But even then, they do a pretty good job not making you wait too long-

This was my first time going to the Wobbly Barn and not my last!! My friends recommended the duck and I am very pleased with my decision to get it! We waited about 10 minutes for a table and once we ordered our food it came out in a reasonably timely manor. The interior is a perfect compliment to a ski trip. Lighting and decor is fashioned in a 'rustic ski lodge' feel. I WILL be coming back and as much as I want to get the duck again... I can't wait to try the other dishes as well!

Best filet mignon. Presentation could be better but flavor was there. The chocolate cake was also very good. My server was also really cool.

I stopped by Wobbly Barn after a full day of skiing at the Killington Ski Resort. One of the staff members there gave me a coupon to get a free appetizer so my group decided to check out this place.Turns out that Killington also owns Wobbly Barn so it makes sense that they would promote it at the ski resort. Overall, the environment of the place was great. There's an upstairs with a stage for performances and a bar. Downstairs is where the restaurant is with another bar. Service was very nice and everyone was friendly. Keep in mind that this place is a steakhouse, so all of the dishes have steakhouse prices. The 3 dollar signs is accurate. tuna tartare - tasted good. My recommendation would be to let up on the avocado a bit, I feel like it took away from the tuna. Maybe they were trying to mask mediocre tuna? I still enjoyed the appetizer though. braised short rib - VERY tender, delicious, would highly recommend. Unlimited Salad Bar (~16? I forgot, I'm guessing) - which comes with 2 high quality soups: I think they had a chili with filet mignon. The salad bar is pretty expansive so it wouldn't be considered a poor choice.

    Sirloin steak!

The place is great. I just find that the prices are $3-$5 more than they should be. They seem like NYC prices and we ain't in NYC. I think the salad bar should come included with a $35+ steak. So outside of some pricing stuff, the food is awesome! My sirloin steak was cooked perfectly! Medium rare goodness. The seasoned butter on top was decadent and lush. Mmmm. The salad bar is great and has tons of options. Highly recommend the wasabi cucumber dressing. Loved it! The chicken Normandy I had a bite of and it was juicy and well seasoned. Definitely would get that the next time in Killington :) Overall, very good. Just be mindful this isn't the cheap place to come and eat in killington.

If you're looking for fun nightlife in downtown Killington, then Wobbly Barn should definitely be on the agenda. By name it's a steakhouse, but you'll only find a sit-down dining room on the lowest level. The other two levels are a massive bar / nightclub area, with a stage for live music and plenty of space to get yo' drank and dance on. Although the bar boasts an open and airy space, on a Friday night during NYE weekend it was slammed. There was still plenty of space in the stage area for some dancing, but it took 20 minutes every time we grabbed a drink. Not Wobbly's fault that they were super packed for a holiday, but they definitely could have had more then two bartenders behind the main bar. Slow bar service aside, we had a killer time here and I'm happy that we came. Cover will run you 10 bucks which seems very typical in the area, especially considering that they've got a live band. The band was entertaining and watching them sing covers of 90s pop bands plus free coat check and shuttle services definitely made up for the charge! Special shouts to Bobby who was one of the nicest bar bouncers that I've met in a while. Although Wobbly Barn's free shuttle didn't go to our ski house, he called a bunch of other shuttles for us to make sure that we could find a ride home. If it wasn't for him, I'd possibly still be stuck at Wobbly which wouldn't be very good. Come here for a fun night out on the ski town when you want to drink and dance shamelessly to a cover band!

To the point where the hanger steak I ordered developed that glazed like look. We returned last night with some family from out of town hoping to show them a good place to eat. We arrived at 6pm We were seated as a party of 7 by 620 due to a canceled reservation. The problems started with our drinks. We ordered three sprite. All three came back without a LICK of syrup in them. No big deal that happens right. So after waiting about 25 minutes after getting our drinks we are finally blessed with presence from wait staff, who took BOTH OUR ENTREE AND APP ORDERS. The apps were great although we waited WAY TOO LONG. When the waiter arrived he stated the "kitchen was backed up". We were sat at 620 and was not severed our entrees until 813! The wait makes since as it was evident the host was not seating sections right. And wait staff were putting in 5 tickets at a time. But the wait can only be justified if the food is good and the service is on point. My brother who I was treating while home from out of state ordered the bone in ribeye which retails at $56. Not only did we wait forever for our food, when it arrived it was not prepared. He ordered a MEDIUM COOK. THE WAITER CONFIRMED "SO WARM PINK CENTER". This steak was brought out seared only. You could see the white fat striation on the meat still and the center WAS BARLEY WARM TO TOUCH. As it's such an expensive cut and amazing steak we asked it be sent back and PREPARED PROPERLY. At this point the waiter states "I'll have him throw it back on the grill for a few minutes." I told him it would need far longer to go from RAW to medium. About 4 minutes later he brings this steak out. It's been microwaved, something obvious by the shrinkage of the steak and the greying of the sear. Then had to gull to PUSH THE BONE UP TO THE STEAK TO HIDE THE STILL RAW MEAT. We got it back and it was still RAW. Through all of this the waiter was doing nothing to accommodate us. WE had to tell him to take it off the bill and all he did was offer us a shitty "wagyu" burger. My brother took him on the offer because at this point we're 2hrs in and he's starving. The burger was sent out UNDERCOOKED. HE ORDERED WELL AND GOT MEDIUM. The lettuce was BROWN and they BURNT THE BUN. I can't help but think this was done solely out of retaliation for sending back the chefs TERRIBLE WORK. I've attached photos. And if you need any assistance in training your front of house/management team or any help educating on time management and customer service as it relates to the systematic flow of the business please reach out to me. On March 21, we had a reservation, but when we arrived, no one addressed us for about 20 minutes. When we finally spoke to the "hostess", she mentioned that we were assigned a table "out back," which sounded unappealing (though it turned out to be fine). She then informed us that it was really busy and "it could be a while". I said back to her "well, that's a bad start", she said "I know". The whole restaurant had a strong fishy smell, which shouldn't happen with fresh seafood. No one came over to greet us until we decided to go to the bar to find a server. It was the same server who was attending to the table next to us, and she only acknowledged us after we spoke up. She didn't take our drink orders or offer us water. After we finally ordered drinks, we waited 20 minutes only to discover our drinks sitting at the bar--our martinis had already become warm. As for the food, the Rib Eye steak was perfect, but the Shrimp and Scallop Scampi was terrible, and the other pasta dishes with lobster were just okay. Overall, it was a disappointing experience with mediocre food and inattentive staff. I will not be returning to this restaurant again.

The wraparound porch is just so nice to sit outside and eat in warm weather. They really utilize the space well, as it's covered in colder months so you can still sit there. I was here for brunch on Mother's Day with reservations and was seated promptly. Due to the holiday, parking was not possible in their lot as it can only take a few cars. No matter, as we were able to park nearby. Their brunch menu had plenty to choose from. You were given these small carrot cake muffins to start, then a choice of starter and main along with dessert, wow! You also had a few cocktails to choose from and you could also swap out for a mocktail too. It was extremely busy but the staff was attentive and handled our orders with ease. Their attention to detail was so nice. For starters we had a strawberry salad, French onion soup, tuna tartare, coconut shrimp. For mains, the burger, salmon Benedict, chicken and waffles and a Polynesian style breakfast bowl with coconut shrimp, sticky rice, pineapple and greens. Lastly on a full tummy we had coffee with chocolate mousse, strawberry shortcake and peanut butter cheesecake. Spending the morning here for brunch was the perfect way to kick off the day. Brunch was enjoyed by all. On a side note, I've also had dinner here and you can expect the same wonderful experience. I'll be back again!
