Quite possibly the worst cable provider I have ever dealt with…read more Broadstripe's customer service is absolutely awful. As far as their cable service goes, it is even worse. When you sign up for a basic HD package, they don't give you a cable box with hdmi capable output, just one with composite output. Therefor you are not getting true HD quality. This is extremely misleading. Not to mention there is HORRIBLE channel lag when changing channels. They use old, outdated motorola boxes. Now for the worst part. Their internet service. Broadstripes internet service is horrendous. They claim 15 mbps down, and do not claim any up speed. I have yet to actually get a good 15 mbps down connection, When I do any kind of speed test I peak at 10 during off peak hours, and maybe 1-3 mbps down during peak hours. I cannot get a stable connection, am getting constant hangs and failure to load for pages, among other things. If you have a choice, steer as far away from Broadstripe as possible.

About a month ago my internet stopped working and stayed that way for a week straight. I called daily and was given the run around that it is a "server issue and will be fixed soon" but they could never tell me exactly when. I eventually talked to a technician who told me Gigstreem is actively trying to lose NetBlazr customers who were grandfathered into a lower price. That and they just don't care enough to pay for technicians to fix issues so anything that goes wrong takes weeks to fix. After a week of back and forth and no internet I cancelled my service and signed up with another company. The outage started at the start of July and I had paid for a full month of internet so I demanded a refund as the internet didn't work at all after I paid. I was told I would receive one but it never came. I called a dozen times over three weeks and was told "the finance team is working on it". Eventually I gave up and had to file a charge back with my credit card company. This internet provider is completely broken and doesn't care about you in any way. I hate to say it but even comcast is better and I really hate them. Stay far far away from this company.
