    My express today was absolutely horrible at this store. The representative assisting me was clearly…read moreoverwhelmed, helping multiple customers at once, and as a result, I was unable to ask any questions. The representative was clearly very distracted and handed me the new phone then took it back. Because of him doing so much at once made error that lead to my phone being shipped to me unnecessarily -- a mistake that could have been avoided with better focus and communication. To make matters worse, I was then misinformed about needing to call in to cancel lines, which I later learned was not accurate. This experience has caused unnecessary inconvenience and delay. I expect a prompt resolution to the issue with my device and clarification regarding the misinformation provided about line cancellations. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and ensure better training and accountability for your staff. Oh it gets even better he sent me the WRONG DAMN PHONE! As expected you say oh let us make it right yet don't even call!!! Got the WEONG PHONE TODAY!

I can understand if the channel was discontinued, but it wasn't. I really don't think this is right. I will remain with Verizon; because, in my opinion, Verizon is so much better than Astound and Comcast. I just don't understand how they can just remove a channel from my package. Thanks for letting me vent.

    OMG, I have to share!…read more I came into the store to follow up on information I received a few months ago. I was in another store, and an AT&T rep was there speaking to customers. Anyway, I spoke with Sheldon (I'm pretty sure that was his name) about moving my phones from Verizon to AT&T. He confirmed the previous information, and I'm shocked, so I'll share. First off, the store was very welcoming and well lit. I asked Sheldon for a quote to move two phone lines from V to AT&T. He asked me qualifying questions (phone unlocked? age? what types of phones do I have?). Very helpful. If you're of a certain age, you may benefit from moving over as well. My bill will be reduced more than 50%!!!! I'll go from paying $200/mo to $70! Whoa! Of course, *prices are subject to change, but wow! Sheldon also asked if I had Verizon wireless for home internet, which I do. And I'm glad he mentioned that as I wasn't even thinking about that part. Adding home internet brought my bill up to $90. Still a savings of more than 50%. CRAZINESS! Thanks AT&T, I've been looking for ways to save money after retiring.

My call to AT&T customer…read moreservice didn't yield any results, possibly due to different levels of knowledge about my phone between the CS rep and myself. I decided to go into an AT&T store, where there would be no communication barriers. I had a short wait when I arrived, but was eventually approached by a manager there, I believe his name is Paris. Long story short, he was super helpful and my problem was resolved between him and a CS rep he called. He assessed the issue to be inconsistencies between my phone plan (which supported 4G) and my phone (iPhone 12, supports 5G). Apparently this issue rarely occurs. To help fix the problem, he suggested I update my plan AND he was able to add HBO Max to my plan with only a $5 increase! Next thing I knew, my visual VM was back (I'd not had a VM since 2019! =O) and I was on my way. The whole process took a while, but Paris was determined to help me out and I truly appreciate all his efforts! So glad to be an AT&T customer at times like these!

    I had a terrible experience here when I brought my phone in to get a new battery. They worked on…read moreit for over two hours, then informed me that the battery they'd put in was "dead on arrival," so my phone no longer worked. They could not put the old one back in. They had no other batteries. They reached out to the Columbia Best Buy which had the correct battery, but couldn't get to mine that day because "they had other phones to work on." They then incorrectly informed me that the Annapolis Apple Store had the correct battery, which they did not. They couldn't even process my refund correctly and charged me for making my phone completely non-functional! I spoke to both the Geek Squad and store managers who did nothing to help me and acted as if they bore no responsibility for putting a dead battery in my phone. They kept saying they offered me multiple options to get my phone fixed, but when I asked which option would result in my phone getting fixed that day, they can no idea. This was even after I informed them I needed my phone for work. This on top of generally slow service, awkward interactions, and huge lines at the Geek Squad area. I did not feel cared for as a customer and will not be going back.

    My repeated experiences at this location deserve attention…read more I dropped off my MacBook on September 13, 2025, for repair. Two weeks later, the store told me it "wouldn't turn on." I had made it clear that I needed to delete my data before any work began, but they dismissed my concern entirely. When I visited the store, Jarrett refused to let me see my own computer. After nearly 20 minutes of unnecessary back-and-forth, a supervisor finally allowed me to check it--and to everyone's surprise, I powered it on instantly. That proved no one had even attempted a real diagnosis or repair. The "won't turn on" label was simply a way to close the ticket without doing the work. When I returned on November 6, 2025, after receiving a replacement device, Jarrett's behavior was even worse. He was rude, dismissive, and disrespectful, even after I called Asurion right there in the store and confirmed my active coverage. He refused to perform basic check-in steps, accused me of trying to get free service, and then walked away mid-conversation to help another customer. It was blatant disregard and poor customer treatment. The only reason my visit didn't end in complete frustration was because Jake--who witnessed the interaction--stepped in, answered my questions in a few minutes, and allowed me to leave with clarity. Jarrett's attitude and lack of professionalism have no place in customer service. This isn't an isolated issue; it reflects a pattern of poor management, inadequate training, and failure to uphold even basic service standards. I would never recommend anyone visit this location. If management doubts this account, the store cameras will clearly show how Jarrett treated me as a paying customer. He should be removed from customer-facing duties immediately, as his actions damage both the uBreakiFix and Asurion brands.
