There was an issue with my activation and 3 hours for corporate to fix the issue and Youself showed his incredible multi-tasking skills helping each customer at the same time. My express today was absolutely horrible at this store. The representative assisting me was clearly overwhelmed, helping multiple customers at once, and as a result, I was unable to ask any questions. The representative was clearly very distracted and handed me the new phone then took it back. Because of him doing so much at once made error that lead to my phone being shipped to me unnecessarily -- a mistake that could have been avoided with better focus and communication. To make matters worse, I was then misinformed about needing to call in to cancel lines, which I later learned was not accurate. This experience has caused unnecessary inconvenience and delay. I expect a prompt resolution to the issue with my device and clarification regarding the misinformation provided about line cancellations. I've had Verizon for a ton of years and have had good service - Landline, Cable and Internet. Recently, Verizon removed CH632 (NG Wild HD) from my package with no notification and moved 632 to another package. I can understand if the channel was discontinued, but it wasn't. I really don't think this is right. I will remain with Verizon; because, in my opinion, Verizon is so much better than Astound and Comcast. I just don't understand how they can just remove a channel from my package. Thanks for letting me vent. read more

Crappy service. Went in today to upgrade a phone. Tried to use device dollars that we had saved up. Employee was adamant that they could not be used for new phones, despite it specifically stating that on the Verizon Up app. He wasn't interested in being helpful or accurate. Thankfully Verizons 1-800 customer service is a thousand times better and we got it sorted out with the credits applied to the account. This is the second time I've used this store for an upgrade and both times service was subpar. From now on, we'll take our business elsewhere. read more

Customer service was very bad. Asked simple questions that they were able to answer at other stores, but this store was hopelessly lost. Came in an hour before closing on a Sunday. No customers except me. All employees were watching the football games on tv instead of greeting me or interacting with me. Seem very annoyed I was coming into the store and needed help. I have to give you 1 Star because I cannot give zero stars. I tried to purchase a new iPhone 12 and the Sales persons at the Verizon kiosk in Costco was horrible. The guy and other personnel completely ignored me. When he did speak to me and paid some attention he kept looking his computer and dismissed my concern and did not answer my question. If your sales person did does not want his job their million of American the need employment during COVID-19. Horrible customer service from the moment we walked in the door. We were greeted by someone calling across the room "you have to sign in." No hello, no welcome to Verizon. We explained that we were just returning a router, and were told "you have to sign in. 20 minutes later, we were seen for our 1-minute return. I've always been told such great things about Verizon, so I was very disappointed with the service. I worked here for a little while and it is great corporate store. I have nothing wrong with the people inside the building. They can be a bit lazy at times, but they get the job done. The management is decent, the customer service when I was there great but it has gone down hill since I have been gone. But you get what you pay for here. Worst service I've ever had. Guy kept walking away while waiting on us to gossip with other employees. Employees were openly talking about customers in the store. Guy lost all of my stuff on my phone. Pictures, contacts, EVERYTHING. Then blamed it on me. Luckily, I'm smarter than he is and was able to get everything back. He put a case on my phone incorrectly and now I can't get it off and there's hair and debris under the screen protector. It's disgusting. Also can't use the bottom row of my keyboard correctly because of the debris. Don't go here, everyone is the store while I was there was mad, and rightfully so, we were all being treated like second class citizens and not people shelling out hundreds of dollars for a gadget. Absolutely Deplorable Customer service! I am so disappointed in Verizons' Callous lack of care for their customers. I had an employee of Verizon lie to me in store stating that a Kid Ellipses which was $50 did not have a contract, that I could cancel the $10 a month payment at any time. Which I did after I realized how useless it was. Fast forward four months and I receive a letter from Verizon saying that the service for the device would be reinstated and I would be PRO RATED for the months that I DID NOT USE THE DEVICE! NOTE: The employee recommended this product to me. I did not go there with the intention of buying this tablet. When I called about the issue I was told I signed a 2 year contract for this tablet which I had no knowledge of. When I signed the customer agreement for my new Iphone the employee briefly told me about the customer agreement for only my iphone. NEVER ONCE mentioning the two year contract for this tablet. Considering I had my screaming toddler with me I feel I was taken advantage of as she quickly swiped through everything and told me to sign on the line. When I asked for a manager the phone representative lied to me as well! She claimed she was the highest ranking person available at that time after trying to get her to help me and her continually stating there was nothing she could do. When I asked for her real manager I was placed on hold for over 20 minutes until a woman claiming to be the customer representative manager answered. I am sure another lie. This lady tried to tell me the Ellipses was actually $170 and I got it for a reduced price which was why I had a two year contract. If this was the case I would have never purchased this item. I had my receipt in front of me that had the Retail price of the item of $49.99 and the price I paid $49.99. She then tells me to cancel I have to pay $249!! She claimed she was looking at the same receipt and the Retail price was $170. So she had a completely different receipt than what I was given which is also available on the verizon website as well as my Customer agreement that has no mention of her convoluted $249 cancellation fee which is $70 more than she claims the device is even worth.This is also no where on the customer agreement that I signed due to the negligence of the in-store employee. This woman tells me that there is no way she can cancel this contract despite the fact that I was taken advantage of. I explained to her that I have an Iphone 6 which I bought that day and I gladly pay the $100 a month for my phone because I knowingly signed a contract for it. I just bought an IPAD PRO12.9, also gladly paying the additional $50 to my account because I signed a contract for it. The Ellipses is only $10 a month, which isn't that much, but I am LIVID at the fact that I was lied to and taken advantage of. I bought this item outright, there were no monthly payments and therefore should not have a 2 year contract which should be negligible anyway since I was lied to by an employee of Verizon. Verizon should do the right thing and rectify this situation. I will eat the $50 I paid for this useless tablet, but the contract should be dropped. Otherwise I will gladly go return my IPAD pro which still has 25 days for a return and I will go to Sprint which will pay the cancellation fees. read more

I should have read all reviews prior to opening a Verizon account. I went to the store hoping the representative would honestly assist me with my questions. All I wanted was those old flip phones and the most economical plan, no internet data, just unlimited text and talk, and that is how I explained it to the representative. To make the story short, I ended up with and apple watch which I had to return and pay for the restocking fee, and either way I had to wait for my flip phone to arrive. I paid almost $100 dollars for the first bill, with all the so called activation fees and more. When the phone arrived I was not able to activate it because the other service, the apple watch service, was still active. So frustrated I called the 1-800 customer service, the representative was very nice and help me as much as he could, but still I had to pay for my regular line and the watch add on, which I did not have any more. Verizon was a very good phone company years ago, pricey, but had good customer service. Now, it has devolved!!! It is a disgrace! Their agents do not want to hear the customer's concerns once you are an existing customer, they just want to make a sale and the customer has to go through hoops and loops to correct their mistake. Very disappointed! I switched to their prepaid service now and only have what I wanted in the first place, unlimited text and talk, no data; however, I am still getting bills for the post-paid service I had before and have to spend hours over the phone waiting for an available representative to take my call. read more

I wound up paying a $75 restocking fee for something I had gotten for "free" in just a couple of hours. Then everyone there tried to talk me out of making the return. Poor customer service. My family and I walked in the store without any acknowledgment for 15 mins. There were 4 to 5 staff members on the floor helping people. No staff members stopped to say hi or that someone will be with you shortly. Two of the staff members made eye contact with us but never said anything to us. It was like we were not even there. I first walked into the store and stood around for a while waiting to purchase an iphone 6. I knew that there was a wait for them because they were on back order but i felt more comfortable going in the store rather then online. I waited for 25 min with my husband and son until I finally asked someone when I would be helped. I was then told by a Jamie, that I had not signed in, he said you must have walked past me and not got signed in. So he signed me in but in formed me that i NOW have 2 people in front of me, I wanted to leave but my husband said we could wait. Then when 15 minutes went by i asked how much longer he said I had been skipped for someone that came in after me, but since they were purchasing a case they got moved to the front per the manager. Whom out loud said "oh she can wait or do it online". I was so upset but a lady by the name of "rodriny" (according to my receipt)came over to me (out of que) and apologized for what she overheard and helped me out. Went in last week to buy an IPhone 6. There were more than 11 sales reps but I was told I needed to wait. they discussed who would help me, I even heard one guy decline as he was talking. I sat there for 10 minutes before approaching a group of them and asked what I was waiting on since they were all just standing there and they all had little IPads in their hands. My question was greeting with a very nasty "What is YOUR name sir?' I said, I am the only customer here, its the only one on your board there. she said, I will find someone to help you.
