When we first came in we were greeted by Chris, which was helping another customer at the time. We waitesd patiently and he let us know that he'd be right with us. Eric quoted me a very fair price and had me return the next week when the part was delivered. After opening my laptop he realized the battery was badly puffed up and may have damaged other components. He called me for permission to continue because he was concerned he might not be able to repair the laptop once he started the process. I really appreciated him keeping in touch and getting my okay to proceed. He only gave the operation a 50:50 chance of success, but it was do-or-die so I told him to go for it...and he succeeded! Everything had worked ok, it was just that it kept turning off from overheating. After waiting, I got a call that the ps5 isn't sending a signal through the hdmi port. Something about the hdmi not receiving enough power from the mother board, from what I remember. They offered to swap the hdmi to see if that works, to which I said ok. But it didn't. They handed it back saying that it's unrepairable. It turned from cleaning out a ps5 to being unrepairable. At least they had good customer service, and they said they refunded since it wasn't repairable. Which at least that is good. I didn't want my friend to have to spend money on buying a completely new console so I tried a different place. I took it to a place called console repair store. I should've taken it there before considering the name. I knew about it, but forgot about it. They not only did a cleanout, but had said the hdmi wasn't even soldered on correctly, along with it being crooked. Unlike UbreakIfix they aren't a corporation that's constantly changing technitions. It's just one very good technition from what I saw.
