Normally I am not rash, and churlish enough to toss my phone on a carpeted floor expecting it to land safely. No it bounced and hit the frame of a antique sewing machine, so perfectly that it cracked the screen...okay confession over. So this process took a week and 3 trips. I am willing to accept that some of the overall length of time is "supply chain" [they didn't have my screen model in stock]. However my only knock is the said they would call and never did. I called a few days into the wait. Young man said it was there, so I made the trip (not that far, but still not without hassle). When I arrived he looked around (I would argue that should have been done when I called) and was told to come over. All good we all make lazy mistakes sometimes. Young man was otherwise professional and polite. Anyway the work was done correctly, phone looks like new and $100 lesson in being an impulsive dolt was worth it. Lesson learned, get more sleep during the week, get some exercise, manage stress better so you don't have to go through this first world problem, a dumb problem to create for yourself.

When I returned on November 6, 2025, after receiving a replacement device, Jarrett's behavior was even worse. He was rude, dismissive, and disrespectful, even after I called Asurion right there in the store and confirmed my active coverage. He refused to perform basic check-in steps, accused me of trying to get free service, and then walked away mid-conversation to help another customer. It was blatant disregard and poor customer treatment. The only reason my visit didn't end in complete frustration was because Jake--who witnessed the interaction--stepped in, answered my questions in a few minutes, and allowed me to leave with clarity. Jarrett's attitude and lack of professionalism have no place in customer service.
