The young lady was so disinterested that her coworker sitting next to her had to keep interjecting so I wouldn't leave. She acted like I was a major inconvenience as she was trying to watch the football game. I almost walked out, but was in desperate need of a new phone. After quite a long, wait, the young man next to her, walked in the back to bring me out a phone. She finally got up as he was getting ready to go in the back again to find me a screen protector. Then I came in 12/7/25 to turn my old phone in. Didn't think it could get any worse than last week boy was I wrong. Not only did the guy act like I was bothering his nap, he messed up my phone by pushing all sorts of buttons that I couldn't see, then had the gall to tell me he couldn't do anything I needed to call Apple. Absolutely worst customer service I have ever had.

I had to go so I told him I would be back the next day but came Sunday instead. He was off but told me to see one of the managers who was already expecting me. However, he was in the back when I arrived & someone arrived. I understand he may have been busy taking care of another issue but he could communicate that with the other manager or let someone else assist me in getting the transfer paperwork going. I waited 10 min then I quietly departed. Jay who was off did contact me to return because the manager would make himself available but by then I I felt it was inconsiderate to think it would be ok to make me wait so I decided to take my business elsewhere.

    Wanted to upgrade my phone and get wireless internet in my apartment. The phone upgrade went…read moreseamless, however I will never purchase wireless internet again, or at least from Verizon if I can helpfor these reasons: 1) Got the wireless router: Verizon internet gateway 2) After trying to set it up, it malfunctioned. There was a blinking red Wi-Fi symbol. (Chalked up to be a hardware issue by technical support). 3) I was on the phone with technical support for about 2 and a half hours doing everything from having the support representative remote access my phone's camera to talk me through various steps to troubleshoot the issue. After 2 1/2 hours I was just told to return it to the store. 4) When I get to the store the next day I am told that I am not supposed to return it there but I am then told to return it to a UPS store after getting a shipping label online/Verizon App when I cancel. Phone wait times and my patience were drying up -- so I went into the store to ask for help to which I was told that UPS will know what to do with it: no label needed, just that I would need to make sure to disconnect the line. !!) It was omitted from technical support to return it to UPS !!) Associates in store are unclear of current specific return/exchange procedures. !!) Associates were more focused on returning hardware than the main issue: the customer needs WiFi! Nothing was said about setting up a new router/line i.e getting the product/service I am trying to spend money on. Solution: Same but new hardware/different line, different store. Thank you Chris from Gambrills, understood the situation and presented a clear solution. If you think this review is too long: I wrote for as long as I spoke with various associates on the phone to resolve the issue.

They were patient as I had to get myself listed as an authorized user on the account, but once that went through it was quick to get everything done.

    I upgraded from the iPhone 11 (I know...ancient) to the iPhone 15 Pro Max. I walked in around 5:15…read morepm and it was empty...a miracle. I was hopeful I'd be in and out. They gauged it would take about 30-40 mins. I only had 64GB, and it took 2 hours. I noticed that the staff was mostly young. Unfortunately, they don't communicate with customers clearly and tend to mumble a lot so don't expect them to explain the steps they are taking. While they all seem nice and willing to help each other, they seem to get easily distracted and kept interrupting each other when they didn't know how to resolve something or bypass it, which didn't seem to be an efficient way to provide good customer service to the patrons at the desk. The iPads seemed to also give them issues so maybe technology plays a role. They did a poor job of checking in with the new patrons who were still waiting to be serviced. One lady was even complaining about how a staff member previously gave her misinformation about her bill. It took awhile to resolve that. I'm glad I finally got a new iPhone but I think they need more customer service training and I wouldn't go back.

    I recently placed an order for a IPHONE 14 on the online site. The site stated that I needed to…read moreupload my ID and they would send me a link. The link would not work. Because of this, I called the store to ask could I bring my ID up there or tried to. The man, who answered the phone, was beyond rude. It took most of the call to even ask my question, because he was rude, abrupt and argumentative, he cut me off every single time I tried to ask my question, telling me something I wasn't asking. When I asked him for his name, he refused to give it to me. As a customer who needs customer service support, for something I pay 500 per month for, being rude is out of the question. I am currently on hold with ATT to cancel my order. I wouldn't want to purchase a doggie bag outta that store.

They have recently redesigned their layout by removing the sales counter and just setting a few tables around. It is very modern and makes sense given that all transactions are done on tablets. There is a lot about phones and contracts and plans that thinking about just makes me break into a cold sweat, but the salespeople made us feel comfortable and explained everything simply and easily. We had come in to get a tablet as a gift for an elderly parent, and he instantly guided us to a good one with good features that was a good deal with a good plan. It's sappy, but this is the kind of experience that makes me glad to do business with AT&T.
