Staff were happy to help and knowledgeable on different phone models to choose from. My dad got his phone stolen, so they were able to get him set up with a new phone and SIM card. I upgraded from the iPhone 11 (I know...ancient) to the iPhone 15 Pro Max. I walked in around 5:15 pm and it was empty...a miracle. I was hopeful I'd be in and out. They gauged it would take about 30-40 mins. I only had 64GB, and it took 2 hours. I noticed that the staff was mostly young. Unfortunately, they don't communicate with customers clearly and tend to mumble a lot so don't expect them to explain the steps they are taking. While they all seem nice and willing to help each other, they seem to get easily distracted and kept interrupting each other when they didn't know how to resolve something or bypass it, which didn't seem to be an efficient way to provide good customer service to the patrons at the desk. The iPads seemed to also give them issues so maybe technology plays a role. They did a poor job of checking in with the new patrons who were still waiting to be serviced. One lady was even complaining about how a staff member previously gave her misinformation about her bill. It took awhile to resolve that. I'm glad I finally got a new iPhone but I think they need more customer service training and I wouldn't go back. read more

I must say I always have a great experience here even if it's a long technical issue the staff makes it a cool time. However they do switch employees very often in this location in laurel but the new faces are always pleasant. I do wish they had seating I understand the store is remodeled small but phones can take hours if you getting a new plan or technical issues. It's always clean and it's plenty of parking. read more

The only reason this is 4 instead of 5 stars is because of some technical delays the staff experienced that made getting what we needed a little longer than normal but other than that it was great! Because of the delay the gentleman helping us even threw in our phone cases as a "thank you for being patient" type deal. The busy store at opening was accommodated by 2 gentleman who were so mindful about everyone's time and triaging which customers they could help quickly and which customers needed more care. The employee named Ajiboye helped get us set up with everything we needed and answered all questions thoroughly. Thankful for a great staff! read more

I had an amazing experience at this T-Mobile location. Alexis assisted my sister and I in purchasing our iPhone 8s and other Apple products! She's so cool and very helpful! We ended up having a great time up in T-Mobile. We laughed and talked as if we were friends, rather than customers! They offered us bottles of water, while we waited for our new phones to be set up. They were misleading, and not were honest, they told me my account will be activated once I received my cell phone. Never received the cell, due to the order was cancelled, and the account was activated, without my knowledge. Keep in mind I have not use the service jet, and when I go back to the store that are telling me they can't give the same offer I had because it had been more than 30 Days. When I told the I would like to cancel my account they said that I have to call costumer service. Luckily the costumer service were nice enough to help me.
