My favorite gluten free bakery in Nashville and a favorite place to grab a muffin or cookie for myself and others. The women who run The Wild Muffin always make the experience a treat. I love this business and hope they continue to see traffic coming into their precious little spot.

I've seen these treats at various coffee shops around the Metro Nashville area, and often ignored them. On the way to work, however, I happened to see this quant building holding the operations of The Wild Muffin. I was incredibly tired and short, but the owner treated me incredibly well. I settled for a fresh berry muffin and a trail mix one (for later). This muffin was divine. Gluten free. I didn't ask about specific ingredients, but the berries were so rich, and the bread tastes like the most perfect and soft cornbread. I will say that my trail mix muffin stuck to the paper a little bit, but it was a day old, and this is to be expected. It came from the discounted muffin shelf, so this makes sense. I hope to have the pleasure to come here again! I'm glad they focus on muffins and nothing else. Some drinks in there you can pick up, simple hot coffee you pair with your muffin. So much love for this place though. If you already pick these up from coffee stores, make the journey to their store at least once.

Today I feel like my search has finally ended for the greatest vegan GF cupcake. I arrived here and I'm so glad I did. The store is quaint and cute. She had a busy day and was sold out of much of her goods. However, I did buy two blueberry muffins and 5 cupcakes. Sitting in the parking lot waiting to go in and see my naturopath and yes I ate one of the cupcakes and it was delightful! The cake itself moist and chocolatey while the frosting so creamy and light with a hint of orange. These were not only beautiful but delicious. The woman was also very kind and helpful!

Let me start by saying: Thank you, thank you, thank you Wild Muffin for existing in this city. Ever since my go-to Vegan bakery had to close shop, I've been lost. I look forward to a birthday cupcake/slice of cake like no other, and I was starting to think it was hopeless as I was having no luck with some of the other vegan bakeries in town. After much searching, my sweet mother thought to call The Wild Muffin, and I think I can safely say that the vegan, gluten free carrot cake that we DEVOURED on my 25th birthday was in the top 3 that I've ever had in my life. Not to mention their muffins which I've been enjoying ever since I moved to Nashville. Absolutely delicious. All of it. Thank you for the lovely cake, and for being my new go to bakery. Keep doing what you're doing!!

Woman answering the phone was rather rude so I went to a real bakery instead. Give me all the gluten and peanuts you got.

Does this place have any dairy free, peanut/tree-nut options?

They definitely have dairy free options. As far as peanut/tree-nut, I'm not sure. However, they do cater to food allergies upon request either way.

I think the best move is to order to go and dine at one of the many tables in L&L market. I dined "in" and while the portion was slightly larger than to go, the wait did dim the experience a bit. The flavors in both of the dishes were great! Both having the options of spice levels from 1-5. We had dinner around 6pm and didn't have to wait too long on a Saturday evening. The Thai Ice Tea was on the sweeter side, but still held the "thai ice tea flavoring" we were hoping for. (I'd say if it was a little less sweet, the flavor would stand out more.) We had no reservations but note that the seating is very limited. Additionally, you'd have to validate your parking by scanning a QR code they have (first 3 hours free). Our server was also very friendly! She made sure to check in on us on top of handling the rest of the tables herself as we dined. For the price it was worth it. We felt like it held up to our standards and will be coming back again! Definitely would recommend.

For food, we ordered the Southern Staple sandwich, which was amazing. The biscuits are definitely the highlight -- fresh, soft, and super satisfying. We also tried the Country Grammar dish, and it was good, especially with the sausage gravy. The only downside was that I wish the food had been served a bit hotter. Overall, great coffee, delicious food, and a lively atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit!

The pies are huge, and the buttery flavor in the cheese makes them absolutely incredible. I'll definitely be back, and this place will probably become a regular spot for my son and me.

The staff here are super friendly, and gave us great recommendations once we were seated. The restaurant is semi-full service. My friend's phone was dead, so we also had to pass my phone back and forth to order. There are a couple of servers taking care of all of the tables once the orders are ready, so it feels like the restaurant is trying to get away with paying less people. I ordered the nonna paula, added pancetta to it, and made it spicy. The sauce was absolutely incredible. It was smooth, nutty, and creamy, and the house-made pasta was cooked perfectly. I wish their version of making it spicy didn't also make it more oily; it also didn't really add any kick to it. I'd definitely order to-go, but I'm not sure if I'd dine-in here again.
