Delicious milk teas! Boba is chewy, soft and consistent in quality. Service is quick and usually not too busy inside where there is some comfy seating and a bright atmosphere. Bonus that it's conveniently located next to the Asian grocery store.

Had a good experience at The Whale Tea; great location in the G Mart plaza and near the UPS Store if you need a quick beverage! I ordered the Lychee Fruit Tea, its my favorite but they had a great menu to choose from. Service was friendly and efficient. Will be back!

The staff was polite, and the drinks were amazing! The peach tea was perfect and it had real flavoring. The boba pearls tasted really good as well.

Tried a super tasty boba drink at The Whale Tea today, Creme Brulee Oreo Milk Tea with oat milk, tapioca boba, and 50% sweet. I absolutely loved it! The cookies and cream flavor was on point with crushed Oreos. The top of the drink was caramelized with a blow torch that added a yummy crunch. This is great dessert drink for all ages. I stop in at The Whale Tea from time to time when I am in the area. Today they were busy and had to wait a little for the staff to make the drinks. You can either order your drinks on the touch screens setup or if you are paying with cash at the counter. I personally like using the touch screens since I can scroll through all the drink options and add-ons. If it is your first time visiting or new to milk tea and boba drinks, it maybe confusing to some. Overall, The Whale Tea has some tasty boba drinks that keeps me returning and hope to try some of their other locations soon.

My kids love it. There is a wide range of selections. My youngest got the Oreo bubble tea and she thinks it's yummy. Mommy doesn't like it as much, but that's OK. My oldest daughter got the rose tea with 70% sugar and believes it is perfect. Mom got the grape tea and it tastes like fake grape. It's definitely real grape. I believe we'll be coming back often!

Cute spot, I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Place was super clean and had seating inside. Ordered off the kiosk which prompted me for a tip, for placing my own order. The drink was relatively expensive than other boba places but seemed like their ingredients were a little upscale. Granted the mango puree. Everything is customizable but usually with an up charge - including tapioca

Despite being slightly hidden, this is a gem in this plaza! Once you get past the odd entrance, you walk into a homey feeling atmosphere. I thought the Digital ordering screens sort of threw off the vibe, but the bubble tea was tasty- though maybe a little heavy on the boba. I also loved the cups they used! They felt slightly heavy duty and durable which came in handy on my walk home to my apartment!

Whale Tea has been my favorite boba chain since my undergrad at UConn. The Milford location is in a great spot right next to a dim sum restaurant and Chinese supermarket. I appreciate that the service is always quick and the drinks are consistent each time. This time, I got one of my usuals -- an oreo milk tea, 30% sugar, with jelly boba. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love boba tea's and these did not disappoint! Packed with flavor but still light and refreshing. We typically just get the milk swirl as we aren't a huge fan of the "tea" flavor in the milk. But that's personal preference. Next time I'd like to try the Oreo one! The place was clean and the staff were kind. I also love all the whale themed stuff inside.

The staff still doesn't speak at all, especially with the kiosk too it is completely silent in there. The drinks are expensive but it's really different and I'm always pleased with what I order. The cups are so cute too!

I stop in every time I'm nearby (which is often as I go to G Mart a lot), and their boba tea is the best I've ever had. You walk in and to the left are two ordering screens (G Mart also has a banner in their entryway with a QR code to order from Whale Tea). It's very easy to place your order on screen, customizing your drink as you like. Then you wait just a few minutes and your drink is ready. It's always delicious, and their boba is so incredibly fresh and chewy. My favorite is the Brown Sugar Boba Tea but I've also enjoyed the Crème Brûlée Boba Tea and their Lychee slush. They have a good variety of options including hot and cold teas, slushes, milk teas, and add ins such as jelly, chia, tapioca, and popping boba! They're not only efficient and professional, but also nice. The space is clean and there are cute whale decorations. There are a few spots to sit inside, but I take mine to go and usually finish it before I get half way home. Highly recommend!

Unassuming location in a strip mall, The Whale Tea is a great addition to the neighborhood. Great ordering system with an easy to follow digital screen where you can receive text alerts when your drink is ready and a receipt. I ordered the Hot Brown Sugar Ginger Boba Tea, which was a delight but perhaps a bit too gingery. When picked up your completed drink, you will often receive a notification prior to your drink being done which makes it confusing. Each time I visited, the drinks are handcrafted so expect it to take at least 10 minutes for your drink to be made on average.

I'm not new to the Whale Tea brand in CT but had to get some here since I was in the area. I always get my go to order which is the blue coconut milk drink. I love coconut milk and it tastes way better than the ones you get from the stores. The jelly that is paired with it is a good mix. Despite it being blue, it's mostly a coconut milk flavor. Love it!

I…read morerecently stopped in and ordered their signature bowl, The Triforce, and it was hands-down the best poke bowl I've ever had. The Triforce is loaded with tuna, salmon, and shrimp, paired with fresh pineapple and crisp cucumber, then topped with kani salad, seaweed salad, green onion, and roasted seaweed. Everything is brought together (sitting on top of your choice of rice, I chose sushi rice) with their poke special sauce and sweet chili sauce, which adds just the right balance of savory and sweet without overpowering the seafood. What really stood out was the freshness of every ingredient in the bowl. The fish tasted incredibly clean and high quality, the pineapple added a bright pop of sweetness, and the seaweed and kani salad gave the bowl a great mix of texture. Every bite felt perfectly balanced, and you could tell that nothing had been sitting around -- it all tasted freshly prepared. Beyond the food, the experience was great as well. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, making the whole visit feel relaxed and enjoyable from the moment I walked in. It's always nice when a place combines excellent food with genuinely good service. Overall, Natural Kitchen completely exceeded expectations. Between the incredibly fresh ingredients, the well-thought-out flavors in the Triforce bowl, and the friendly staff, this place has quickly become a must-visit for poke lovers in the Milford area. If you're looking for a fresh, flavorful meal, this spot absolutely delivers.
