Overall, their poke bowls are super good for the value. However, I do wish that the temperature contrast for the fish was a bit more from the rice. They do not ever skimp on sauce either. Go for one of their signature bowls for the best value. The overall flavor was good for the bowl that I got. The boba tea is nice but I also wish the texture of the boba was a bit better. Service was friendly and the store was clean. read more

Natural Kitchen - S10 The Rain of Fire and Thai Iced Tea Boba - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Milford, Connecticut

If you're a fan of poke bowls, Natural Kitchen is a spot that absolutely deserves a visit. I recently stopped in and ordered their signature bowl, The Triforce, and it was hands-down the best poke bowl I've ever had. The Triforce is loaded with tuna, salmon, and shrimp, paired with fresh pineapple and crisp cucumber, then topped with kani salad, seaweed salad, green onion, and roasted seaweed. Everything is brought together (sitting on top of your choice of rice, I chose sushi rice) with their poke special sauce and sweet chili sauce, which adds just the right balance of savory and sweet without overpowering the seafood. What really stood out was the freshness of every ingredient in the bowl. The fish tasted incredibly clean and high quality, the pineapple added a bright pop of sweetness, and the seaweed and kani salad gave the bowl a great mix of texture. Every bite felt perfectly balanced, and you could tell that nothing had been sitting around -- it all tasted freshly prepared. Beyond the food, the experience was great as well. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, making the whole visit feel relaxed and enjoyable from the moment I walked in. It's always nice when a place combines excellent food with genuinely good service. Overall, Natural Kitchen completely exceeded expectations. Between the incredibly fresh ingredients, the well-thought-out flavors in the Triforce bowl, and the friendly staff, this place has quickly become a must-visit for poke lovers in the Milford area. If you're looking for a fresh, flavorful meal, this spot absolutely delivers. read more

By FAR the best Poke bowls I've ever had. "The Triforce" was perfect with everything I wanted in a bowl. I've also co stricter my own and have also had several others off their menu. Typically I order from Uber Eats where they seem to always have a "two for one" special, which covers both myself and my partner, and nudges us to try different items. Their bubble tea (which completes the perfect lunch) is also delicious.... Taro is my "go to" and it covers a beverage and dessert. Everything is always freshly made. There is street parking, but on a nice day, parking somewhere and taking the walk is beautiful, as it sits in the center of Milford. read more

My husband wanted to check Natural Kitchen after googling ice cream places near by (we were in Milford). Natural Kitchen popped up in the results and we were drawn to the bubble waffle cones. They are located in the downtown Milford area, across from city hall. There was street parking on both sides of the street. We were able to get a spot easily since it wasn't too busy. We were greeted right away when we walked through the door by staff and an overwhelming list of choices. To our surprise, Natural Kitchen has poke bowls and burritos. They looked really good and majority of the customers were ordering them, but we were focused on the ice cream. We chose ice cream bubble waffle cones that had a choice of flavor ice cream, choice of up to 3 toppings (add more for additional cost), and choice of syrup. I got coconut ice cream with pineapple, mango, rainbow sprinkles, and condensed milk drizzle. My husband got cookies and cream with chocolate poky--he likes things simple. Natural Kitchen also has boba milk tea, fruity green tea, smoothies, milkshakes and non-alcoholic sparkling mojitos. I got a Lychee Green Tea to drink. Our desserts took long to be made and put together since the bubble waffles were freshly made. The bubble waffle cones were more like bubble waffle bowls. This was my first time trying a bubble waffle and it was different and delicious. I could break off each bubble to snack, golden brown, airy and crispy. My favor combination was a great choice because it takes very tropical. The condensed milk was a great touch on both the ice cream and waffle. My husband enjoyed his ice cream and bubble waffle. He used to eat bubble waffles as a kid. I washed everything down with my Lychee Green Tea that was very refreshing. It was very fruity and not overly sweet. It was a gorgeous day in Milford, we enjoyed our treat at the tables outside. Natural Kitchen was an awesome find as well will probably be back to try the poke bowls or burrito. They had a lot of vegetarian and vegan options too. read more

This place has become a bi-weekly staple for hubby and I. The bowls are so good and they are generous with the portion sizes which is rare nowadays. We always get the same thing and it's consistently good: Vegan of the sea (tofu, black bean, chickpeas, etc) with added vegetarian chicken, the triforce (tuna, salmon and shrimp) and the crème brûlée milk tea. Also most of their bubble milk teas are also dairy free (except for the Thai ice tea.) When I order for pickup it is always ready by the time I get there and packaged nicely! They seal the bubble milk tea in a way so it's spill proof! read more

Enjoyable meal with plenty of options! It was very fresh and we enjoyed all the options. My wife chose the salad bowl and I had the brown rice bowl. I wish they had a couple more options for proteins, but nonetheless we will return. Decent size portions and price was fair for 2024. read more

I was pleasantly surprised to see a Hong Kong waffle cone place in Milford! The waffle was actually pretty good - similar to what I got in HK though perhaps a little less fluffy. But still delicious. The bubble tea options were sufficient, and the tapioca had a good consistency. My thai iced tea with boba was pretty good, maybe could have been a little less sweet. But, hey, I ate it all. Cute spot. I'd love to come back! read more

My first visit to this fantastic addition to downtown Milford (and as it turns out I wasn't the only one visiting for the first time but excited about it!). I ordered ahead and wasn't disappointed. I got the Mango Sparkling Mojito because it sounded delicious and unique and it was exactly that! I made my own Poke Bowl and the ingredients were fresh and delicious! Plus, as I was checking out, I was offered a promotion for a free Milk Bubble Tea, so I took advantage. As one who typically prefers flavored bubble teas, I asked why it didn't let me pick a flavor and the girl kindly assured me the regular was just as good. My first sip won me over! Yumm! I can't wait to head back to try their ice cream waffle! I will definitely be supporting this exciting introduction to the community in hopes they stick around as I'm hooked! read more

Natural Kitchen is brand-new and totally nailing what they do! Specializing in poké bowls, ice cream in bubble waffle cones, and boba milk teas, everything is fresh, flavorful, and true to their name. I loved the Chicken Gone Wild bowl, and can't wait to come back and choose another one of their signature bowls, or create my own! The brûlée and strawberry boba milk teas were great too. I also really appreciated Natural Kitchen's style of bubble cones - they're a great size and not overwhelming compared to some others I've had. Plus they use Big Dipper ice cream, which is always a win! Wishing Natural Kitchen all the best, and can't wait to visit again. read more

Even though we only had smoothies, I have to give them 5 stars. Nice seeing more and more healthy eating establishments pop up everywhere. We had a Apple / green and Strawberry smoothie. They were both fresh, delicious and very large....for only $6.75 each. I was full for the rest of the day. The woman making them was extremely attentive, friendly, and really did a great job making these smoothies. All the ingredients for their products are in full view. Everything looked very fresh. They had a decent crowd of customers in line and eating in and outside. Most looked to be ordering their Poke bowls. They were very large and the pricing was very fair. The place was also bright and super clean. Natural kitchen is in downtown Milford and convenient to walk to. This is my definite go to when visiting Milford again read more

The food was good. Very expensive. 20 bucks for a soda and salad. Natural Kitchen is exactly what Milford needed! They serve up fresh poke bowls, sushi burritos, bubble tea & ice cream waffles. I opted for the create your own poke bowl. I combined rice, double spicy tuna, corn, jalapeños, black beans, red and green onion, avocado, cilantro and pineapple with sriracha aioli topped with crispy onions. It was absolutely delicious! The best way to describe these bowls are the Chipotle of the poke game. You get to go down the line and choose their fresh ingredients in your bowl so you get to control what goes in it. They also have signature bowls if you don't know what goes together so rest assured. Definitely check this place out if you're downtown and want a quick and easy meal! read more

Got two poke bowls take out with a miso soup. Miso soup is good and worth it. It has seaweed and tofu bits in it. Poke bowls were good but there wasn't anything spectacular about them. Avocado was an affordable price of $.75. I liked all the dry toppings they offer. If there was one critique I'd give it's the rice. I got sushi rice in both the bowls and the rice was (1) a bit mushy / overcooked and (2) still hot. Usually I'm not the biggest fan of putting raw fish over a bed of hot rice. read more

I went during the soft opening. The online ordering is very convenient- lots of options -vegan, gluten free too. The space is very clean and modern. There are two tables indoors and the rest is a take out set up. It would be nice to see some tables outside when the weather gets warmer. I picked up four poke bowls and the staff was very friendly. The poke bowls had a generous amount of toppings. These could be one meal if you are super hungry or two if you want to eat a bit lighter. We also tried the bubble tea, which was really nice.
