Delicious, light and so many toppings! The staff is always super friendly and helpful! My favorite place to grab a nice refreshing dessert. I'm so glad to still see a froyo place still around! It is also the highlight of my 93 year old grandmother's day to visit and grab a treat. read more

Frosty Twist - Medium Yogurt - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Milford, Connecticut

Great spot in Milford. There is plenty of sitting room to enjoy your treats indoor or outdoors. The staff is helpful and nice. I tried the strawberry banana Nutella crepes and they were delicious. Everything was fresh and made to order. You can top your crepes with ice cream if you'd like which of course I did. They also have these amazing fruit bowls which you can add protein powder to and top them with peanut butter or Nutella. If you have a sweet tooth Frosty Twist is the place for you. read more

I reckon this is more about the toppings than the yogurt; caramel sea salt and peanut butter were fine but not blockbusters. On that note, the strawberry poppers were a must-have. I stopped in mainly for an iced coffee, and six hours after my visit I'm still awake enough to applaud the caffeine level. As is often the case, I hope to return when I'm not racing to catch a train. read more

so i was here about 20 minutes ago with my mom and i have a few problems. let me start with the girl at the register was amazing. she had blue bows in her hair (highly recommend giving her a promotion). anyways, she seemed to be working with another girl who's shorter then her and has dark hair, now you see, that girl was doing nothing important. she was sitting there on her phone, twirling her hair, etc. this poor girl at the register seemed so stressed. the two people working don't seem like a good match read more

The place is small and doesn't look that great when you step inside but the food was delicious and prices are good. We ordered a lavender bubble tea, cookies & cream milkshake, BLT and an egg & cheese on an everything bagel. They put a very good amount of bacon in the sandwich and it was crispy well cooked. read more

First time coming here and I really enjoyed the strawberry nutella crepe. I ordered it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream which really hit the spot. It was delicious!! I also got a freshly squeezed cup of lemonade which was a decent amount and It came in a souvenir cup. It was truly fresh and still with half a lemon inside. I enjoyed this place very much and would reccomend it read more

Great service, wide variety of froyo flavors, and most importantly, plays Dave Matthews Band Live Trax on the radio.

There fro yo never ceases to make me happy. It's definitely a hands off experience, though unless you are ordering bubble tea or coffee.

The crepes and frozen yogurts are delicious and the price is not that bad, the things I did not like are the fact that they do not reinforce mask use so there's always people not wearing masks and the employees don't say anything, the guy making the food is always using his mask under the nose so might as well not be using anything.... Even though I liked the items I tried we made the determination to not go back as it is not a safe place read more

There frozen yogurt is good and the place is good and nice and staff is friendly and they have good toppings

The staff was very friendly. I loved the many, many toppings they had available. The amaretto cherry ice cream and coffee ice cream were very good. I wish they let people who order ice-cream put on their own toppings like how they let those who order Frozen yogurt put on theirs. My friends got the cotton candy frozen yogurt which they did not enjoy, however I did not taste it so I can't give much input. We went back a second time and they got the cotton candy Italian ice which they loved! Overall, good dessert place with many toppings and decent pricing. read more

Did an online order for curbside pickup. No designated spot in front of store. Had to circle for a spot. Waited 10 min and nobody came out to deliver our order. Went inside, so unorganized. Looks like it is run by teens. read more

The quality of the ice cream and the types and variety of toppings are great. They also have great smoothies and bubble tea in many varieties. Service is often slow but everyone is very nice so don't plan to be in a huge rush when you are getting something. read more

My favorite place ever. The workers are honestly the sweetest they can make your day with just a little conversation with you. the ice cream prices aren't bad for an ice cream shop because I've def seen worse expensive ones but honestly their ice cream taste really good and you don't even get tired of it. They have so many to their menu and it's delicious. The place is great and it's always clean, I've never had a problem here. I come here almost all the time! I really do love frosty twist! read more

The bubble tea portions are really generous. I got a brown sugar with regular tapioca pearls and it was pretty good. I love their hot honey chicken sandwiches the most though, they're delicious read more

Place has a nice view of the green. Couch inside to lounge and eat icecream. The food is definitely over priced for some mediocre ice cream and bubble tea. nice place to take out some friends but not a place to always dine at. Also the manager was stingy with the samples lol, lookin' like a 5th year college bro with his neon pink collared Hollister shirt. The other casual works have way friendlier demeanor. read more

Frosty Twist - Frosty Twist, good place to lounge & eat. View of the Green. Bubble tea small - 3.99 Frozen yogurt (so small) 3.57 Double scoop ice c. 3.50 - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Milford, Connecticut

My friend and I went to Milford Oyster Festival. After lunch, we decided to stop by here to have cold dessert. We had hazelnut yogurt. Mine with fresh sliced strawberries as topping. They're so out of world. A cool part is seeing your white spoon turn into blue upon hitting frozen yogurt! My friend's yellow turned into green. That's cool. read more

I ordered through grub hub and the order came wrong and melted. Didn't add the toppings I wanted either. Would never order again

Stopped in with the grandkids for nutella crepes. They picked drinks from the beverage cooler. When rang up, these drinks rang for $5.99 and $6.99!!! They are a Gatorade type drink, called "Prime". These are sold in other places between $1.75 and $2.00. Sad part is there are no prices posted anywhere, so you have no idea until you go and pay. Totally ridiculous! read more

i got a uber eats delivery and i ordered a simple froyo with strawberry burtsing bubbles they forgot my fucking bursting bubbles DI NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL read more

LOVE LOVE LOVE this cute little place near the Milford train stop. They make smoothies using fresh fruit at such a reasonable price and have a great selection of sandwiches and crepes! I also really appreciate that they don't try to be all bougie or hipster (ew)--they just make great food that's simple and no frills. I got a Belgian waffle with strawberry and banana topped with ice cream and it was DELICIOUS read more

Always clean and courteous service and good food outside their frozen yogurt as well! Highly recommend always a nice treat here.

Must be under new ownership/management since our last visit. Very family friendly environment with courteous staff. Establishment is always neat and clean. Nice variety of toppings and flavors for frozen yogurt, hard ice cream and Italian ice. We've never tried their food, but I'm tempted to order a crepe with Nutella on our next visit. They have a nice location on the Milford green...great for sitting outside and people watching. Knocked off a star for being a little pricey! Charged $6.50 for a small milkshake, didn't realize they would tack on extra charges for "malt" and whip cream...yikes! read more

Frosty Twist - A little expensive... - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Milford, Connecticut

Yogurt was great, creamy like ice cream but the place was FILTHY! Floors had trash on them, looked like they hadn't been washed in years, the add ins counter had spilled sprinkles, graham crackers, gummies everywhere... The back counter was the same ..dirty and unorganized. I was shocked bc any ice cream shops I've been in are SUPER clean..the county needs to know about this. A couple of good things were, you have to wear a mask and wear their food handlers plastic gloves while there. read more

Friendly service. They always remember how I like my coffee and greet with a smile. Nice small buis. Downtown in Milford surviving where a Dunkin Donuts did not. Support small local buis. They are the back bone of our community. read more

Today they were not busy, and had 3-4 people working. It was my first time in. I asked whether they had certain flavors, they seemed very aggravated and put out by the question. I ended up ordering a large hard serve ice cream. The woman who took my order said something to the man who appeared to be from India (i am black I only say this to show I was actually there) then she asks another girl who seems new to get my order. She picks up a medium cup and puts the ice cream in, comes around the counter and squirts hot fudge on it twice hitting not the trough around the ice cream but the edges so it's dripping down all around, she twirls around and hands me the dripping mess. I go over to the garbage to use napkins to wipe the edges down, the napkin and garbage area are so disgusting, I think in no way can this be hygienic or safe... let alone in a time of Covid. No one wore masks or gloves, nor did anything appear to be wiped, all vibes and toppings were open to the air- I walked out, threw the order out to be safe. read more

This self-serve frozen yogurt place is the outright worst one I've ever been to. The frozen yogurt was runny and watery and there was a total of about five flavors in the place, none all that appealing. There was a slim selection of toppings to chose from, and there was no hot fudge. What kind of frozen yogurt place doesn't have hot fudge? Also bought a lemonade with my yogurt and I swear they just filled a cup with sewer water and served it to me. Disgusting. It may look worth it from the outside to go in and check out, but trust me, its not. You're MUCH better off making the drive out to Sixteen Handles, or getting Nuvita in the mall. Total waste of money and calories. read more

The new employee working there was absolutely horrible. I asked to use apple pay as my cards chip wasn't working and the employee didn't even understand how to work it! Unprofessional and extremely unfriendly. Made no attempt to fix and make the situation positive. Ridiculous! read more

This place looks like a convenience store with couches? Cooked eggs on the same machine that my crepe was cooked in so naturally I tasted eggs on my crepe from the previous customer. Ice cream is yummy Nice employees Please stop cooking like this tho read more

It's a nice addition to center of Milford (directly across from the green to be exact). Friendly employees too! But really, all these self-serve froyo places begin to look the same after a while. Same pink and pastel colored walls. Same brightly lit interiors with Ikea looking furniture. 0.49 cents an ounce. They all seem to follow the same exact pages taken from the International Playbook for FroYo Joints. 5th Edition by the way. Not the 4th Edition. That edition is so yesterday. read more

My favorite froyo place! The froyo is delicious (love the dark chocolate), there are really fun and yummy toppings (cappuccino crunch), and the staff is always friendly! Plus it's always clean. I would highly recommend Frosty Twist. I would also like to say that they do have hot fudge. It's at the end of the counter by the registers. read more
