We celebrated Father's Day with a delicious brunch here for a very reasonable price. The staff was so friendly and attentive and the breakfast buffet offered so many options. They're located at the marina and the views are beautiful. It was a great way to begin our day. Definitely returning to try their restaurant.

While visiting family, we went to this very nice waterfront restaurant that seems to be a classic building but in excellent condition and has great views of the river. The wood tables are spaced far enough apart to hold conversations but also keep your conversations private. Our waitress was fast, friendly and had the prettiest blue eyes. She was helpful in selecting our meals too, which was welcomed because the menu is quite eclectic and had tons of options as well.

Came here from a recommendation from my aunt and uncles neighbor and it did not disappoint. Great 'on the water', with music and the menu had a ton of awesome choices - although that does make it difficult to choose - but it's awesome when u have options that are different than your used to and have a hard time deciding. I opted for the crabby pita. Wow crab! My other half had a very porky- porky pig flatbread! lol. My aunt and uncle had a cheesesteak and loaded nachos For appies- helloooo coconut shrimp with a fantastic (I have to find the recipe) raspberry horseradish sauce, and pretzel bites. It was hot sitting in the sun, but we had a very friendly waitress and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Thanks waterfront. Formerly from NJ (me) but now a Californian- took my boyfriend to Nj to check it out - and this was a nice surprise addition for our tastebuds out here. Thank you!

I came with my kids on a weekend night to get out of the house and hear some live music. We were sat quickly by a very friendly hostess. Our server was great and on point! Kids enjoyed their food and my cheesesteak was delicious. Had enough to take home to my husband!

Came on a Sunday morning for brunch. The service was excellent with recommendations and pointing out examples with explanations of everything. This is a sprawling property with multiple areas and bars. All tastefully decorated. Perfect place for a meeting, date or taking your grandma out. The food was middle of the road. It presented well and had some originality with some dishes but some repeats you can get from other local restaurants at a smaller price point. I'd go again pending the rotating specials

My family and I had a very positive experience at The Waterfront - we sat upstairs for the river view and were not disappointed, The staff was young, energetic and attentive, the food was first class. The first plus for me was the elevator, sometimes it's the little things that make me appreciate a restaurant. The menu is diverse, there's a happy hour and plenty of dishes available if you're really hungry or just want drinks and a snack. Our table ordered nachos, coconut shrimp and a round of their lobster bisque. I ordered a Ruben sandwich along with a Cape May draft and ended up taking half home, it was really delicious. I'm looking forward to nuking the other half tomorrow for lunch. The grounds are pretty, there's plenty of parking and it's sits right on the Forked River. What's not to love.

Had this to go and had the penne vodka it was pretty good. The flavors were nice. Was fresh sauce was good on it that they have to try it more of what they offer here. Good views on the water too.

While visiting friends we stopped by for Sunday brunch. Drinks we had the Mimosa tower this comes with various juices & mixes 2-3 bottles later we were nice loll. Main dish I had the Pigs in a blankie, the name caught my attention since it just sounded funny the dish was actually very good, pancake rolled with some eggs, sausage very tasty. Hubby had a Breakfast burrito comes w home fries , good size , good burrito. Also good was the Omelette w home fries. Nice place overlooking the water, service was good & prices were reasonable we enjoyed our meal.

We wanted to try out their brunch before the summer season got underway. I had last been there when it was called Latitudes, and that was about 10 years ago. Turns out, the Waterfront is still a nicer place with water views. It has more of a seashore feel without having to go to Florida or over the bridge to LBI. Many years earlier it had been part of Southwinds Marina, and the building still retains the feel of a charming marina clubhouse. Their brunch has many different options. However, I would call it a fancier breakfast with big portions. The crowd in this region prefers luncheonette/diner breakfasts, so a delicate balance needed to be struck between breakfast and brunch. Slightly more alcoholic brunch drinks are available. My Bloody Mary was prepared very well and was my favorite item of the experience. The prices for both the drinks and brunch meals were actually fair, which is rare these days. The service was efficient, and I can tell everyone is well trained. However, I do have to say that I encountered some nuanced resistance from three different employees at various stages of the experience. I got the vibe that they just wanted to seat us and turn the tables quickly, but that might not end up being the case for you.

If you are looking for very high quality food from a restaurant that does not skimp on details, you will not be disappointed. Everything was SO delicious and so much attention and care was put into everything. Everything, and I made everything, is made in-house. The bread and crackers were excellent. The prime beef tartar was tasty, but the flavors were slightly strong on some pieces. We nearly ordered two of the Blue Fin Tuna Tartar because it was so incredibly fresh (the fish was purchased at the market that morning). The Moroccon Cigar with filo and lamb was fried to perfection. The filet mignon was PERFECTLY cooked (drool). But my absolute favorite was the plum and apple galette- oh my gosh. If you like fruity desserts, this was to die for. I would go back just for this. But the details are what made dinner a truly special experience. The menu covers are made from a high quality leather. The steak knives are engraved. Everyone was seated in different areas of the restaurant for added privacy. As I mentioned, EVERYTHING is homemade. When we left, we received two homemade cookies. Aside from the server making a couple of comments that made me feel like I was a woman living in 1945, service was exceptional and the diversity of the staff was wonderful! We ordered one drink, two appetizers, two entrees and a dessert and spent around $200 with tip. Overall, a fantastic experience. I will be back soon.

The waitress handled herself with such grace and kindness after the man continued to give her a hard time. He certainly wasn't a veteran and sadly the couple we were with has a son serving in the military. Unfortunately, this man took advantage of this opportunity and I was upset to see that someone would lie about serving our country. I did compliment the waitress for handling that table with dignity after being treated so poorly. She did say they honored a 10% off discount for him and it wasn't warranted because he lied. Tonight specifically, I went to dinner with my girlfriend for an early Valentine's Day dinner, and had yet another pleasant experience! I ordered a ribeye steak, it was cooked perfectly, which is something that rarely happens at restaurants. It was also very good, one of the best steaks I've ever had, which is especially impressive for a non-steakhouse! I was overall very impressed tonight that it prompted me to leave a review. Not that I haven't been impressed the other times. Our waiter, Chris, was also exceptional. Very speedy and proficient in the serving process. Very accommodating and constantly asking to help. Went above and beyond to ensure us a good experience. The atmosphere every-time I go is great, I always love the southern-like feel with the country music playing, and the clover leaf to highlight Irish heritage! Would recommend this place to anyone, they always deliver a great experience. Look forward to returning as I always do. They have never disappointed! Of course, nobody is perfect besides Jesus. My only critique is how long it took for us to be seated when we first arrived. This, of course, is a good sign for the restaurant, as they're busy!
