We placed our drink and food orders within about 15 minutes of being seated. After our meals were brought out, our waitress never returned to check on us--not once. She walked past our table multiple times, checking on other guests and asking if they needed anything, but never once acknowledged us. We waited for about an hour and a half before she finally came over and we could ask for a box and to speak with a manager. When she came back with the box we had to again ask for a manager since she walked away as we were still speaking to her the first time. We had planned on ordering dessert to-go, but unfortunately, that option isn't available through the table's mini kiosk. We would have asked another server, but several of them were seated nearby, seemingly on break and eating together, so there was no one else available to assist us. When we finally spoke with the manager, he was very apologetic and acknowledged that the restaurant wasn't busy, so there was really no reason for the lack of service. We were given a $10 gift card as an apology, but wrote the expiration date as the day we were there, which felt a little disheartening and rude as there was nothing done at all.
