You would never know as you drive down the highway that this location offers an amazing meal experience and just a comfortable place to sit down and enjoy a drink or even a bowl of soup. It's a MIRACLE!!! You walk over the bridge that covers the wet parking lot and into an energized pub filled with smiling faces and lots of chatter. I'm not a big drinker but these cocktails look amazingly good. The menu is eclectic but I highly recommend the Manhattan clam chowder which is thick and yummy and clearly something they take pride in. You can drive down the highway just a mile or two and pay another $10 or $15 more for seafood. that is not as good as you'll find at the miracle pub. You get a full plate of food and none of us were able to finish all of the food that was served for dinner. The atmosphere is almost a travel back in time. there were old car models and other eclectic items to glance at while you were eating. When you sit down you get some popcorn but I will admit the popcorn was rather salty. service was good and the experience is one that will be repeated! read more

Our last 2 experiences here were not good, but my mom lives in the retirement community nearby so it's convenient and local when we come down to visit her, so we gave it another try. The person at the door is just a terrible person, we could hear her mumbling under her breath to another employee about us "old people". Even the folks behind us waiting heard her and they were appalled (we later were told by our server that she was the manager!). Our waitress was a very nice girl but unfortunately she was not a great server. Took forever to get drinks and refills, and two of the meals served were for a different table, so 4 people ate while 2 waited for their meals to be prepared. Food was mediocre again, wings were dried out, almost like they were reheated. 3 of the 12 drunken clams didn't open. The cheesesteak flatbread was soggy, something definitely was spilled on it and they served it anyway, we mentioned it to the waitress and she agreed that it didn't look normal, and she did remove it from the check in fairness. There were 4 younger men sitting at the bar and they couldn't go 3 words without using foul language, to the point where it was every other word. Now I know this is not the establishments fault, however it was their response to us when I said something that was unbelievable. I mentioned to the hostess/manager discretely away from the 4 young men, if she can ask them to watch the foul language as I had my 92yo mother and my 4 sisters all in their 60's & 70's. She proceeded to go over to them and shockingly broadcast it loud enough for several patrons to hear her and she said it in a joking tone as if we were wrong for asking. She then laughed along with all 4 of them and mumbled something to the effect of "they shouldn't come to a bar then". She's just a terrible person and should not be working in hospitality at all. This place is a zero, we will never return and our mother will be sure to let the other "old people" in Holiday City know they are not wanted here. read more

We visited on Monday afternoon for a late lunch and drinks and it was a very pleasant experience. The outside of the place looks sketchy, but the inside is quite nice. We arrived and were seated right away at a table in the back near their package store. The waitress stopped by and took orders, the Bud Light was ice cold. We went with a few appetizers; Steak Bite Sliders, Loaded Potato Skins, Deviled Eggs, and Buffalo Shrimp. All were well prepared and hot. The Potato Skins were HUGE and the Bite Sliders were amazing. They also provide free popcorn. The service was very good, the waitress was friendly and efficient. Overall an excellent spot for food and drink. read more

Parking lot should be repaired/refinished due to all the potholes! Stopped in after a visit with a granddaughter for a late lunch on a weekday. Was surprised to see that the place was fairly crowded. Unfortunately I can't sit at a high top so we sat at a long table near the package store section. Food is still good at best, but the service now is definitely lacking. Drinks weren't refilled without several requests and our lunches were slow in delivering. Since we both ordered the half sandwich/soup combo, the order was not complicated. If you are looking for good pub food this is the place. Bartenders are a different story, I went there tonight with a friend to celebrate my BD. There were three bartenders. Two were pleasant, one gave us the impression we were a burden. There was no sense of humor or fun, we felt rushed. Something you are certainly are not looking for when celebrating or just to stepping out of the pressures of life for a while. Would I go back, yes for takeout, but not to spend an evening away from it all, for a couple of drinks and good friends. read more

Just got back from the Miracle Pub had a 4pm reservation, we were told that we had to be done by 6:30 for the next reservation. At 6:05 we were still finishing our drinks when the female hostess told us we had to leave because the 6:30 reservation was there. We were taken way by this and when the waitress came to get the check we question her why we had to leave when we still have another 20 min. before the next reservation, she replied because they are here. I responded that is very rude making us get out of our seats to leave. The waitress response was well don't come back. Hope this message gets back to the owner of the Miracle Bar. We have been coming here for several years and never got treated like that, so unprofessional to be treated like that after spending 180 dollars. read more

The mahi-mahi was your standard restaurant portion dressed up and cooked nicely with complementing spices and a very good salsa. Heavy for an appetizer great on the wallet. The deviled eggs were really a showstopper. Simple but packed with flavor. As a special 6 eggs for $6 i feel like that's a good value. The crab melt away lacked a little crunch but the "Surimi crab" being fresh and not overly fishy makes up for it. For a bar great pasta salad deli level. Dress it up with salt and pepper your way couldn't go wrong, ripe crispveggies, sausage and peppers was something you could hang your hat on, more home style with small butterflied link, peppers and onions were good not overcooked or over seasoned, bread was bookmark, I'd actually like to go back and try different sandwiches just cause of how nice the bread was. We have been going here for years. Now I won't be coming back. The manager was extremely rude. She is the one that sat us and we explained we have some back issues and needed to sit at a regular table and not a high top. Did not care at all and just was down right nasty. We left and went somewhere else. We weren't asking for much at all. When that's the first face you see coming in (big puss) and the rude way she talked that's a sign to go elsewhere. My friend and I came to the miracle bar as we always do for lunch and a couple glasses of wine.My friend comes there all the time it's her go to place and I'm sure they know her by name . Her name is Shirley this day we went and she asks for a slice of onion for her hamburger and they have the audacity to charge 85 cents for a slice of onion ! Didn't even tell her there would be an upcharge and for all the money that we spend there especially her this was pretty much an outrage. Looks like a friendly place upon arrival altho when I heard the bartender say " the annoying table in the corner wants to talk to you." To the other bartender I was afraid to put in a food order. Well I did. I ordered Sausage ,Pepperoni and mushroom pizza. I got mushroom, green pepper & onion. Justin was so nice he said "I'm so sorry I heard peppers". Great people, great conversation, great food, great beer and a fun atmosphere! We were in New Jersey for a funeral and this was around the corner from my mother-in-law's house. They have an outside seating area as well as inside, and I understand they take reservations on busy evenings. The bartenders will answer your questions honestly about what's good on the menu, so ask! TVs galore and lots of barstools. Free popcorn too. I had the cheesesteak sandwich and it was huge.
