I came in on a Saturday afternoon and the breakfast menu was available. I ordered a Cali wrap and matcha latte. The Cali wrap came up first. It was warmed well and delicious. The matcha latte was larger than expected and made well. They offer a variety of milk options, definite pro. Good spot to eat, catch up with friends, or study. Great spot!

Planning was frustrating from the start. Nothing was put in writing, and key details kept changing, sometimes with the owners acting like previous conversations never happened. We were originally told there would be a cook on-site to make sandwiches, then later they claimed that was never offered. They raised the rental price from the original quote and later added a $175 cleaning fee that hadn't been discussed--we ended up taking all the garbage with us to avoid that charge. There was also a clear disconnect in communication between the owners. Nick was pleasant and would tell us one thing, but his wife would contradict him and seemed annoyed. Overall, they didn't seem happy to have us there, which added unnecessary stress to what should have been a celebratory experience. They also threw out a bowl my hostess left behind (and inquired about quickly after) and were not apologetic. The shower turned out lovely, but that was in spite of the venue's management. I wouldn't recommend booking private events here unless communication and professionalism improve significantly.
