Customer Service is everything especially in a business dealing with people. This drop off location use to be average. Although, 3/20/25 not so much. I have never been yelled at by employees because they were unable to explain policy has changed with drop off of regular mail and the scanning process. I accidentally left my purse in the CAFE EUROPA RESTAURANT (yum!!!) next door to this UPS STORE. When I discovered it missing, I was already 300 miles South! I called the CAFE EUROPA and thankfully Johan, the Owner/Chef had my purse. Food is terrific there! While I was on the phone with him, he took my purse next door to the UPS Store and I arranged to have it shipped to my home. The wonderful employee at the UPS Store CINDY, boxed and shipped it and I received it ONE DAY LATER! Cindy even called me yesterday to make sure I got it off of my front porch! I was hesitant at first to have the UPS store handle an important print project. It was a memorial poster for a funeral that I made digitally. It needed to be printed, mounted on cardboard and needed some type of easel so it could stand upright. I also needed copies for close relatives. Not only did they do an excellent job, it was far less expensive than I expected. Mounting, trimming a poster to sturdy cardboard and making an easel from scratch is not a run of the mill copy project. I've worked in graphic arts for 30 years and I was very impressed with the entire job. Thank you to the UPS store in Willoughby for exceeding my expectations! read more

I have been a customer of both the Willoughby and mayfield ups store for many years. I've always been friendly with staff, paid all the extras with no complaints, etc. I'm a frequent shopper so I visit often. I just had the worst experience of any retail experience of my life at the Willoughby store. I feel so uncomfortable, and horrified by the way I was treated. I will be reporting this location. some of the staff are truly awful people. read more

I was visiting relatives in Willoughby when I found a beautiful painting I had to have at one of the antique stores. I used this UPS store to have it shipped to Texas and they did a fantastic job! The guy who helped me, Art (Arthur), was great. You could tell he knew his stuff and helped me get the best price. It's crazy how expensive shipping is... I also paid for their boxing service and my painting arrived safely. Super happy and recommend this UPS Store! read more

I normally choose this location over any other due to the fact that everyone is friendly and quick to help from the second I walk in until the moment I leave. Today, however, I noticed that was not the case. Although the woman that worked with me was a joy, I happened to witness another employee, Adam, being less than kind to an elderly woman trying to mail something. It started out with her having the wrong zip code. And she was confused as to why he didn't know why it was wrong. Instead of assuring her he could look it up, he raised his voice and became short with her; repeating his answer of " it's the wrong zip code. It's the wrong zip code." THEN when she was a little slow with paying (she was elderly, after all) he seemed to get irritated and continued being short and rude with her. Almost as if he was bothered by helping her! The poor woman was just trying to send out a package to her grand daughter and seemed to become very flustered by his lack of kindness. Normally, the personnel in this store is outstanding. But it was almost uncomfortable how Adam treated this woman. And you could tell she felt uncomfortable as well. I hope management can deal with this issue because I would hate to see more people treated in that manner when they are older, slower moving, or confused on any matter that staff could easily help with. read more

Art the man (and I use that word loosely) was very rude and when my 75 year old grandmother made a comment to me about something completely different than anything to do with him. He was VERY RUDE and refused to help us after my grandma said she didn't like his attitude. Corporate will be hearing from us. read more

Super friendly! Came in with a million packages I had packaged incorrectly and they were super nice about it and helped me unwrap all my stuff and get it retapped and relabeled. A little pricey but you're paints for the security of mind you don't get with the postal service. read more

It was my first time at this location since moving to the area and I never wish to go back. We were standing in line to social distance and only one person was allowed in the store at a time. However, two couples in front of us were able to go in together, handle their business and then leave. When it was my husband and I's turn, as soon as we walked through the door, we were told one of us had to leave, and that only one person was allowed in at a time. We said okay and that he was just helping me carry the extra packages in because my hands were full. They continued to say in a rude voice, "still, one of you have to leave". So i told my husband to leave the packages and I would take care of it. The lady and the gentleman there continued to be rude to me and I can only fathom it was because my husband and I were black and the previous couples were white. I reported this to UPS headquarters on Friday and have not heard anything back. The lady told me that perhaps I need to go to another location next time to avoid the rudeness. I believe she told me this to help me out, but why should I have to avoid a location and drive further out of my way because my skin is brown? This happened last week Wednesday around 5:00 to 6:00 pm in the Willoughby, Ohio UPS location. read more
