I was very wrong. The worker jumped out of no where and said you have to pay at least half, and I tried explaining to her it fell because it was slanted, but she did not care. I was told it was my fault. She was a terrible employee and she should be fired.

While this store itself is good, the 2 cashiers that I encountered on Tuesday, February 3, 2026…read more@9:15pm are all but. Possibly I disrupted their other priorities as I was at the register to pay for my $50 in groceries and I also needed a pack of cigarettes. During checkout, the cashiers asked me for ID. My license was expired because I didn't renew it yet and they said that they cannot sell me the cigarettes. This may not mean anything, because my license was legitimately expired, but I'm a senior citizen. I went out to my car where my friend was waiting and asked him to run in and buy my cigarettes (he is also a senior citizen) with his valid license. When he went in, the same 2 Karen's cashiers asked him if he was buying the cigarettes for me and they refused to sell them to him. Wow. Where and in what business does any of this make any sense? Prejudice is ugly.

He was so helpful and was able to stop an order and change something, far above and beyond his duties (I know because I've been a customer service Rep before) & I was so grateful that I had to find a place to compliment him! In this day of everyone calling to complain. I try to make it a habit to call and compliment when it calls for it. AND today when I received the package and saw that he'd taken care of it, I had to call his supervisor and give him kudos! He makes me think of Darice first the next time I need something. I also love the built in shipping prices so when you go to check out, you know exactly what you are paying. Would I recommend Darice for your gift and supply needs? Hands down! A FIVE star company. Everyone I have dealt with there has been super friendly and patient. But today when I received my order, I had to take the time to write this review. A FIVE + STAR company!

After 3 hours of searching link after link I did find someone who actually makes these. I was able to convince me to give them there store discount rather than having me order to the stores that they supply to. The lady I spoke with was super friendly. Shipping was a bit high as they like to ensure their packages but came in a timely manner to Canada.
