Good job. Polite, professional, timely. The furniture looks great now. I just got a brand new bamboo floor installed and was eating it about scratches on water spillage. We have been using Stanley Steamer for several years and we have always been very satisfied. One year when we strayed and used a different cleaning company and there was a noticeable difference. That's why is was only one year. Our technician Floyd was very professional and courteous. I had a few questions about other services offered (tile grout cleaning), two managers Joe and Ron were quick to answer all my concerns. I will never recommend this company. They came to clean my ceramic floor grout and carpet. They chipped all my ceramic tile floor. When I called to report what they have done, the same person that cleaned my floor showed up and said that it was there all the while and now that the floor is cleaned it had become noticeable. I was never so offended by that response. I called the manager to speak with him 3 times and they took my complaint but no return called from him. Not to mention the carpet stink after it dried. Stanley Steemer came out and cleaned my tile in my kitchen, front entrance, mud room and bathroom. The tile came out nice but the grout looked awful. Stanley Steemer recommended painting and sealing the grout. The finished product looked amazing. It looks brand new! The staff was courteous, professional and spent time explaining everything to me. I loved the work so much I had them come back out two weeks later to clean my upstairs bedrooms and hallway. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a JOB WELL DONE! read more

We had our basement flood the day after Christmas. We called Stanley Steemer to come out in hopes of drying our carpet. During the process the guys accidentally tore the vinyl flooring in the bar area of our basement. We allowed them to come back 3 times to try to piece the floor back together, but they had no luck. They tried to melt the floor, stretch it, and even painted it to try to get it back to normal. I was promised that they would fix it and if it did not look the way it did then they came in the first day they would replace it. It has come down to needing it replaced and we are getting the run around. No one wants to return our calls and they are trying to tell us they will just refund the money we paid to have the carpet dried!! UNBELIEVABLE! They tore the vinyl, we allowed them into our home 3 separate times to allow them to try to fix their mistake, but now that they couldn't they are trying to tell us that other people wouldn't worry about little things like this! We just moved into our home in October. The home is 8 years old and the basement was fully finished and beautiful. I would ABSOLUTELY not go with this company. read more

In November of 2015, we called Stanley Steemer to clean our carpets. Two techs came out to clean the carpets for an initial price of $115.00. With all of the upselling they did our final bill came to $249.00. As the carpets started to dry, five areas of carpeting rippled. In calling the company, we were told by them to give it a week to dry and the ripples would go away. The ripples did not go away and the companies manager Ron came to our house to take pictures of the areas to show the owner of the company. Ron told us he would get back to us with an answer to what the next course of action would be. It was indicated they probably would have to stretch the carpeting. We are still waiting for the phone call which never happened! We cannot recommend this Stanley Steemer to anyone. By the way, the Scotch Guard (that was an upsell) that was applied doesn't seem to be working. The stains are reappearing. We are very disappointed with our interaction with Stanley Steemer. read more
