He agreed to clean my 10.5 X 22.5 foot area rug for $115 (April 2024) the next day. He was personable, polite, and professional. When he was done, the carpet looked great! He called me back in a few days to check on the job. My carpet is a light beige, Berber, and over 10 years old. My two cats have deposited every kind of cat-mess you can imagine. As such, within a few days there were a few spots that 'flowered' (my word) from the base of the carpet. I was able to use my go-to carpet cleaner, Bissell Pet Oxy Power Shot (excellent stain remover) to touch up the light shadows that popped up. Those secondary spots have not returned. Considering the age of my carpet and all it's been through, considering that I live on the top floor of a high-rise, and considering that it was an area rug-- I feel that I got a good value for my money. Although I only gave a 4 out of 5 star review, it's only because the single treatment did not completely clean my carpet. Perhaps no cleaner could have. I recommend this company and would hire them again!

One cleaner spent 6 hours in our house doing I'm not sure what. Food crumbs left in our cabinets, spiderwebs in our chandeliers, sticky residue left over from previous owners couch. I had to get on my hands and knees to clean the floor. When we asked for a refund, we were only offered 300$ of the close to 1k we spent. I would never use or recommend again, very disappointed something we thought would be a treat to ourselves during a stressful time has turned into such a headache and extra work.

Upon our return,…read morethe house smelled like cleaning product downstairs but otherwise no evidence that someone cleaned. Inside cabinets and oven are filthy. The paper towel photo is from one swipe of the kitchen floor. Paid $40 extra to have the ceiling fans cleaned, they are caked with dust. Windows are filthy. Toilet seat is visibly dirty, shower has mold on the tiles. The company offered up to 2 re-cleans before issuing a full refund. I don't have time to let a cleaner sit in my house for 4.5 hours two more times before move in, so I declined and requested a full refund of the $440 I wasted. They tried to give me a discount on a future clean (why would I use them again) and later gave a 50% refund. A friend who also used them for a move in clean (different cleaning person) had the same result, so can't even say it was just the person we were assigned. Extremely disappointed, and I'm now stuck cleaning the house myself before move in at 6 months pregnant.

Also have 2 dogs and a cat that I had taken outside so not to be in the way either. 3 women showed up, got to work right away. Whomever did the master bathroom did an exceptional job. The rest of the house left a lot to be desired. The fridge shelves were done but not the door shelves. The oven top still had a bunch of stuff all over it that was able to be wiped up with a paper towel by myself. Inside the oven wasn't even touched. And this is after you tell the client that they have to spray oven cleaner for your workers. The second bathroom still had dust over the light fixture. "Remove build up" as listed on the website wasn't removed at all. Toilet wasn't even touched. Windows are double hung so they are very easy to pop open and take care of, but they weren't even touched. Same with the tracks of the windows and the tracks of the sliding doors. The bar in the lower level is still sticky like it wasn't even done. The center area of the floor was good but it was like they just pushed the dust and dirt to the corner. The vents are still dusty. The cabinets weren't done. I asked for a move in special, and was told that I had to add on "inside the fridge," "inside the cabinets," and "inside the oven" when I was called about them having to cancel our Friday appointment and move it to Wednesday. After reviewing the website, it turns out all those thing I was told to add on were actually part of the move in special. It took them 3 hours to not complete the job. We waited to move everything in to our new home just so it would be easier cleaning for them. This whole order cost me $451.
