Just had our first cleaning with Summit Maids. She showed up exactly on time. My house is sparkling! She was quick yet thorough. It feels so refreshing to come home to a clean house. The booking process was a breeze and had great communication with via Yelp messaging while I was shopping around for cleaning services and looking for a quote. Josh Bailey the owner of Summit Maids , after I complained to him about one of his Maids, who cleaned my house and took photographs of the inside of my home, including my office, my own personal photographs, my bedroom, my bed, and even my wardrobe posted them on the Internet on Facebook for their own advertisement to promote their own business-- even after I told Josh Bailey about it after I found out on my own that they were up on the Internet for six days is now harassing me. He has contacted my lawyer repeatedly telling my lawyer to tell me to stop posting my experience of him and of Summit Maids. I am just reporting the truth of exactly what happened and he keeps on telling my lawyer to tell me to stop posting. This is absolute harassment of my lawyer and so I complained to the Attorney General's office. He's telling my lawyer that I'm harassing him by complaining to the Attorney General's office. This guy just absolutely thinks that he is the boss of everyone and the fact that he's harassing my lawyer is absolutely crazy. He does not understand the law so I'm about to file a police report on him for harassment. Stay away from this guy and his company. My lawyer and I have both blocked him out now so beware of this business generally, they take images of your home without your consent or your permission even sensitive photographs that show the interior of your office and your pets post them on the Internet for their own promotional purposes, but when you tell the owner about it, he threatens you and then contacts your own lawyer! My partner and I thought we'd treat ourselves to a deep clean of our first home purchase- I have never been so sad and disappointed. This sponge is just one wipe on my windowsill. One cleaner spent 6 hours in our house doing I'm not sure what. Food crumbs left in our cabinets, spiderwebs in our chandeliers, sticky residue left over from previous owners couch. I had to get on my hands and knees to clean the floor. When we asked for a refund, we were only offered 300$ of the close to 1k we spent. I would never use or recommend again, very disappointed something we thought would be a treat to ourselves during a stressful time has turned into such a headache and extra work. read more

Booked a move in/out clean, cleaner was at my empty house from 10 am - 2:30 pm. Upon our return, the house smelled like cleaning product downstairs but otherwise no evidence that someone cleaned. Inside cabinets and oven are filthy. The paper towel photo is from one swipe of the kitchen floor. Paid $40 extra to have the ceiling fans cleaned, they are caked with dust. Windows are filthy. Toilet seat is visibly dirty, shower has mold on the tiles. The company offered up to 2 re-cleans before issuing a full refund. I don't have time to let a cleaner sit in my house for 4.5 hours two more times before move in, so I declined and requested a full refund of the $440 I wasted. They tried to give me a discount on a future clean (why would I use them again) and later gave a 50% refund. A friend who also used them for a move in clean (different cleaning person) had the same result, so can't even say it was just the person we were assigned. Extremely disappointed, and I'm now stuck cleaning the house myself before move in at 6 months pregnant. read more

They were extremely accommodating and made the process of booking a cleaner quick and easy. Johnny was awesome. I got an estimate for a cleaning for 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, and two living spaces. The estimate was $65. The cleaner came and cleaned and left. Total cleaning time was about 2 hours and 10 minutes. The cleaning was not as great as I had hoped (soap scum remaining in the shower and dirt and grim remaining on all of the kitchen appliances. Living spaces were vacuumed and that is all, surfaces were not even dusted or wiped down. Then I found out later that I was charged $181 plus tax. I never once saw an invoice or signed a receipt for anything more thant he $65 estimate. I understand an estimate is not always accurate, but to be so grossly underestimated and having no warning it would be nearly triple as much, I was pretty upset. They charge $1 per minute apparently, which seems like a pretty easy explanation to have listed on the website. Since they charge per minute they claim the cleaner was at my house for 3 hours and 1 minute. I have proof from my ring doorbell camera that the cleaner arrived and left all within 2 hours and 15 minutes. I just accepted my losses but will not be booking them again and would suggest you clarify costs before using their services! read more
