Purchased a groupon for a 4 hour deep cleaning for the house we just bought. My husband was in and…read moreout of the house during the time the cleaner was there. He said she was nice enough but mentioned that he believes she left a half hour earlier than what we paid for. As for the work itself, it was just ok. If you want a base cleaning then this would have been fine, but I specifically purchased a DEEP cleaning. Me and my mother in law ended up having to go back over everything the cleaner supposedly did. Also, they only send out one cleaner not two. I'm pretty sure the house would have been cleaner if there were two people as a deep cleaning can be a lot of work for just one person hence why she probably left early. Overall I am not likely to purchase this cleaning service again.

Cleans by Frannie P has been a total lifesaver!! I'm in the hospital with a fractured back and…read morecannot clean let alone deep clean and who knows when I'll be able to. I got pictures sent and it was like a whole new home!! Between having 4 kids (two of which are toddlers) and a husband who works construction doing home and commercial renovations, the floors needed a serious deep cleaning. but I just knew I needed a cleaner home. There were so many spots on certain surfaces, that when I got pictures, I could immediately picture in my mind how it looked before, and it just felt a wave of chaos leaving my body. I am a firm believer that a clean, organized home really helps the mind stay that way too! I don't know when the last time I was able to get the floorboards was because I was pregnant up until three months ago and now being in the position I am in- really every spot needed it done. However, I said just to worry about making it presentable yet everything was thought of and deep cleaned and done so meticulously and within the same timeframe I thought just some basic things could get done. My surface level thought was not the case! Frannie made it happen big time- truly ensuring a clean, beautiful environment. I highly highly recommend hiring Cleans by Frannie P because from my experience, sometimes it's just better to delegate certain tasks. Having the ability to do other things, knowing that my home is taken care of, is the best feeling! On time, detailed, so friendly, and everything that you could possibly want in a cleaning service. I did not realize how much we were missing out until Frannie came along! You truly don't need to look further. You have found the company to make your house feel like home again! Sincerely, A mother of 4 messy boys And a wife of another ;)
