Let me start this by describing my house, we have 4 cats 2 dogs and white carpets. We have tried every home remedy possible with little results. He was at our house right on time and did a SUPERB job cleaning our carpet, sofa and wool area rug. He took longer than our previous carpet cleaning company and was incredibly thorough. These guys cleaned the carpets at my work, and they did a really good job! The carpets are ancient! And it's Cleveland, so lots of the weather has been tracked in over the years. I was actually shocked when I saw them the next day, because I didn't think anything would help 20/30 year old high-use carpets.
