Ashley did a great job. She was professional, personable, and worked very hard to meet the requirements. We were impressed with Ashley and we've been impressed with JAC. Great communication and follow up. Highly recommend! read more

Wonderful cleaning service! Were very careful in dusting my KnickKnacks. When finished cleaner asked me to walk through each room with her and check to see if all was cleaned that I had hoped for. And when I found something additional that I wished to have cleaned, she did it immediately. read more

Just had a deep clean in Parma. Both ladies amazing! Attention to detail outstanding! I will definitely rebook!

Unfortunately, my experience with this JAC cleaning company was extremely disappointing and ultimately very costly. The cleaners arrived late and did not come prepared with several basic cleaning supplies needed to complete the deep clean. They did not have paper towels, glass cleaner, Murphy Oil Soap, or the appropriate stove-cleaning products. Because I was already going to the store, I offered to purchase the missing supplies so they could continue working. Throughout the cleaning, there were multiple smoke breaks and a lunch break, and toward the end, the cleaners appeared rushed. They told me they needed to leave for another cleaning job and were concerned that their boss would fire them if they were late. More importantly, while cleaning my stove, one of the cleaners removed the numbers/markings from the controls. She called me afterward and acknowledged what had happened. The damage resulted in me having to replace the stove at a cost of approximately $640. There were also several areas that were not completed as expected for the deep cleaning. The inside of light fixtures, closets, refrigerator, top of the refrigerator, washer, dryer and other areas were left uncleaned. I was also told they would not be able to mop one of the rooms in the basement. Before booking, I specifically discussed cleaning the window sills with Jade and was told they were included in the deep clean. When the cleaners were rushing out ,they told me they would not clean them. The boss told them "no" they've been there long enough. They need to leave. Jade later acknowledged that there had been a misunderstanding regarding what was included. She took full responsibility for it indicating that sometimes her understanding about things are different and she does remember that conversation. she also indicated that she will change her wording so that it's not confusing customers The owner kept insisting that Jade would've never said that to me again to make me be wrong when I was 100% right. Veve. Because the property was scheduled to be rented the following day, I ultimately had to hire another cleaner to return the next day and complete the job. I contacted both Jade and the owner in an effort to resolve the situation privately. Unfortunately, my conversation with the owner was extremely unprofessional. Rather than focusing on resolving the damage and incomplete cleaning, the conversation became confrontational, and I was told that because he did not like the way I was speaking to him, he would not do anything for me. I gave the company an opportunity to address the damaged stove and the incomplete deep clean, but the owner has declined to reimburse me for the stove or provide any refund for the portions of the cleaning that were not completed. He actually said that I have to be nuts to think that he was gonna pay for the stove. I understand that misunderstandings can happen, and I would have preferred to resolve this directly with the company. However, having to purchase cleaning supplies myself, hire another cleaner the following day, and replace a stove damaged during the cleaning made this a very disappointing and expensive experience. I would not use this company. Please read prior reviews on the lowest scale. All the stories are starting to sound very similar. Overall, the cleaners did have a nice personality and Jade was phenomenal to work with at the end of the day. The owner was very difficult and only seen it his way. read more

I went with JAC for a move out clean because the scheduling agent was kind and thorough in her explanation of the service. The cleaning crew themselves also were very kind, communicative, and thorough, however they ended up scrubbing all of the text off of my oven. This made it impossible to know what temp I was setting my oven to. I called the company to see if they could offer any type of compensation for the damage, and ended up getting the run around for about a week, until finally they routed me to insurance claim purgatory after the owner refused to do anything about it. The most unpleasant part of the whole thing was that the cleaning crew (who I tipped generously), lied and said the damage to my oven was there when they got there. As someone who appreciates the hard work these people do, I was pretty frustrated with the lack of accountability and would recommend a different service who treats their customers better. read more

I read reviews with the understanding that they usually contain hyperboles of experiences, people that have great or horrible experiences while most lying somewhere in between. After the experience I recently had with this cleaning company, I cannot in good faith recommend their services and would never pay $400+ for their services again. While the cleaning job was decent and I appreciated communication from one of the operators, Jade, there was a lack of professionalism on behalf of the cleaning crew and we experienced significant dismissal regarding a complaint which lead to our paying additional money to have an area of our floors cleaned after the cleaning crew finished. Simple transparency and good customer service goes a long way. With there being ample cleaning services in the area, I would recommend spending your well earned money with a company that values customers and their experiences. Accordingly, I would not recommend to a friend. read more

The cleaning crew always does a thorough job. Great company to work with. My kitchen always sparkles when they are done.

I paid for a 4 hour deep cleaning. Expectations were discussed at time of booking and also when the girls arrived to my home. While my home seemed to have been cleaned it was not done well. Window sills were still dusty, the kitchen counters and floors were not touched, bathroom sinks were not scrubbed just wiped. There were still marks of dirt on the floors in the bedrooms. I reached out about this and after some time was contacted. The company apologized for my experience, and was able to make the situation right. read more

I recently hired this house cleaning company--a professional residential cleaning service based in Avon Lake, Ohio--to deep clean a high-end single-family home and get it move-in ready for my new tenant this summer. As a landlord living out of state, I needed a reliable Ohio house cleaning company I could trust to handle everything from baseboards to bathrooms, and they exceeded all expectations. Communication was seamless: I sent photos of the property's "before" condition, and their team walked me through a detailed move-in cleaning plan tailored to my luxury rental. On the scheduled day, they arrived promptly with all the right equipment for a thorough deep clean. Within hours, every surface--from the hardwood floors to the granite countertops--sparkled like new. Their tenant-ready cleaning checklist covered every corner, ensuring the home was spotless and welcoming for the next occupant. What impressed me most was their attention to detail. They tackled high-touch areas, sanitized the HVAC vents, and even organized the pantry shelves--all without me having to oversee the work in person. The "after" photos I received look so professional, I almost wish I could move in myself! The value for the quality service this company provides is well worth it. If you're searching for top-rated Avon Lake house cleaning or an expert Ohio house cleaning company to handle move-in or tenant turnover deep cleaning, look no further. Their combination of professionalism, reliability, and meticulous care makes them the go-to local cleaning service for landlords and homeowners alike. Highly recommended! read more

I cannot recommend this company. While the cleaning quality was adequate and we appreciated the consistency over several months of weekly service, their inflexible cancellation policy ultimately ended our relationship. When I needed to pause service, I contacted them on Saturday regarding our Tuesday appointment. After hearing nothing all weekend, I followed up Monday morning. They finally responded, only to inform me I'd be charged a cancellation fee because I hadn't provided "more than one business day" notice. As loyal weekly clients, we expected some consideration, especially given our attempt to communicate well in advance. Instead, they prioritized a rigid policy over customer retention. Their approach made it clear how little our consistent business was valued. This is the language that they have when you enter your credit card information was completely different from the person I spoke to on the phone who insisted you must give more than one business day notice: PUT A CARD ON FILE We only require you to put a card on file to save your booking. It will only be charged once we clock out of the job. If you need to cancel for any reason call us at 440-414-3624 the day before your appointment to cancel or rescedhule. We don't charge any cancellation fees or rescedhuling fees as long as we have a 1 FULL BUSINESS DAY NOTICE M-F 8am - 6pm eastern standard time. Please review our cancellation policy and terms / conditions. read more

I have been using Ashley and Danielle for several months, and are extremely pleased with the throughness of the work they do. They are quick and accurate. I always have the same team and I feel comfortable enough to leave them in my home while I may run errands. They are very cooperative and if I suggest a new product there is no hesitation in using it. There was a time when I felt something was not addresses and a credit was placed on my account and the next visit the cleaners as me to point out the issue and made sure it didn't happen again. read more

Lisa and partner were amazing! They pay attention to detail followed instructions well on people's homes. As a home owner we want things done a certain way right? They were responsive , organized kind empathetic, and went above and beyond. She brought life back to my condo. She knew I had a hard time before meeting her and wanted to help me. It's so difficult when you want a clean home and a cleaner just wants to take money from you annd do nothing, she earned the business and more! Lisa I can't thank you guys enough!!! I hope you guys get more and more clients as you deserve, if I ever need anything , I know who to call. Sincerely, ula j read more

If you're looking for a job don't waste your time here. They don't specify and their communication sucks waited 4 days to say something had to text a lot of times and a lot of people after them saying I basically had it. The reason the experience was so good is mainly because of the 2 cleaners that were sent to clean. Ashley and Candace were amazing. They took their job so seriously and kept at each task until they were satisfied with the cleaning. I would hire them again. When I called last minute to get 3 bathrooms and a kitchen clean in 2 days, JAC house cleaners was very accommodating and worked to get the job scheduled with short notice. read more

The space I hired JAC to clean was quite large, and I was expecting a third team member to assist that didn't show. For logistics, I would give four stars. The two who did arrive were friendly and did a great job cleaning the space in a timely manner. For the job they did, I would give 5. read more

General house cleaning They were awesome! So friendly and efficient! Our home has never been cleaner and it smells amazing! They are such hard workers and did a great job. Can't wait to see them again next month. read more

The team that cleaned my home was efficient and did a good job. They did arrive a little late, but still within reason. There was a mixup on the part of the scheduler, Jade, where she only listed two bathrooms on the work order. I specifically told her I had 2 1/2 bathrooms. But, because there were only two bathrooms listed on the work order the ladies refused to clean all three and made me pick one of my bathrooms to leave dirty. I felt they could have reached out to the office to straighten things out, but they didn't. Richard texted me after my service to see how it was and I returned his text and explained this issue and then heard nothing back. while I was happy with the job that the cleaners did I can't 100% recommend this company based on the customer service. I will probably give them another chance and will update this review if things go better or worse. read more

Thank you for your help they were on time and did excellent service today so I'm very pleased

We were looking for a move in clean and after reading the reviews, it seemed like JAC Cleaners was the best choice. They weren't. There are many cleaners in the area, and this definitely will not be our go to company. Even after speaking to them and sending pictures, they did not get back to us with any type of explanation - although I did tell her that she did not need to get back to me because I am not looking for a refund, just wanted to let them know what the final job looked like, she still insisted that she would talk to someone at the office and get back to us. There was no furniture to move around, so it should have been an easy clean. They were scheduled for 11:00, pushed it to 1:00, showed up at 2:15. They were out by 4:30 - a townhouse clean in 2 hours. Counters were dirty, the stove was a mess (they said it was because of the glass, but we were able to clean it), there was dirty water left in the sink (they said they didn't use the kitchen sink, but if that is the case, then they didn't clean it either). Refrigerator still had spots. The cleaners said they had to wait for my daughter to return, which was untrue (proven by the text messages sent). It did smell good, so I am not saying that they did not clean. But 2 hours in a 3 floor place is pushing it - I feel that they were running late and instead of changing our date (which was scheduled at least 3 weeks in advance), they decided to rush the job. Pictures attached: 2 counter pictures, floor needing swept, kitchen sink (all taken same day once they left - and no, my daughter who doesn't like conflict did not mention all these things but instead called me). The oven picture is move in day since I was the one that checked it. Cleaning the oven is the day after. read more

Richard and his team were super professional as well and timely. The two girls who cleaned our home showed up on time and did a great job. They covered every inch of the house and made sure everything was clean and spotless. I was really impressed, so much so that I went ahead and set up my schedule for them to come weekly! Im glad I went with Richard and his team instead of a big corporate company. The customer service was great and the communication was on point. The combination of all of these things is something difficult to come by these days. Thank you and I look forward to my next clean already! read more

We had JAC House Cleaning to clean up a house my son just purchased. There were previously several dogs living there and the home departure appeared to be hastened. We had a very short turn around time with mandatory occupancy 4 days away. Richard was super helpful and understanding. We contacted JAC to have the home prepared to live in from top to bottom. On May 11, Destiny and Heather arrived and just simply took over. The home looked clean, smelled clean and gave a great appearance upon their departure. They were hard workers and knew very well what to do. I highly recommend JAC for home cleaning. read more

I received a call from Richard about my pie plate, not my broken toilet. He said it was his understanding that he was not to call me. I never said that, that all I want is this plate back. He said something like when customer does something like bake a pie, it is the understanding that they can keep whatever was included was to be kept. Again, nothing about my toilet. He then told me to delete this post one Yelp. I told him, again, pie plate and I would remove the post. End of conversation. read more

I've been using this service for years. I downgraded and instead of 2 cleans per month I elected to do 1 clean a month. I just wasn't sure what day I wanted to choose because the company could no longer clean my home on Saturdays with the cleaners of my choice. So for one December I had them clean on a Friday since I was off work. I explained to them that i still wasn't sure what my regular time would be because I really wanted to be at home during cleanings and I was just taking this date this time since I was on Christmas break. That December clean went fine....fast forward to January.... they had a special so I opted to do the special deep clean that month....no problem. Then a week after they did the deep clean, they sent the cleaners back to my house. I told them I didn't need my house cleaned again until next month. They replied well this is your regular scheduled clean date . I replied I dont have a regularly scheduled date yet and you guys just cleaned my house last week. The owner told me he had me on a recorded line and that I did schedule a date....Hold up...remember I said ive been with this company for a few YEARS now and NEVER have they EVER told me I was being recorded. He specifically said he went back and listened to the recording. I said ok well please send me the recording I'd like to hear it. I waited for about 2 weeks...nothing sent. So I called. Now the owner is saying Oh its a transcript and its difficult to share. And I forgot the best part. They charged me for the special clean ( which was cool ) and THEY CHARGED ME (half) FOR THE OTHER CLEANING that I wasnt scheduled for and that I didn't receive because I wasn'texpecting them!! The cleaner was even surprised as well. She called the owner and told him, we were just there to clean this house last week!!! Yet they still charged me. So I canceled their services . For 2 very important reasons. The first is they got greedy when they charged me for a clean that they didn't do and the second which is really the most significant.....they lied ....lied to me about some " recording " and if they are recording us we do have the legal right to be informed prior to any conversation. I would have stayed with the company if they had worked with me. HUGE LOSE Jac Cleaners oh and I will be spreading the word on, ALL social media platforms, regarding your practices and how you handle the meat and potatoes of your company, which are your Customers. #the Customerisalreadyright!!! read more

The house was empty of all furniture and household goods, so there was no furniture to move. Engaged this company to do a move-out clean, emphasized that it needed to be really clean, and definitely phone me if additional cleaning was needed beyond the quote. Stressed to definitely let me know if additional cleaning would be necessary, and we would work out extra costs. Much was missed. Entire areas were never touched. Contacted the company with details, and they came out again. Once again much was still missed. Counter top areas untouched. Drawers never wiped. We had to go in again and clean ourselves. A follow-up email asked for feedback, and we let our feelings known, citing our deep disappointment. Automated response expressed regret and said owner would contact us within a day. Ten days later have heard nothing. We would have been better off just doing it ourselves in the first place. Very disappointed. Live and learn. read more
