I can't tell you how much I hate this store. Ive been here before and they are so rude, treat you like trash, won't give you a sliver of tape and are condescending. That was the last time I came here, Today I walked 3 miles to make a return and wouldn't you know it! They closed an hour early, 1 hour early !!!! How is this place in business?! Do they just do whatever they want? It was for a tenant meeting which is wild to close a place of business people depend on knowing damn well most of work a 9-5. I'm calling corporate too because this place really needs new management. I really don't get it l. The service is so bad this place needs to close. I much rather go to FedEx. As most have stated, you never know if the the store will be open or not. Clearly the lady that's in the store does NOT abide by the hours on the door consistently enough. I've gone there several times when the store should have been open but was not. One time she was in the store with the door locked with 15 to 20 minutes til closing. She just looked at me and looked away as if I wasn't there. Also, if the kiosk machine isn't working for the Amazon returns, she will not help you. She'll look at you as if you're off your rocker for even asking her to check your item in at the front counter. I'm not sure if she is allowed to decline the returns, but she does. This is the ONLY UPS store that gives you a horrible customer experience and I've been to many. read more

The service was awful!!! I didn't know how or where to scan the package to return it and I asked for help. The guy said, look behind you!! You don't scan at the grocery store?! The owner proceeded to say people just expect you to do everything for them. She charged me $2.00 for one piece of tape ,LOL. I will not be returning to this location. My poor mother was denied assistance when she visited this location 2 weeks ago. The lady up front couldn't be bothered to offer the minimum amount of support. My mother left unable to send her package because she didn't have the label printed. After printing the label today, she had to return and unfortunately, the same lady from last time tended to her today. The UPS rep was having trouble scanning her package label and so she waved my mom off and told her to use the self service machine. My mother is not tech savvy and pleaded that she wasn't able to do this herself. A young man came over and was finally able to scan the barcode. A simple task turned into such an unpleasant experience. UPS, please do better, this location needs help. read more

This particular UPS Store is the best one that i have used because of the employee Deb Carr. Mrs. Carr is very attentive and courteous to the patrons who use this UPS Store. She has always been very helpful to me. I'll never use another location. read more

Recently a customer of the North Peoria location for the ease of returning Amazon items. Crystal is the friendly, knowledgeable employee that keeps me coming back and referring friends to this location. If I could give this store a negative I would. I sent out a package on the 29 of November and today is the 15 my package had not been delivered or received by myself I went in to speak with the lady working in the store she was rude dismissive and unprofessional. My package says delivered to her she's stating she never received it but it's signed she has now I have to submit a claim all this for a Apple Watch being sent as a Christmas gift it's definitely unfair to get peoples money and be rude . I will never use her substation and she really needs to be investigated for stealing packages. No way you signed for something that you never received that's fraud. I'm upset and nobody can tell me anything and it shows she received and signed for my property and ups knows nothing about it being sent anywhere else. read more

Friendly. No line. Very helpful. And now I have to add more characters, so let's just say they're all very charismatic and attractive.

Never really paid attention to this store location because I don't really use UPS that often but I was glad to see one in the north tulsa community. The clerk was friendly and helped me with shipping off my package. I will definitely continue to support this business with all my ups needs read more

DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS!! On 12/4/20, the owner took my packages, billed me for a box to place them in for shipping to Virginia. Approximately two weeks later one of the packages was returned to my home while the other package is still "missing". As of 1/5/21, owner will not follow up with me concerning the missing package. Good morning, everyone, just visited my local UPS store, which I have been going to for 9 years. I pay a yearly fee for my PO BOX and get hundreds and hundreds of packages yearly. The main person Debra (hope I spelled that right) is always fun and professional. I have seen her so busy I don't know how she keeps up. The other staff members are also usually friendly. The younger men sometimes can be less friendly, but I put that off as they are young and are still learning and once, I show I am willing to be friendly and patient they smile and are more than willing to help. When I read a review that is less than outstanding on a business, that I patronize daily it is hard. I ask myself about the person complaining: When did you go (stay away during high peak hours unless absolutely necessary and were you expecting something unreasonable, such as wrapping 100's of pieces of delicate items in a small amount of time? Were you having a bad day and needed to vent? Give people a break and approach the owner first, then if you don't get satisfaction, give constructive criticism. As for me and my office staff, we could not be happier with service and staff. read more

Just for a drop off for a pre-paid pkge. Entering the store, thought it was a customer leaving on his cell phone but it was the worker. Followed behind me, never hung up the cell phone or laid it down until he was finished assisting me. No greeting! Scanned my package, handed me a receipt while still on the phone. The store itself was a HOT MESS. Nothing seemed to be in proper order. I was SO disgusted in what I saw as I entered. I was expecting so much more. The UPS Store! I've gone into the FedX store on 11th by the University. So well maintained. Greeted as I entered followed by "how can I help you". Come on UPS, step your game up! I haven't been into any other locations but this one gets a "thumbs down" when it comes to cleanliness and professionalism. read more

The woman working was extremely helpful and friendly. I needed a notary service and a photo printed 25 minutes before closing on a Saturday. She helped me size the photo correctly and couldn't have been nicer about it. Will use again for sure. read more
