I had a very time sensitive package that was labeled next day shipping. I waited outside the shop to get my package in first thing at 8:00 am. My package was not picked up until 8:00 pm making it to the facility around 9:00 pm thus missing the plane to be delivered. Therfore it is not next day but two day. This is a medical sample and cannot sit for a long time. I have no idea how my package is being handled. If the sample is now bad from poor temperature control. I am extremely frustrated that I did my due diligence of being the first person to give the package for delivery and now due to lack on UPS' part our samples might be ruined and we might have to spend another $200 to redo the test. So overall DO NOT COME HERE FOR NEXT DAY SHIPPING. You would think you wouldn't have to ask if there is next day shipping at a stand alone UPS store but guess again. read more

This is now the second time I've driven across town to this location since it's the only one open on Sunday. This is now the second time I've left because the store was still closed 30 minutes after it's posted opening hours. If the store isn't properly staffed to work Sunday, just keep the store closed. read more

This is a review of the store at 7331 S. Olympia Ave. Tulsa, Oklahoma. I walked into the store and instead of being greeted, I listened to two employees behind the counter finish a conversation for about a minute until they acknowledged my presence. I probably wouldn't complain about this, however the rest of the interaction was so abysmal I felt necessary to include it. Upon being offered help, I asked one of the ladies if she could help me with some Amazon returns. I recently had surgery on my arm and I am currently in a sling, so I was visibly in need of some assistance. The lady pointed me to the self-service option. I told her my arm was very fatigued and I asked her if she could help me, she told me to use my other arm. I tried to explain that my other arm was very fatigued due to overuse, and mentioned last time someone was able to help me at the counter and scan everything for me. she told me I had to do it myself and that she just watched me pick up something with my arm, so my arm should be fine. At this point I was flabbergasted. I asked for her name, finished my transaction and left. If anyone reads this, her name was Erlinda, and I would never recommend going to the store for anything. read more

I stopped in at the UPS store in Tulsa hills and you can imagine my surprise when for one copy the girl told me it was $5. When speaking with the manager her attitude was that's the way it is. Understaffed & not even well trained. Went in to get some color print outs. Explained I simply wanted two print outs in one same page, so 2 per page, color, normal paper, nothing crazy. It's like I was asking them to print a billboard, they never got it figured out so I just printed black and white at my house, 2 per page, under 5 seconds to do it. Oh and guess what, they charged me $2.50 to use their computer to download the files after THEY suggest for me to use it rather than email the files to them. What a joke! read more

This is a one star location. Unfortunately, ever since FedEx stopped delivering for Amazon, if I am not at home to get a package on the first attempt then it always goes to this location and I must go here to pick it up. Businesses like Walmart and UPS seem to be generating point-of-contact employees that have contempt for their customers and they obviously don't care, and that is a shame. My delivery guy has always been nice to deal with and my only complaint is that if I am not home he will not drop the package off with my apartment office like UPS use to do and like USPS or FedEx will do. Online retailers like Amazon only have an edge because the customer experience is not as atrocious as the experience we are getting at places like Walmart, but companies like UPS may shift the balance back and it wouldn't surprise me if Amazon will eventually have to create their own delivery service to stay competitive. read more

The employees at this location are the complete worst that I have ever encountered. If you have a serious need or question the response is always, "We can't do that here. You'll need to call corporate". I got scammed on an eBay order and was contacted by eBay about it about 10 minutes after I dropped the package off at this UPS location. I called the store and asked the employee to please set my package (worth over $1k) aside because I had been scammed. I explicitly asked him to please not put the package on the UPS truck and that I would be by to pick it up. He said he agreed. What happened to the package? It got put on the truck for next day air delivery. When I attempted to ask the employee about what happened he told me that he could do nothing about it and that I needed to call corporate office... I have been in on multiple occasions and have been treated the exact same way. I left and told the employee that I would be contacting his manager. This employee contacted me directly claiming to be the store manager. Minutes later I received a call from the real store manager. It's horrible customer service. read more

Worst experience I have ever encountered at a UPS store. The manager, MANAGER, had us fill out a form of what was going in the boxes and where they were going. Well come to find out she sent the wrong packages to the wrong places and now won't admit her mistake. The packages needed to be at their destinations by a specific date. Now!, she wont pay for the overnight fee to fix her mistake, she won't even talk to us when we called; she had her little minions do it. I will never use this store again, let alone UPS. I would refrain from using this store to avoid a massive headache. read more

Horrible customer service. I went here regularly for copies/printing because it's on my way to where I teach arts classes. One day, I was charged more than usual and asked why. The employee said he didn't know what the charge was. Because I was about to pay cash, I didn't comfortable paying for something that couldn't be explained, so I left. Since I was in a hurry, I asked for his name so I could call back later and ask about it. He wouldn't give me his name, then another employee named Deborah followed me out to the parking lot and bullied me, harassed me, and yelled at me in front of other customers. She lied, said she was the manager, etc. I told her I should call the UPS corporate office about her behavior and she yelled, "Oh, you do that! And I'll just tell them how YOU acted." She was a middle-aged woman with the maturity level of a 7-year-old. I can't believe she wasn't embarrassed to act like that outside, in front of her store. At any rate, I'm NEVER going here again. read more
