Have used them for work for years. Staff is always kind and attentive. They are always prompt with assisting everyone, even with long lines.

Usually good but today there's one person working and five of us in line. It has taken 5-10 minutes to help the people at the front of the line while no one else is serviced. Need better staffing at appropriate times. read more

I was attempting to send a 1940's Chinese chest out of state, being that it's an antique, I knew the price would be a bit high. In the search, I checked prices at two different UPS franchise locations, and I opted for the store on Grant & Alvernon. Mr. Patel was very attentive to every customer that walked through the door regardless of the busy line of clients waiting for his assistance. Once I stepped up to consult the shipping and full pricing of the chest, he explained why the shipping & packaging would be $205 (in comparison to $324 at the previous location), and without any hesitation, I agreed - who wouldn't! *To my surprise, not only did he give a better price, but he also gave me a generous discount. Extremely rude manager or owner. I needed to print a prepaid shipping label. I printed 4 pages: 2× shipping label, and 2× barcode label that goes inside the package. Each page should've been 14 cents, but he charged me $1.15 for my first 2 copies, and then 14 cents for each of my second 2 copies. The only reason that a shipping label should cost $1.15 is when UPS prints a self-adhesive label: I just made 4 copies, and taped one label to the package, myself. His explanation was absolute garbage, and he claimed that he actually charged me less than he should've. 56 cents, plus tax, is what I should've been charged. The other reviewer is absolutely right about that guy. read more

Do not use this store for Notary services. The man who does this service is incompetent and not knowledgeable about his notary services. I went there to have a document notarized. The choices the document were to have two witnesses OR a notary. He didn't understand this distinction and told me I needed BOTH. He also did so in a condescending and demeaning manner. I left and went to another UPS store and talked to someone more knowledgeable and got my service done. Run from this store. I will never return. read more

I love this UPS store, I have used it for yrs. and know the owners, Reva and Vevec, they are the best, very patient and kind, when my sister died and I needed copies of her death certificate they did the copies for me and did not charge me, no matter how many people are there, even around Christmas, they never rush anyone, taking the time to help all. I ordered a very small print job online - just 10 copies of a 7 page document and one laminated 7 page document. The order was to be completed on Friday by 5. Saturday when I went in to the store it had not even been run. I needed it for a noon presentation, it was 11:15. The new employee in the store called the manager who he said refused to come in, but who was trying to tell the kid how to run it. The kid had no idea how and was put in a very difficult situation. The manager could be heard yelling as the kid held the phone away from his ear. What a jerk. It's now Monday afternoon and the print job was still never run. Not sure how this guy keeps any business with UPS - giving them a bad name for sure. read more

I have been using this UPS to return Amazon products for a little over a year. After yesterday I will not return. I entered store with no mask as mandate has been lifted by governor. The store had a sign on the door from previous mandate stating "STATE ORDER" so I entered with no mask. I stood in line for about minute before the lady behind counter asked if I had a mask in my car. I responded with no, the mandate is lifted and not required so no need to carry mask. She insisted I needed one. She proceeded to walk away to get a mask for me and returned. I asked if it was latex free as I have allergy and she was not aware. The man working behind the counter became upset came over to rudely tell me it was mandated and that he spoke to the mayor and she is mandating . I then informed him that our mayor is unable to override the governor. He then again insisted that yes she could and that it was a mandate. Again I told him he was wrong. He then changed and said that they required it. Which then I said that was fine if it was your policy and would not be returning to the store. It is unfortunate for this business. I would make approximately 3-4 trips every 2-3 months for returns to Amazon. I will search for another business to support that does not require mask. This fool only had to say it was his store policy and I would of turned around and left. Instead he wanted to argue over a mandate that did not exist. By the way VASA fitness in right next store with no mask required. I had to give one star to post otherwise I would of given no stars. read more
